Negative experience: I am providing a review based on my recent experience with Elysian for their Nutrigenomix testing. I cannot speak for any other service other than this one. The staff were friendly and the location was great. My poor review stems from the deceptive and inacurate advertising on their website and at the time of booking. The issue I have is that when booking the nutrigenomix testing online, you are given a price for the package ($750). You are then offered a hormonal dna test for an extra $100. So with taxes, I walked out spending almost $1000. While I waited for the results, I ended up getting charged $115 for a follow up appointment scheduled in May. I asked why I was charged and it turns out that if you want your results from the DNA testing, you need to pay for an additional appointment. I feel that the cost for the follow up appointment should have been disclosed and written in black and white at the time of the online booking. I only assume that if I’m going to invest $1000 for a package that this includes getting the result of the said test and the way it’s written can definitely lead to misinterpretations. Unfortunately after trying to resolve the issue with Moe, I was told that they conducted an “audit” and there was no misleading information. So I am sharing this review so that everyone is aware that when you think a certain investment costs X amount of dollars, expect to spend more than initially planned to actually get your results. Note: they did offer to share the results without an appointment but explained that they aren’t responsible if I misinterpret the results since I’m not a qualified dietitian. EDIT: I’m not trying to get a “free appointment”. I’m trying to get your company to commit to transparency. A transparent way of doing business would have been, for instance, to set the price for the Nutrigenomix package to include the initial assessment and the follow-up appointment and just re-adjust your price. This ensures your clients fully understand the financial investment they need to make to get their actual results.
Hello Marie-Jose, Thank you for writing this review. The picture you provided is a great example of what you are stating is completely inaccurate. Your complaint was you had expected a free follow-up to receive your nutrigenomix test results. You stated that is what is said on the booking site. Clearly, as per your picture, nowhere does it say this. It simply states that you will not be receiving a custom meal plan in the first appointment, since it is custom, and you will receive it at a follow-up appointment. Nowhere does it state free as you claimed, or included, or anything regarding receiving testing results for free. The cost of the test was the majority of your cost. We stated you are not required to book a follow up to receive your test results, but you would likely not be able to interpret them as they are made to be read by qualified professionals. We are sorry you feel this way, but unfortunately you are simply reading something that is not applicable to your complaint, and translating it into something it is not at an attempt to get a free session from a small business. Unfortunately from our end, we are transparent as can be with every single policy and fee in our facilities. Again, this is just a case where you had expected us to provide you a free booking for an illegitimate concern, and had informed us if we do not provide you one, you’d write a poor review. Fantastic experience: It was my first appointment at EWC and I absolutely recommend it!! The staff is amazing and they have a wide range of services available!!
Fantastic experience: I have had digestion issues my whole life. Feeling pain in my gut and constipation was the norm causing me to be irritable and impatient. To make matters worse, in the last 15 years, I had daily episodes of hypoglycemia which would give me the shakes and cause me to eat more than I needed to. With Sara Awija's help, we solved several issues. First, we determined that I was intolerant to gluten. This eliminated the pain in my gut and has increased my energy level substantially. We also zeroed in on a diet which smooths out my blood sugar level and it has eliminated most episodes of hypoglycemia. For the first time in my life I feel that I am providing my body with the nutrition it needs. My energy level has improved and I even look younger. While it took a lot of effort on my part, I could not have accomplished this without Sara's guidance.
Fantastic experience: Yi is very knowledgeable,very personable, gentle and explains what she’s doing. Yi answered all my questions I had . She had helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend Yi to all my family and friends !
Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dr Sara Awija for seven months and it has been a very rewarding and positive experience. She is very knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. She explains the science of nutrition and urges me to make small changes that pay big dividends. Under her expert guidance I have lowered my blood sugar levels by several points, lost 20 pounds, and, improved my eating habits exponentially. She is currently helping me navigate the complex elimination diet to identify food triggers that are affecting my health. I would never have been able to stay with the process for the past three months without her encouragement. In addition to her expertise, she is also a lovely individual whose smile lights up the Zoom screen and inspires me to keep going. I am very grateful for her support.
Fantastic experience: Great service at the reception desk. Erica my massage therapist was exceptional. I had a back muscle problem lingering for a week. After her massage, I felt better almost instantly. And prices are affordable as well
Fantastic experience: Sara is very knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient and I never feel rushed. She is conscientious. She does not mind answering questions. In the past year, I lost approximately 20 pounds. I lost 20 pounds by eating a well-balanced meal plan that she prepared for me. A few weeks ago she started to see my son who has IBS and it's going very well and he's lost 3.5 pounds. He has more energy to do his workout.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing the dietitian Sara Awija for over a year now. I’ve recommended her to my friends. I had significant stomach issues and with Sara’s knowledge, we were able to identify what the issues were. I’ve since learned how to properly eat. Sara is knowledgeable, takes the time to educate, she’s is professional and non-judgmental. I truly wished I had consulted her much much sooner.
Fantastic experience: I started my nutrition journey with Sara this summer, and I can confidently say she is the BEST nutritionist I've ever worked with. She is kind, compassionate and really attentive; she'll always do her best to accommodate you and help you. Since the first time we met, I could sense that she is really well trained and has a lot of expertise which really comes in handy. She pushes you to be the best version of yourself food wise, but yet still understands that everybody is human. She's never made me feel ashamed, like other nutritionist have, so I would recommend her 100% to anybody trying to better themselves food wise!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sara, a registered dietitian, since Sept 2023. My cholesterol was too high and my doctor was threatening to put me on medication. Sara developed an eating plan for me. I lost weight and my cholesterol is back to normal. My doctor told me he rarely sees such a dramatic improvement. Sara has been fantastic. She's been thoughtful and accommodating, and provided lots of support when I needed to adjust my eating plan to suit my busy schedule. I highly recommend Elysian, and Sara is a fabulous dietitian.

