Fantastic experience: I needed a lifestyle change! From exercising more to healthier eating. I connected with Christina Wood (Registered Dietitian) and she started me on my journey. Christina’s approach was simple, personable, and compassionate. She took the time to get to know me - understand my struggles (as well as my goals) and guided me through a logical process. She helped form the foundation where we built onto with each week, each session, each new learning. Yes a LOT of my success has to do with me - my willingness to make changes - but without Christina’s guidance, her expertise, her genuine concern - I know I would never have got to where I am today. I would 100% recommend Christina Wood to anyone looking to learn more about food - how it impacts you and your body - looking for strategies - and have a cheerleader in your corner - then Christina is for you. Negative experience: I'm not going to say who gave me the massage as this is my opinion and I don't want it to spoil yours. But my massage was good but also horrible at the same time. The massage therapist was late to the appointment, cutting my massage to 45 min instead of the hour. I was sore for multiple days after my massage and still continue to be. My problem areas were focused on, but the nassage was a bit too painful, more so than relaxing even with decreased pressure. I do not have insurance either, so it was very expensive and not worth it for the price. I will not be booking here again.

Burzion took his time to assess all the problems I was suffering from, did tests and then worked on resolving the issues. I felt really happy to see that there was no hurry with him to finish my assessment and get started with a new patient. I am already feeling better then when I went to see him. I would recommend to visit the clinic in case you need one.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Dietitian to help me with my nutrition because of IBS. After first assessment with Gurpreeth I realize she is an expert for me. Gurpreeth helped me to find the tools to accomplish my goals. She truly cares for her clients and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Found Carespace while doing a google search. Contacted them as a new patient and they were able to squeeze me in, in only 2 days for an assessment. I was heated exactly in my scheduled time by Dr Burzin Rao. Very friendly and professional. He gave me the run down of what was to be expected durning my visit. I had come in for severe back pain. Dr. Rao asked a lot of questions to understand my medical background and gave me the time to explain my medical history. He not was only concerned with my pain but took the time to understand my background and other causes that might be related to the pain. The initial appointment was to be an hour but it turned in to a 90 minutes. He did not want to rush as some would like you are on a timer. He had me do exercises and stretches and targeted my problem area and gave me “homework” until our next session. I have to say that it is rare to find a doctor that takes this time to really dig deep into the cause of the issue AND other factors that may have impact as well. The receptionist I spoke to called me back asap the following day I call the as I had called after hours. Super friendly and answered all my question . She was able to squeeze me in in 2 days which is amazing CareSpace has a lot of health professions such as Nutritionist, psychotherapist, acupuncture, massage and many more. I am not sure if all the professional work the same hours but I have able to this appointment at 7pm. I like this because I don’t need to take time off work. They are also opened on Saturdays not sure if it’s for all the specialist or just certain ones. This definitely makes appointments easy. I would highly recommend checking out Carespace.

Fantastic experience: I saw Danial about getting orthotics. He was a delight to work with. I felt very comfortable because of his warm, friendly and approachable spirit. On top of that, his informative and knowledgeable advice put my worries (first time at chiro) to rest. He made it a very easy and seamless experience. I really appreciated the free gait analysis that Carespace offers. It allowed me to decide if I want to pay for orthotics AFTER finding out if whether I really need it. (Seems like a no-brainer, but most other places make you pay regardless.) I also found Carespace to offer the most affordable rate for custom orthotics: CAD 399. Other places I inquired are upwards of CAD 450. Lastly, Danial was very kind and courteous about letting me take time to think about my decision, not pressuring me to buy on the spot. He said that's not his style because "this is health care". Thanks, Danial :)

Fantastic experience: The team at Carespace on Victoria St has been an integral part of helping me heal my body from years of too much sitting. The results have included pain relief, increased mobility and overall better health and fitness. Seeing multiple practitioners in one place is very convenient and the facility is very clean and welcoming. I see Nitin for physio, Dr. Laura for chiro and Gillian for training. I'm so thankful to have found the right team and would highly recommend them for anyone searching for a more integrated approach to their body health.

