Fantastic experience: Great clinic!

Negative experience: I had an unpleasant experience with this facility. I met with Jayne, a naturopath, for an initial consult which went well but when I was to pick up my “remedy” there was no one there to assist me. I confirmed earlier in the day that someone would be in the office until 8 which is their posted business hours. I do not live in Orangeville so I was not impressed that I made the drive to find out it was for nothing. I tried to call the clinic with no answer and text Jayne who didn’t reply until the next morning. The response from her was that she left it on the desk and I should “have seen it and picked it up”. Wondering around an empty office rummaging behind a desk with multiple “remedies” and patient information is an unprofessional way to do business. After I explained this I was met with poor customer service. Jayne implied that the whole situation was my fault. I do not feel valued as a patient. I have since cancelled my massage treatment and will not be booking any other treatments at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have tried to find other osteopaths in my area, but none ever compare to Stacey. I continue to drive from Niagara to see her. She helped me prepare for Nationals in powerlifting and has helped me train without pain with my hip and back injuries. She helps develop plans to help you meet your health goals instead of only applying restrictions. Highly recommended this clinic and Stacey!

Fantastic experience: Started seeing Stacey after my first had a double ear infection that wouldn’t go away. She’s great with kids and my daughter hasn’t had any issues since. We go every 9M or so for maintenance. Also started bringing my newborn in. She was looking a little crooked and favoring one side preventing her from completely rolling. After an appointment Friday June 8th and this am she started rolling and sleeping better through the night dropping one night feed starting that Friday ! Thank you Stacey.

Fantastic experience: Went for my second Osteopathic appt and I am hooked. Aude is amazing. She asks all the right questions and really wants to understand what is going on with you and your body. She is so down to earth. Her treatments are amazing. I cant wait for my next appt. I love that Better Health Clinic offers online booking as well. The clinic is clean and everyone is so friendly. I recommend Better Health Clinic!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Aude who is an Osteopath for issues relating to dizziness and jaw pain. After the first session I felt considerably improved. I then went for 2 more sessions and my issues have pretty much completely resolved. I knew nothing about osteopathy going in but now I'm amazed. It's very gentle and effective. Aude is very nice, listens to your concerns, and is very skilled.

Positive experience: We have just started seeing Aude for osteopath treatment. We really didn't know what to expected ,but just after my son's first treatment we noticed improvements and are looking forward to going back very regularly to keep healthy! She was very patient and great with young kids!

Fantastic experience: I've seen both Stacey and Jayne and they are both fantastic practitioners! Since I don't see any reviews for Jayne I will say that I've been seeing her for about a year for homeopathic treatment and the results have been remarkable! I've seen a number of homeopaths over the years and I highly recommend Jayne, her way of working in intuitive and very effective. The treatments have increased my energy, helped me entirely turn around mental health issues and had a huge effect on my physical health, allowing me to make big life changes I never thought before possible. Jayne is also fantastic at communicating with you between sessions and her empathic and positive energy are just great, I am so happy with her services! I will also mention that I find that osteopathy and homeopathy can complement each other very well.

Fantastic experience: Aude (Osteopath) has been very helpful with giving me insight on dealing with migraines and neck issues and using her practitioner abilities to aid in correcting said issues.

Positive experience: I had a 30 minute reflexology treatment from Nicole and I was thoroughly impressed with her technique and knowledge of reflexology. My session was amazing and she could pin point my areas of concern and was attentive to those areas and provided relief.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has special needs and we have been seeing Stacey since she was 6 months old, she is almost 2 now. We drive over an hour to see her and will continue doing so for as long as my daughter needs her! She helps my daughter with many different things and has always treated us very well. I really feel that she has been a key component in my daughters development and progress and for that I am thankful! Would strongly suggest going to Better Health Clinic :)

It is especially important to me to have such a devoted caring professional osteopath. She is at the very top of my list .I have moved a great distance away , but I will continue to visit her at the Better Health Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I started visiting Kathy in March '16. I was sick, overweight and tired. She was able to sit down with me, listen to my concerns and do multiple assessments to figure out what nutrients I was lacking. She figured out how to get my body back into tip top shape. Within 3 months I had dropped 30 lbs and I had felt the healthiest I had in years. She was my blessing. I continue to see her on monthly basis for follow up and work towards new goals. She's amazing.

Fantastic experience: Stacey Ayres is a miracle worker! I have been seeing her since 2011 and she has helped me with lower back pain and past fertility issues. I also have a daughter who was born with a rare genetic syndrome and Stacey has helped her with pain, growth and sensory issues. My oldest child had some issues with her bowels and also had relief after seeing Stacey. I feel deeply relaxed and refreshed after I see her. I'm so thankful to have somebody with her talent and ability that always makes us feel better!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Better Health Clinic. Stacey was attentive and thorough in preparing me for childbirth, and now Aude has been wonderful with my little one while Stacey has been away. I couldn't have asked for a more patient, gentle and thoughtful osteopath to be working with my newborn daughter.