Fantastic experience: Got my very first massage here yesterday and loved it!! Felt so at ease and got so much helpful tips from Massage Therapist Ashley Slaney. Would recommend her to anyone! She helped me get relief from MS stiffness in neck and just the next day I feel so much more mobile and no pain. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and tailors the massage to that. Fantastic experience: Neha Reddy, Physiotherapist replaced my previous physiotherapist here due to retirement in December. I was apprehensive to try a new physiotherapist. Neha is great! I've been going for treatment, I had back pain that happened due to excess snow shovelling. Her treatments have helped me so much. She is helpful, knowledgable and professional, she offers a variety of helpful physio treatments. I've been going to Elysian for a number of years for both physio and massage and I continue to go back. When I was in a MVA they dealt with insurance for treatments, they helped me so much a few years back. Their cancellation policy for appointments is also very clear on their website. Very professional atmosphere and they help you feel better. You don't have to live with pain.

Negative experience: They have terrible customer service. They charged me for a "no-show" when I called to cancel my apt. On top of that the receptionist fought me on it. They do not have a voicemail which is ridiculous, so if you call to cancel and they don't pick up the phone (which they have never for me) you cant cancel. Do not bother with this establishment- they are not up to date with accommodating anyone in a representable manner. On top of it, I notice from another reviewer frustrated that they were charged and your response is.. that they were closed over the holidays for family time....You cant use that as a response, when you charge people due to family issues. Thats a bit hypocritical to me. As well I feel the same from as another reviewer that I was a bit bullied. ***** your response is that you did a thorough review of the situation?! Thats a lie. You called me and demanded I show proof when I called and then you slapped me with a cancellation bill. Thats not working with your customer at all. *****

