Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Megan after a sports injury. As a fellow athlete, Megan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did an assessment, then some ultrasound and showed me some exercises to help prevent a reoccurrence. I highly recommend going to see Megan for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, friendly and professional service. Parking is a problem though for someone with mobility issues.

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to find a new physiotherapist as I was looking for a change. I chose Aline because I was looking for a female therapist, I liked how pilates is incorporated in treatment plans, and the aesthetic of the space. Ali is very casual with me as a client, but her expertise and commitment to providing good treatment is far from casual. Within a week I had significant relief and within a month the problem had ceased. She seamlessly has moved on to strengthening other areas that I had mentioned as more minor concerns back at the first appointment! She is excellent at explaining exactly what to do. As a part of treatment, Ali sets you up with access to a website/app with videos and explanations of all of the stretches and exercises she has for you, which is SO helpful when you're trying to remember exactly what to do. Now, I'm onto active rehab therapy on the pilates reformer, and absolutely loving how it adds to strengthening areas of weakness so that I can fulfil my athletic goals pain-free! 10/10 recommend!

She is an excellent listener and put together a nutritional and lifestyle recommendations package for me containing dozens of easy recipes (I don’t like to cook!), recommendations on specific foods that would benefit me, as well as ideas on how to be successful in my wellness journey. I highly recommend you meet with Amélie if you are looking to improve your health and wellness!
