Fantastic experience: It‘s an amazing GYM for a not urban area! They also gave planted based Protein Shakes! Fantastic! The Coach Patrick was SO friendly and nice! Also 24/7 open! Amazing! I love this Gym 6 of 5 possible stars!

Positive experience: Front area is a bit messy, they need more place to put your shoes, especially if they let people leave them there. Otherwise amazing place with amazing staff. Friendly and welcoming gym!

Fantastic experience: Josh and his team are just the best of the best. I thoroughly recommend this gym, if you want a well equipped gym to work out on your own this is the place. If you need a personal trainer to help you with your fitness levels this is the place. Owen who has patiently worked with me for a year has improved my fitness levels and encouraged me to try harder.

Fantastic experience: As someone who travels Ontario and regularly seeks out a place to workout on my travels, Owen Sound Fitness was a great find for me today! Their website is fantastic - what you see is what you get -including very easy to see DAY PASS fee and instructions. Owner Josh welcomed me when I walked in - you can tell he keeps this place CLEAN and there is a great vibe in this place. Equipment is plentiful and in great condition. 5* Gym. Will come again when I'm in OS next.

Fantastic experience: Owen Sound Fitness is a wonderful gym. Josh and all the trainers are warm and friendly and greet you by name upon entering, like family. They are normally available to help or answer any questions. There are great classes and plenty of equipment to meet all your needs. I love it there! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

With Josh at the helm, leading a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and approachable team of trainers and specialists, you always feel welcomed and motivated during your visit. Each team member greets you with encouragement to help you achieve your goals. They not only motivate but also genuinely listen to their clients with dedication and passion. They customize each workout to meet your needs, whether you are being directly trained or working out on your own. The staff ensures that every visit is a positively memorable experience. It's not just the staff that are friendly and supportive; the other clients are as well. The overall experience is extremely positive. Everyone is welcoming and optimistic, and you won’t encounter the feelings of “judgment” or “negativity” that you might find in other gyms. Everyone shares the same goal: a positive experience that leads to positive results. People actively help one another and possess friendly personalities. My favorite aspect is how well-equipped the gym is, but above all, how clean and sanitary it feels. It's evident that the team puts in significant effort and professionalism to maintain a well-equipped, well-kept, and clean gym. Everything is neatly organized for the next user, and both the workout and restroom facilities are always immaculate. The showers are clean and free from debris. Josh and his team undoubtedly deserve a solid 5-star rating, and I highly recommend anyone looking to work out and be part of a positive atmosphere to experience Owen Sound Fitness and Training for themselves.

Fantastic experience: Best 24 hour gym in the area, always welcoming, friendly, and clean. Stocked full of all your protein needs, and they have the most delicious smoothies! Huge variety of equipment so you can get a full body workout. Also they have the best boot camp workouts!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I love this gym. You don't feel judgement here, you feel like you're a family. Always supportive, kind, and always willing to answer questions. We've been sick on and off for the past few weeks and missing this place like crazy. Always such positive energy from the Owner Josh, and his trainers.

Negative experience: Loved this place for a long time, but lately have been having an issue. There's this girl (bright red dyed hair) who is constantly filming herself. She films in the locker room and it's very awkward...I don't want to be accidentally filmed nor do I want to worry about going into the locker room walking in on her flexing...so weird. She even dances or "shuffles" in the locker room sometimes while filming herself and it's strange. Makes me want to go elsewhere...

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing Gym! The owner Josh gave me a 2 week free trial to test them out, and I’m in love! I’ve never workout at a gym since Highschool, and was ready to get in shape. With their small group training and the 24 hour access it was a no brainer for me! The smoothie/shakes for sale are also a huge bonus. Lots of good quality and a variety of equipment! Highly recommend as a first timer or any timer.

During the pandemic I was able to take home and use some the equipment from the gym in order to maintain my progress.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area- by far. Amazing & caring staff, super friendly atmosphere (without being annoying), good equipment, 24/7 access, clean. Great place for both beginners and the more experienced. And Allie, the dog, is a total honey and makes me look forward to swapping my shoes. Fantastic experience: Joshua and his team do a great job! When you walk in the door you're greeted by Allie the fitness dog, and Josh seems to know everyone who comes in and says hi by name. It's very welcoming, and very approachable for someone like me who isn't a gym buff. Joshua set me up on a routine for my specific goals, targeting the specific muscle groups I wanted to work on and several that I didn't even realize were really important for me. Very happy. I also see many very experienced gym-goers there taking advantage of the wide variety of equipment. Conventional weights, a wide range of cardio equipment, lots of modern strength training machines and more. Really impressive set-up, and top notch knowledgeable staff. There's a reason the Sun Times named the club and Josh as the best in town this year.