Fantastic experience: My self and my family have been going to Elysian wellness for about 2 years. The reception staff is always nice to us. Alex the chiropractor is amazing at what he does. He takes his time and I always walk out of my appointment with such a relief. Ashley the massage therapist is wonderful, my self and my family love seeing her. She genuinely put care to her work! Negative experience: This place is undoubtedly a scam! Even if you cancel a dietitian appointment with three weeks' notice, they still charge you the full price because they pre-charge your card. What's the point of canceling then? The diet plan they provide is incredibly generic, seemingly copied from the internet. The dietitian even made mistakes like getting my husband's gender wrong in the so-called “customized “ plan because she just copied and pasted. They lure you in by pre-booking appointments. My advice: steer clear of these scam artists! Update : The owner personally called me , called me difficult and insulted me , and bullied me and said “I will be hearing from his lawyer “ because I shared my experience online ! Hello Yasaman. First off, thank you for your review. As per our policy, we do not force clients to buy packages like other dietitians and nutritionists, but any appointments that are booked must be pre-paid as the dietitians prep their work for your appointment weeks in advance due to their case load. This is stated extremely clearly, in bold, on an intake form which your husband signed and actually initialed beside that exact policy. The original appointment was also for tomorrow, and it was rescheduled last Thursday. The work for this appointment was already done prior to the rescheduling, as dietitians prep for their patients 1-2 weeks prior, but of course the rescheduling was completely fine and we moved the appointment as requested. The appointment had been moved to 3 weeks from tomorrow, and today we received your call to just cancel the appointment. When informing you of the prepayment made, that is when you began screaming at our reception desk. In regards to the meal plan, all our plans are customized and it would unfortunately make no sense how any dietitian or nutritionist would grab a meal plan “off the internet”, and give it to a wide range of patients with different needs (such as weight loss or weight gain), and different food sensitivities. Unfortunately, the entirety of your review is false. Your excuse was your husband was moving away, but we were told by your husband another reason via email. In regards to your comment about the owner speaking with you, he had called you to discuss your concerns and find a solution that would make you happy, but you were beyond aggressive, would not let us speak, and was just screaming at him. As a matter of fact, your first words "What do you want? Why are you harassing me". You accused us of harassing you when we only called you this one time to discuss your review, which most clients appreciate as we take great concerns in review such as this one. We stated that it was "difficult to speak with you while you are screaming at us", no one said you were difficult. It was repeatedly said to you that we are attempting to have a conversation with you to find a solution that would make you happy, but you kept screaming at us regardless. It was unfortunately impossible to continue a conversation with you and we had to end the call. Please be aware, this call was recorded as you were informed prior to beginning the call, therefore no one was bullying you, and we have the recorded proof. From what we are aware, your husband is an extremely nice individual, and we’ve had nothing but a positive relationship with him. Should he wish, tell him to please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this review with him and find an amicable solution.
Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years now. I always see Mason for deep tissue massage. I see him every 4 weeks. Can I tell you how amazing I feel after. It’s such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Mason is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I've seen Johanne, the physio therapist, about a problem I've has for several years. Johanne is very knowledgeable and explains everything she does, not missing any details. I've been tremendously impressed by her knowledge and the way she makes sure to explain everything so I could understand. I've seen many medical professionals about this issue but I've learned more with Johanne than anyone else. She is always on time, courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend her treatment to anyone.

Getting yourself back on track, health-wise, can be an overwhelming process - but the guidance and expertise received from Sara has truly been life-changing (trust the process!). She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and such a pleasure to work with. I thought this process would be intimidating, but she has made it so enjoyable: she answers all my questions and explains things so well and in simple terms. I've learned so many new things about how nutrition impacts my body - things that I thought were "healthy" were actually harming me. After just 1 week of working with her, I saw an immediate impact on my energy levels... They skyrocketed! Haven't felt this good in over 10 years. My real name is Mona and I spent thousands of dollars and my daughter didn't even lose one single pound. They wouldn't make any exceptions and charge the full amount if one out of more than 50 other sessions is missed. Save your money and seek more professional services. 1st Edit after aggressive reply: Your reply to me is not only offensive but it is defaming also. I did not ask you to commit any fraud it is me who pays for my daughter's sessions and I wanted proof of the credit card you have been directly withdrawing from so that I can claim expenses for dependents. I was the one who cancelled my daughter's sessions with you and my daughter also sent you an email saying she did not want to attend any more sessions at your Centre. I did not harass your staff I only called twice only asking for proof of my payment for my daughter's sessions. It seems this owner and the management address the client's complaints by attacking their clients and accusing them of fraud or whatever. I hope everyone sees this review and avoid dealing with you altogether. I can take you to court for these false accusations and I really regret ever having to deal with you. Response # 2 to your atrocious bullying response coercing me to remove my -ve review. I wonder how many bullied reviewers had to cancel their reviews in this way so that you can keep only the false “ perfect 5 *- reviews ”! Everything in your reply is concocted. I nether harassed your staff calling them 5-6 times a day for over a week, nor sent dozens of emails. I never asked you to change the invoice, I just asked you to either include my name under “PAYOR “ in the Receipt Form provided, or to provide a letter stating that I made the payments. You refused both requests. Even when I complained to Dietitian Sara, your sister, she told me to delete my -ve review so that your response gets deleted! Hello Mona. We are aware of your situation and the consistent issues you have been causing our staff. For over a week, you have been consistently harassing our staff to commit fraud and put your daughters invoices under your name so you may claim them under your own personal taxes, which we cannot do. She is also not a minor. Your review is simply because we refused to put another patient’s invoice under your name, and assist you with committing tax fraud. It has nothing to do with our service or staff who have been nothing more than respectful throughout your verbal abuse and harassment. We actually applaud our administrators for remaining calm and polite considering your behaviour. In regards to your losing weight comment, the practitioners job is to guide your daughter and provide her the tools to succeed, the patients duty is to execute those tools and put in the work. Unfortunately, your daughter has not followed the guidance and meal plan of the practitioner. Of course, this will result in no results. Instead of consistently harassing and verbally abusing our staff, that energy should have been put into assisting your daughter in her journey, and adhering to the practitioners guidance. Due to the consistent nature of your behaviour with our staff, and the constant harassment of our staff to commit fraud for you, we ask that you do not return. We promote a safe and harassment free environment for our staff and patients, and we will not tolerate any more verbal abuse or harassment from you towards our staff. It is sad as from what I am aware, your daughter is a wonderful young lady, but due to your behaviour we prefer that she does not continue to attend. Response to edit: If the point was to show that you were paying for the appointments, then a banking statement is sufficient for your accountant. They would be able to match the payments shown on your credit card, which say "Elysian Wellness", to the invoices/dates of your daughter's appointments. We even offered to write you a letter stating you were the one making payments, but you were adamant on invoices changed with your name on it. We cannot legally put another patient's invoices under your name as you requested several times. Defamation does not apply to true statements. Actually, a great example of defamation is the entirety of your review. On another note, calling only twice is also false. You had called our clinic approximately 5-6 times a day for over a week, not including the dozens of emails sent. Fantastic experience: My husband and I started seeing Sara 7 months ago to address and manage a complex health risk. The hope that we struggled to find in conventional medicine was provided by Sara who put us on a path to optimize overall health, reduce the effects of illness and treatment, and to mitigate the risk of recurrence. We highly recommend Sara and this clinic for health and wellness coaching that goes well beyond weight loss which she also helped us with. And she let our other family members attend sessions so that our adult children can understand and support our plan. We are ever grateful that we found Sara and this clinic whose staff have also been wonderful.
Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic in a convenient location with great accessible parking. Johanne is absolutely great, she has helped me with post-surgery physio and is always a pleasure to visit. The clinic has a great online booking system with an organized dashboard to keep all your appointments in one place and they do a great job of sending reminders before your appointment.

