Negative experience: Dr Monsour is the worst dr. Terrible professionalism......told my wife to never come back. Told my wife to never come back for cortisone injection even though that is why she was referred. Never introduced himself and was rude and arrogant. Go elsewhere if you can dr shi was amazing though so only see him

Negative experience: Administrative staff are incompetent and unable to process simple tasks such as coordinating claims with Insurance Companies (such as Blue Cross) and modifying Invoices when requested. Otherwise, the doctors and physiotherapists are top notch.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with vertigo and was booked for vestibular therapy. Sandeep Kulkarni was thorough, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Although the session was intense, the immediate results were shocking! I am very grateful to him and to the other staff members who showed genuine compassion.

She just proceeded to requesting required documents, offered a mask, then directed me to the doctor’s office. Office very clean. Regardless of my first impression, I would still recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to MedSport for some time now for different sport related injuries and I can’t say enough about this place -from the amazing front desk service (Donna and front desk team ) and of course Francine my physiotherapist and Dr.Mcgregor. Suffering from back pain she has got me squatting and CrossFitting again. Thanks to her knowledge, professionalism and her sense of humour has really helped me get back on my feet. Francine is always looking to make me better as an athlete by ensuring I’m moving the right way. Thanks again MedSport and team(and Francine Eastwood).

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Francine Eastwood at this clinic for 2 months now for significant back pain and she has changed my life. She has increased my mobility and my range of motion and I am feeling much better. She has introduced my to a multitude of exercises and stretches for my back. She is kind caring and compassionate and the the clinic is efficient. I never wait more then 5 minutes. The booking system is also very efficient and if Francine is busy I put myself on the waiting list and sure enough I will be called as something comes up. Thank you Medsport and thank you Francine.

Dr. Frankovich and Brooke McNight have been punctual, caring and really take the time to listen to any concerns I have. The care I have received from them is exceptional and I am eternally grateful to them for the increased quality of life I am experiencing because of their care❣️

Fantastic experience: I had tennis elbow and came to Medsport as suggested by my family doctor. Really nice place. Clean facility and nice staff. Patrick is knowledgeable and experienced, he did an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: After a consult, Dr. Frankovich referred me to do physio for my achilles and calf injury with Francine. I was skeptical as I had already been doing months of physio elsewhere, had stopped running for over 6 months and had felt no real improvement… I had all but given up on running again. Instead of focusing on managing my symptoms, Francine focused on helping me identify and resolve the root cause of my injuries. She pushed me to gain functional strength that would help me prevent future injuries, and gave me the tools to build back to running. I ran 5 times in the last week, pain free! Thank you so much Francine. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have Leo for my physiotherapy, he is very knowledgable, dedicated, and has a great sense of humor.

Negative experience: Dr. Frankovich is the worst doctor that I have met. First she made me wait for a two months to get an appointment and then she only did a phone consultation and then just referred me to a physio therapist in her office without a physical examination of my ankle. She made no real effort to really try to determine the ankle problem I had. She is only interested in making money and tried to generate business for her physio therapy clinic. What a waist of time.

Fantastic experience: Proffesional quick and everyone is so friendly... I have only been once so far but for a person who is uncomfortable being touched I was very comfortable here!

Negative experience: Staff is nice but waiting 30 -45 minutes pass your scheduled appointment is a regular thing here. I have asked my MD to change my sports doctor due to this. I mean i leave work early to accomadate appt in their work day and i end up waiting and staying for 2 hr just for 15 minutes consultation. On top of this end up paying fees for picking up my baby laye in daycare. I wish some of the clinics would respect their patients time and do better with schedualing. There are clinica that also work evenings and weekends. This one does not.

Nichol, one of the physiotherapists, is extremely attentive and has helped me understand my injury and how best to treat it in a comprehensible way. I love the text reminders for your upcoming appointments, and that your exercises for the week and invoices are sent straight to your e-mail. Would definitely recommend this facility to any friends or family.
