Negative experience: One of the worst telephone systems I’ve ever seen, everybody should have a voice to talk to call my never mind press one press to press three, when people need help they need a voice, really disappointed at trying to get help at quarter after four

Fantastic experience: I just had my son's medical check up today and I am glad the staff are so accomodating and even the Doctor too.Thank you for the wonderful experience.I surely recommend this walk-in-clinic to all.

Fantastic experience: Yeah as mentioned in another review, it's weird they have so many low reviews. Obviously you don't get a doctor's appointment here. You get 'referred' to a specialist from this place and I think that's how most places work. This place only checks what you got and then see which specialist you need to go to. For me, they've been awesome. I have a cystic lesion on my left shoulder. They gave me an appointment for a ultra sound like next week or something (don't remember, was just a few days). Then after 1 week of waiting for ultra sound results, I went back and then we would look what would be needed. Got booked for a dermatologist. Then I had to move to Toronto before I got any call from the dermatologist but the guys here in Medpoint just gave me a new referral in Toronto that was close to my new apartment as well. And yeah, out of like, 5 times I've been here, I've only needed to wait once. And that was maybe like 15-20 minute wait so not too much. It was because they were checking out another patient so that's understandable.

Positive experience: As the closest pharmacy to home, and being next to the Central Branch of the London Public Library, this my go to place for perscription mediations with a staff ready to be as accomodating as possible.

Negative experience: Would choose another provider. Medpoint checks all of the boxes in *looking* impressive and feeling like quality but the actual (paid out of pocket for) medical care is not great which is very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of med point for over 7 years and my parents have been members since it opened. The care is exceptional. The new west 5 location is easy to get to and parking is a breeze. You get amazing service and preventative care. My concerns are dealt with immediately and they renew my scripts quickly. I’ve seen some poor reviews but they appears to be from fraudulent accounts or they’re not even pictures of medpoint so they don’t appear to know where they are. It’s unfortunate the star rating is so low I tell everyone I know about the services there and I can’t imagine navigating my health without their help.

Negative experience: Not a real walk-in clinic. I was seen quickly but i never saw a doctor. I only met with a "clinical technician" who sent an email to a doctor off-site. i had a video call with doctor. terrible service.

Negative experience: I do not like leaving negative reviews but it must be said the customer service was terrible. I had an appointment booked for 10:10 and was made to wait 30 minutes. When I checked about it being so late the receptionist was detached, unsympathetic, and behaved as if I had no right to ask. I understand that she may have been having a bad day, but a little sympathy for my having to wait so long when I was expecting prompt service would have been really appreciated. Furthermore, they weren't even able to set me up with the services I required. (They didn't have lab facilities, which I also should have been informed of when I made the appointment.) Needless to say I left in quite a huff. I would love to see appointment-only clinics like these treat their clients better. I'll be going to walk-in clinics from now on, where I am treated much better, and walk in with the expectation to wait.

Fantastic experience: I just had some skin cancer removed from my chest at MEDPOINT in the Citi Plaza. Dr. C. Oung was my surgeon. He was very friendly, explained the procedure before and during the surgery. He put me at ease and he was in my opinion quick. Clearly he’s very experienced and and talented. The cancer spot was the size of a quarter so the length of the cut was about 5 inches. Dr. Oung made it almost painless. I am very grateful he was my surgeon.

Negative experience: Just listen to their answering machine. Disgusting way to have a automatic system ran when you could potientaly have clients calling to look into your clinic.... I had a doctor reccomened you to me for a issue I'm having. I will be sure to inform her that you failed her expectations along with mine.

Negative experience: One of the worst clinics in London, the doctor rushed me out so fast that when I left with my paperwork they had given me someone else's file they then called me and said that I may have the wrong papers, so i went back and they had mixed me up with another patient and had given her my blood work papers. No apology or anything and they made it seem like it was normal for this to happen. Will never go here again

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the level of expertise that Rebecca has to offer. She was very good at getting to the root issue of my eating habits to help instigate the change I needed. My wife was so impressed that she had Rebecca help her diet and her Crohns.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca gave a presentation on digestion and nutrition to our dental team. She did a fantastic job in sharing information that was relevant both personally and professionally. Negative experience: I'm sure this is a great place to go if u can actually get in, the sign says WALK IN CLINIC yet you need to have an appointment and they only accept appointments the day of they won't book ahead, secondly to try and book an appointment is near impossible cause the doctor comes and goes as he or she pleases meaning the actual hours of this place are pointless cause 90% of the time the doctor isn't even their. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the ladies at the front fest are very sweet and good at their job. I would not and will not ever recommend anyone to ever try to go here worst walk in clinic I've ever been to.

Negative experience: The service is disgusting here, You go in to the supposed "walk in" and have them tell you that you have to book an appointment, They then proceed to make your appointment an hour after booking so you have to waste more time and gas to go back down there, and if you try to call you don't get called back. For the past 3 days I have been calling to make an appointment and not once has somebody got back to me on top of my multiple calls daily for 3 days in a row!!! HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!