Fantastic experience: So impressed by this place, really a shining example of local business and how it should be run. I’ve tried several services with them, including the nutritionist and have always been impressed. The physiotherapy is what I come back for often as I’ve tried so many different places and have never stuck to one until I tried this place. Scheduling is a breeze, cancelling is reasonable, service is super friendly and the staff know their stuff. I actually drive far and past several other places just to go this Elysian because I appreciate the service that much. In a sea of mediocre mismanaged businesses, this place is a star.

Fantastic experience: I contacted them a few months ago because I was in need to work with a registered dietitian in order to address a serious medical condition. I have been happy with the service all along. I was referred to Sara Awija, and she has been a pleasure to work with. She takes time to explain everything, answer any questions, and address things as they come up. After a few months of working with Sara regularly, trusting and following her plan, I am feeling much better. Hello Nasser. Your son had showed up to our clinic, at the appointment time, informing us your wife (I am assuming it is your wife) will not be attending the appointment. Unfortunately, we do have a 24 hour policy, therefore showing up at the appointment time and informing us your wife won’t be attending is not fair to the therapist. We would have appreciated a heads up for the therapist’s sake rather then letting us know when the appointment was starting. There was also no gift card presented to us whatsoever. Also looking at your review history, out of 6 reviews you’ve only left 1 business a good review. Clearly you seem to have issues with almost every business you attend, which indicates the businesses are not the issue. Also, our hunt club manager reached out to your wife not too long ago to speak with her and offer her a solution, but your wife would not let the manager get a single word in, kept yelling and screaming at her, and ended up hanging up in her face mid-sentence. We promote an environment of respect and inclusivity in our clinic, therefore we do ask that you do not return or recommend anyone if they will be conducting themselves with similar behaviour.
Negative experience: Massage was okay (inconsistent pressure with I'm assuming the RMT non dominant hand?). Unfortunately the walls are extremely thin, I could hear the next room over and all that patients personal details, quite literally every word, and they were talking normally. My RMT did turn on the relaxing music but it could only do so much. Will try the bells corners location in hopes that sound might be less of an issue. Location has plenty of parking, checking in for appointment was smooth, comfortable waiting room area and I found it clean and comfortable. Very easy to book online and reception was helpful when I called with questions prior to booking

