Positive experience: We ordered thanksgiving dinner which was delivered on time. We followed the instructions and everything was very good and tasty. We also ordered dessert with the meal pumpkin pie which was delicious and apple crisp which was not very good and i would not recommend it. The meal was for 8 and we had lots of leftovers except there were not enough buns. Thank you for your service.

Fantastic experience: I've tried 3 different meal delivery services in Ottawa, and Vittle has been hands-down the best. I've now been eating with them for almost a year and half. The food tastes delicious, healthy, and fresh. There's good variety to the meals. The portions are good sized for the price (I order 10 "body builder"-size meals per week, and it's enough food to last me for all 7 days' lunches and dinners - and I eat a lot). The customer service has always been responsive and accommodating, and they seem to really care. They've gone above and beyond to help me out when I've had any issues. I'd highly recommend.

Prices are reasonable and service is excellent, have never had one delivery issue in over two years of weekly ordering. You can set preferences for your meals in your profile (eg. not spicy, food allergies) which are always followed to the letter. Cannot recommend enough!

Negative experience: Disappointed in customer service; I had arranged a week's delivery of meals to my brother, but unfortunately he found the food intolerably spicy for his palate; my complaint is the lack of response to cancel after a day and issue a partial refund. No response, no one answering the phone. Guess my brother is going to receive meals he can't eat (like he needs that stress and waste).

Fantastic experience: Received a gift certificate from a friend, so I tried their vegetarian weekly meal plan. Meals are prepared and delivered the day before and so far have been great! Would definitely recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Vittle. The food that they make is delicious and has great variety. My wife is vegetarian and while I often would order meat, I found myself often stealing some of hers as it was so good. Their customer service is possibly the best I have ever received- from any company! They respond quickly when using the chat function and bend over backwards to make sure you’re happy. For example, I was so pleased with their food and service that I ordered a gift card for some friends to try it. I asked that it be delivered in the mail through Canada Post. After a mix-up with the mail system (no fault of Vittle), my friends never received it. I contacted Vittle and employee who helped me offered to hand write out the note that accompanied the order and personally deliver the gift card the next day. Now that is service and looking after your customer!! You can’t go wrong with this service.

Negative experience: I ordered the simple plan and it was absolutely horrible. The steak was not cooked, the meals were not appealing and the taste was awful. I had to throw out the rest of the meals. I was very disappointed because their advertisement is misleading as their meals are not healthy. A lot of processed meats are used and I do not recommend them at all. I usually do not give reviews but my experience left me no choice but to share this with others.

Fantastic experience: I lost 10 pounds while enjoying my food. That never happens. Hands down the best meal plan service. The delicious food is one thing, but what really sets them apart from the others is their commitment to their clients and how much they actually value your lifestyle. Very happy with them.
