Fantastic experience: STELLLLLAR SERVICE!!!! You have to try the Indian head oil massage. The tea/cookie after the massage is also such a great touch ~ healthy & yummy <3 Also I love that they have a RMT so I can use my benefits as well). I need to book again….. 100% recommend this spa. I promise you won’t be disappointed. The fact I felt the urge to leave a review tells you that it is truly great!

Jonathan is an exceptional RMT and I left floating and Tanya was so accommodating when I called to book, even calling back when she found an earlier time slot opened up. And after the treatment, she brought me some beautiful ginger tea and homemade wholesome treats. Perfect score for service overall. Not surprising considering I have loved practicing yoga at Igita for years. Love these women based businesses and cannot wait to support further!

Fantastic experience: I had a Indian head massage with Alycia and oh my goodness it was amazing!! What an incredible experience. From start to finish, all my senses were engaged. The face mists, the mini facial, and all the massage techniques Alycia used was just incredible. Also had a turmeric tea and the yummy cookie they gave at the end of the massage. Highly recommended for those with headaches and neck stiffness. I will come back again for sure.

I found myself in a humanity crisis in April 2023 and was blessed to find this incredible spa and healing studio. Tania recommended the right treatments for me based on my situation & I walk out every time feeling like a new person. I have tried the foot pampering and reflexology treatments with scrubs, creams, rose petals, tea and more; I've tried the incredibly healing Ayurvedic massage; Reiki with the incredible healer Luz, and my favorite of all: Shirodhara with Nadine. Shirodhara blew me away. It is a unique type of Indian Head massage where olive/sesame oil drips onto your forehead, melting away stress, and then gets massaged into your hair, scalp and shoulders, allowing me to process some of the deepest feelings I've experienced. The prices are also very affordable for these luxury services. Fantastic experience: I got to experience a massage with John. He was very attentive and the pressure was perfect. I love how he listened to my needs and wants. The hot towels were a lovely spa touch as well as the tea and treats offered at the end. It was an overall wonderful experience. I was also fortunate to try the foot massage with a friend. I loved all of the healing oils used and how knowledgeable the staff was. While enjoying the foot massage we were always treated to tea and healthy snacks. It’s a lovely experience to enjoy with a friend or family member. Finally I got to experience the Indian head massage. It felt so good and very relaxing. Nadine was very knowledgeable and passionate. The oils worked as a wonderful follicle treatment as well. Make sure to have time after to enjoy the oils and not have to immediately shower. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had a massage with Jonathan today and must say he was excellent - applied the exact pressure I asked him to, listened attentively to all my concerns, focused on problematic areas (upper back tensions, shoulder pain). I walked out relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. The ambiente was excellent as well, the massage room was warm an he adjusted the light and calming musc for my maximum relaxaion. Can't reccomend him enough! Will be back soon.
