Fantastic experience: Let's face it ,there really isn't anything better then feeling comfortable talking to a health care provider, it was my first visit, am I feeling better, yes for a lot a different reasons, first I think the information I got was helpful and second there was a clear course of action we would be talking, doing my part is going to be the hard thing, But ill keep moving forward and see how it goes. Fantastic experience: I booked an ‘emergency’ appointment at Momentum. I had heard great reviews and wanted to have the best possible treatment in my area. I hobbled into Momentum, unable to bear weight on my right foot, and left 5 weeks later healed and better than ever. My luck was to see the Physiotherapist Alex Di Florio. From the first appointment (comprehensive assessment and treatment), I knew I was in expert hands. Alex is an active listener and truly sought to understand my specific injury. She explained what my treatment plan was and why. I had full confidence in her professional assessment, and my recovery was a testament to that. I would highly recommend Alex and Momentum Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with Alex for a couple months now. First with an ankle sprain and then a stubborn shoulder injury. We've been treating with Shockwave, sport taping and appropriate exercises. The ankle healed beautifully and the shoulder is well on its way. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive when explaining to her how you are feeling as you progress thru treatment. She is easy to speak with and a pleasure to deal with .

Not only does she know her stuff, but she's one of the few Physio's in the area that does dry needling! She is truly a life-saver for myself and anyone I've referred to her. She is an amazing athlete, and if you need to know anything about running, swimming, or biking, she's your girl... being a triathlete and all! Don't sleep on her, book in if you have any injuries or simply need maintenance, you won't regret it!!

Fantastic experience: I started physio with Fiona MacKenzie following rotator cuff surgery. Eight days after surgery and barely able to squeeze a ball, I was pretty discouraged with my rehab prospects. Fiona was very knowledgable with my surgery and the rehab protocol necessary to regain full use of my arm. She had many tips and different ways of doing an exercise when I was having difficulties. Now 18 weeks after my surgery, I have almost regained full and pain free motion of my arm. Something I thought was impossible a few weeks ago. Thank you Fiona! Fantastic experience: I went to Momentum Therapy and saw Alexandra for physio treatment for my lower back pain. I had been experiencing back pain for a few years and had tried different treatments and professionals before. Alexandra listened to my full history and complaints and gave me a treatment plan. We started with weekly sessions where she would adapt the treatment based on my feedback from previous one. After a few weeks we were able to move our sessions to bi-weekly and, a couple of months after my first session, I can say that I'm pain free and will only need maintenance work. I'm very pleased with the results of my treatment with Alexandra and would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I've been rmt hopping and i think she's my 5th. she's the only one who made me sleep during the session so that means that she's able to make me relax instead of giving me pain during and soreness after. I will be coming back. Just worried about the parking as the area is quite busy slthough, commute is accessible as well. I should ask them re parking. :)

It may seem petty, but I chose Momentum because they had 5 stars. I met Alex at my first appointment and she was very welcoming during my initial appointment. She assessed my shoulder movements and strength, then formulated a plan to get me on the mend. Just a few appointments in and my shoulder is getting better and it feels better with each visit. Fantastic experience: I spent a year at a different physiotherapist with little improvements, and was left with the idea that my scoliosis was the main problem with my lower back. I was told that there wasn't much that could be done to fix that, and pain management was all I could do moving forward. I made the switch to Momentum therapy ONCE and there was a significant improvement in not just my mobility (I could barely walk) but in my pain as well. Ricardo has made my back feel like it's 10years younger. I'm excited to see how my recovery progresses, I couldn't be more thankful.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ricardo with a lot of pain in my right arm. He did a detailed analysis before starting the treatment Ricardo is very gentle, patient and very thorough. Fantastic experience: I came to Momentum Therapy with several issues: hip, knee and lower back. After reviewing the history of these ailments Ms. Fiona MacKenzie did a thorough investigation herself to pinpoint the origin and nature of the injuries. She then created a series of stretches/movements to make movements easier and less painful. During ensuing visits, Fiona monitored the level of success of each prescribed movement and made any necessary adjustments. This was all completed with a professional, kind demeanor- always asking for my feedback and incorporating them into my program. As well, Fiona greatly assisted me in navigating further steps through our medical system toward improvement. This is greatly appreciated. Based on my time spent with Fiona (She also rehabbed a shoulder replacement I had 7 years ago) I would strongly recommend her to anyone willing to put in some work to follow her individualized program. Unlike other physiotherapists I've seen in the past Riccardo showed me alot of exercises I could do on my own and I didn't get the feeling like he wanted me to come in a couple times a week to pay for something I was capable of doing at home. Freindly and knowledgeable with a great attitude. Couldn't be happier with my experience, the receptionist was also super freindly.

Fantastic experience: We have used various services at momentum. Robert the in house chiropractor was very helpful for my orthotics. Alex our physiotherapist really helped nurse my health back. I was suffering from chronic hip pain and she took the time to help me with exercises, giving me this great app to keep me disciplined for my recovery. Also any other aches and pains she was able to help with as well. A god send!

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd massage with Richard and I give him 5 stars. He really knows how to release all the tension that is built up. He loosened every knot in my upper back and base of neck. I feel so much lighter now! Greatly recommend!!

Momentum therapy clinic is so professional, welcoming and truly focused on their patients. From the moment you walk in, the staff are so pleasant and friendly. I’ve utilized both therapeutic massage and physiotherapy and I am so happy with the patient care. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic experience: I am from out of town and wrenched my neck while visiting family. I called Momentum Therapy . An hour later I was at Dr Jerry Qin's office for a treatment. He spent almost an hour working on me and I am as good as new. He treated me as if we had been friends for years. If you are looking for a great chiropractor and a nice guy call him, he's the best.

I’ve seen Mike the longest time and he is very concerned about my well-being, with consistent check-ins and follow ups. Also all the receptionists are very welcoming! Fantastic experience: Physiotherapist Alexandra (Alex) Di Florio is as lovely a personality as she is an effective diagnostician and treatment provider. Today's session for a new issue was case in point. She quickly and accurately deduced the source of the issue and trialled an exercise a few times with me which immediately started bringing relief. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent experience at Momentum Therapy!! The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. My physiotherapist Alex is very helpful and has really helped me with a personalized regime. I also was able to receive massage therapy here with Adrienne which was wonderful. Georgie at the front desk is a joy to greet and very efficient in dealing with insurance submissions. I will definitely return and highly recommend the clinic to anyone requiring their services.