Fantastic experience: I have always been weary of getting manipulation, however I couldn’t live with the pain and discomfort anymore. I met with Dr Laura Quail and she immediately put me at ease. Dr Laura is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She encourages questions, explains everything she’s about to do, and tells you why she’s doing it. My first session was a consultation, then a we started on a biweekly regimen. . I felt immediate relief after my 1 session. The exercises she chose target my problem areas and make a huge difference with little effort. My neck and shoulders have full range of motion again and I’m pain free thanks to Dr Laura.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for 2 months now for a phobia and Sophia Sharara has been my psychotherapist. I have improved so much from her sessions, I am so happy. I held off going for so long for this phobia but I realized the sooner you go the better because its actually really life changing.

I've only had one appointment so far for a hamstring problem but I am confident it will be resolved and that I will be a lifelong patient of Dr. Baron's for any of my chiropractic/accupuncture needs.

Fantastic experience: Eric was amazing! I've had a shoulder injury for almost a year. Finally, I reached out to Eric and in a few months the shoulder was corrected. An extra bonus was, the nerve damage is almost repaired as well. We were focused on the shoulder repairing so nerve damage repairing was an excellent surprise. Thank you Eric.

Negative experience: This clinic is not wheelchair accessible, despite what they have listed on the Google “about” page. There are two significant steps into the building: the curb from the parking lot to the sidewalk and the sidewalk to the door. Neither of the two doors are automatic, making it a major pain to get in when you’re trying to balance your chair. I’m a manual wheelchair user, and it was dangerous getting into the clinic. There are no ramps. Upon request there is a “ramp” but this does not meet AODA standards and is very steep. This is especially concerning since this business offers health and wellness services. This really needs to be properly addressed. Not giving 1 star as Sam, the RMT, was fantastic and I want to credit his skill.

Fantastic experience: Had a massage with Sam last week and it was perfect. He worked on my neck, back, shoulders and arms...where I needed it the most. After a month of constant pain, stress and anxiety, I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time. Very satisfied. He also gave me a few tips on some great stretches to do at home to relieve the tension. I will definitely be back again.

He listens to your concerns very closely and then explains the root cause and gives you a thorough treatment plan to not just resolve your issues in the short run but actually make you feel healthy overall. I felt better just after my initial first. I can’t recommend Dr. Danial enough and am glad I actually found an excellent Chiro in the KW region.

Fantastic experience: Christina completely transformed my relationship with food! I had a history of disordered eating and my diet was impacted by gastrointestinal problems when I first met with her. I felt trapped by my weight and like I wasn't strong enough to get better. Christina treated me with kindness and empathy and worked with me to develop sustainable habits that let me enjoy food guilt free while meeting my medical and weight loss goals and improving my mental health. Thanks to her I no longer experience the intense hunger pangs that lead me to binge, and I actually feel satiated after each meal. Food brings me joy instead of pain now, and it feels amazing!

Before being a patient of the clinic, I suffered very frequent headaches and mechanical pain in my back and neck. I saw plenty of chiropractors and physiotherapists over the course of about a year which were not able to properly treat my issues. My experience with Dr Danial Dimitri could not have been more different. In the first 5-7 or so visits, my headaches and mechanical pain went away almost completely. Fantastic experience: Jeff is an incredibly knowledgeable personal trainer. But more importantly he is intuitive - ie he has tailored the training sessions specifically to my physique, endurance level and capacity. I had a hard time getting motivated to get to the gym - and even when I did go I'm sure I wasn't exercising correctly. With Jeff I am becoming stronger and am acutely aware of the muscle groups I'm working for maximum benefit - all thanks to Jeff. I can't give this young man enough praises - five stars all around and if you're looking for a personal trainer you won't go wrong with Jeff.