Fantastic experience: The 5-star rating is well deserved. Rebecca is very professional and knowledgeable. When specific questions are asked, she is willing to do research and get back to you. She is inspirational without being pushy. My series of visits were time well spent.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca is very enthusiastic about her role as dietician. My wife and I see her together and she gives us motivation this works very well for us, as we both eat the same meals at home Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge and shares ideas with us to help keep us motivated. we have learned a lot about proper nutrition, even though we thought we ate quite healthy meals, we saw a lot of room for improvement. Highly recommend meeting with Rebecca to anyone concerned aout their eating habits

Fantastic experience: One of the best approaches to nutrition I've seen yet! Rebecca is a very compassionate individual and understands that not everyone is going to be able to stick to a strict diet everyday and creates options suited for my specific needs to overcome my obstacles. Fantastic experience: I happen to feel extremely dizzy for couple of days and could not get an appointment with my family doctor. I walked in this cliniq and within 10 minutes top I saw a doctor. Extremely efficient and friendly, he took the time to explain what is happening to me and he told me within a week it will all be gone, also prescribed medicine. He wasn't only right but he was kind and gentle. Dr. Phillips. Thumbs UP !

Negative experience: Most irresponsible clinic. Staff gave us appointment without even knowing if the doctor was available at that time. After waiting for 30 minutes, we went inquired if anyone is seeing us or not and staff just replies no estimated time when doctor can be available. Not just once, happened twice with us. Pathetic clinic this one.

Negative experience: Never even made it in the front door. Tried to call them to ask an important question and could not for the life of me get through to a human being. Rings twice and goes straight to voicemail every time.

Negative experience: Most incompetent Receptionists and service I have ever received at a Walk-in Clinic. I just arrived to Ontario and got employment here so I needed a half page form health assessment saying that I am healthy for working with youth. Receptionist tells me there is no charge, I wait 50 minutes, doctor tells me it is not free it costs $40 and tells me to come back two days later that she can not see me on that day, that I need an appointment (the receptionist told me I could come in for the assesment). I come back two days later with an appointment set and receptionist has no clue whats going on, she makes calls to find out about protocols for forms tells me that the doctor was also wrong and that the cost is $45 bucks. She gets frustrated with me and tells me that they are not changing the price despite the doctors quote... so I walked away. Dont go to this place, horrible, disorganized & greedy. Half page health assessment for employment, thats all I needed folks...

Negative experience: Administratively this place is a disaster and I have resolved the problems by going someplace else. I have to agree that the Byron clinic has got a front desk that is very rude and dismissive, even when problems happen that were clearly their fault. It's just been one screw up after another and rather than admit fault and try to accommodate patients they act like they are the only clinic in town. They need to change some front desk personnel but probably won't. If this is what private health care looks like, I've gone from being a supporter of the concept to being dead set against private health care. If they want private health care in Canada, they'd probably have to shut their clinics down in a competitive environment. Don't go there.

Negative experience: I have been to this clinic twice and both times they havent had a doctor in so I was sent away. I tried booking an appointment with the doctor and two hours later they called me and said that the doctor wouldnt be in the day I booked the appointment for and when I tried to re-book for the next week they said they dont schedule that far in advance. The staff was very unfriendly and dismissive. Not worth wasting your time.

Fantastic experience: Medpoint has helped me dramatically. I was on a waiting list of up to a year to see a wound specialist. Medpoint had a doc with non-healing wound experience who saw me within 2 days; she also got me in to see one of their surgeons within a week.

Negative experience: My wife made an appointment at the Byron clinic. She was seen over one hour late. Why?? Because someone who was a "member" came in and jumped the queue to be seen immediately. So don't bother with an "appointment", they'll see you when they're good and ready. I guess Med Point already has two tier service.

Positive experience: I have worked with the staff at Medpoint for going on 3 years now. I appreciate the fact that they recognize that each person has different goals and aspirations, and they have helped me achieve my specific goals!! It's important to me that my CAHA results are incorporated into my program. Being able to accurately measure my progress....weight, muscle/fat mass, etc. (BodPod) is key for me and this isn't a service that is provided by many/or any other fitness facilities (that I know of). The trainer I have worked with has been an inspiration. He is enthusiastic with his work, which obviously is absorbed by those he trains. You can tell that he "practices what he preaches" and spends significant time testing his own physical limits. He has given me guidance and recommendations in areas of fitness and wellbeing, and pointed me in the direct, in areas of my interests, for better health. I have had a great experience at Medpoint and look forward to continuing the adventure ahead.

Positive experience: UPDATE: In November 2013 I was referred to a gynae Dr. Robbins and he was absolutely amazing. He is the only reason I am changing my review to 4 stars. Terrible experience. Will never go back nor will I even recommend anyone to go there even if their life depended on it. The doctor had no idea about anything pertinent to Women's Health which surprised me as I was told she would be a Specialist in Women's Health. I was first of all told I cannot make any appointment after 3 because the Women's Health 'specialist' only worked til 3. Well I was surprised to have checked in at 2.15 for my 2.30 appointment only to be seen at about 3.20! The intake nurse or whatever she was, did not introduce herself or tell me she will be taking my blood pressure. She just took my arm and squeezed the bp cuff until I felt like my hand was about to fall off. When Doctor came in, same thing - no introduction, stood at the door as if ready to bolt and only did my pap because I asked - and yet I had been disrobed so one would think it was obvious I am getting an exam done. She had no interest in changing my pill which has been giving me terrible side effects, nor did she even do the exam well. After roughly inserting the speculum and pinching me a few times with another instrument and me wailing out - and receiving no empathy or apology, she concluded her exam. No feedback, no telling what is next - just we will call you if anything and she left. In overall, all I got from this visit was NOTHING. Just people going through the motions and having no interest in actually helping with the problem.