All our RMTs are very experienced and they check pressure minimum 1 time per treatment, and we strive for excellent communication with our patients during treatment, therefore it is quite concerning this is the first time in 6 years a client states a complaint about inconsistent pressure with one of our RMTs. In regards to the walls, they are standard drywall with sound reducing blow in insulation. Please also take into account we are a wellness/rehab clinic and not a spa, therefore there will always be noise travelling through the vents etc., just like other clinics, including family physician offices. It it is very difficult to reduce noise 100% as noise can travel through almost any small space or opening, even though we’ve input things such as sound deadening doors, blow in insulation, and sound insulation on top of the ceiling tiles. Negative experience: Be aware of their “cancellation policy” and god forbid something happen in your life on a day other then Monday to Friday. On Saturday, something came up and I had an appointment on the coming Tuesday, I immediately emailed apologizing and asking to cancel, only to be met with an automated reply which included their policy. Monday morning (Easter Monday) while I was at WORK, I received an email confirming my appointment, and I AGAIN, emailed promptly back stating I couldn’t make it. Now, Tuesday morning, the day of my appointment I receive a reply telling me I am going to be billed $125 for cancelling. I’ve been a client for over 5 years and have always had good service. I like the direct billing, and the RMTs. This cancellation policy has to be looked at and changed. I won’t be back because of this single issue. Unfortunately this has soured me to the dealings of this company. My thought process is simple, if I am able to book my own appointments, I should be able to just as easily cancel them and not need wait for a warm body from 8 to 5 Monday to Friday to cancel them.

Fantastic experience: I see Alex for my chiropractic treatments. I suffer from migraines and other chronic issues. Alex takes the time to thoroughly assess what I am experiencing. He designs a customized treatment plan that I really feel is tailored to my needs. He checks in every step of the way to explain what he is doing which makes me feel empowered in the treatment process. He has dynamic methods which includes classic techniques, soft tissue work, and much more. I highly recommend Alex for everyone's regular wellness care.

I asked if my other appointment for that day could be rescheduled and they couldn’t move it. They can cancel with less then 24 hours at their convenience but you can’t. Garbage service. Hello Cory Switzer. We will happily address your review. We were completely open on the "snow storm", and your therapist was truly sick and had the stomach bug that has been going around. The therapist you were booked in with is rarely ever sick and works over-time for her patients, therefore it is quite unfair for you to question the legitimacy of her illness. We cancelled less than 24 hours as your therapist was sick, and they physically could not treat you as they were ill, and also for your safety as to not get you sick as well. Also, your massage therapist being ill does not affect attending your physiotherapy appointment, where your therapist was present and ready to treat you, and which you were informed of, and decided to simply not show up. You had also asked us to commit fraud and process your cancellation under your insurance, where our answer was of course no. We are sorry that your therapist was ill and was unable to treat you, but this is something that is out of our control and it was also for the safety of not getting you ill as well. A therapist who is ill and unable to treat under 24 hours is quite different. We appreciate your positive wishes for our business, and we wish you well also. We also hope you work on being more positive towards small businesses, as your review history of businesses seems consistently negative and full of anger. We truly hope whatever is affecting you negatively to cause so much hatred in your heart and wish bad upon others / businesses is worked on and resolved. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Elysian Wellness Centre. I am currently working with Sara, the Centre's dietician, on a colon-friendly eating plan (I am a stage 3 colon cancer survivor but have been left with a very sensitive and over-reactive gut as a result). Since starting this journey, I have noticed so much positive change in my overall wellbeing, energy levels, decreased anxiety and gut health. Bonus that I have also shed a few extra unwanted pounds as well. There are no expensive 'special' foods to buy. Simple, "normal" every day healthy foods eaten in the correct portions, ratios and at the correct time is all it takes. I've tried it all, and this has been the only successful and sustainable strategy that has ever worked for me. Life-changing. If you suffer with IBS or digestive/gastro issues of any sort and like me, can't seem to figure out what works, I highly recommend you give this a try. Many health insurance plans (like mine through work) cover the costs (partially or fully) of seeing a dietician. Check it out!

Fantastic experience: I first went to this location in 2018 and have always been impressed with the minimal yet modern interior which is always impeccably clean. They do the best with the space they have and employ a wide variety of skilled and relatively young and driven professionals who do an excellent job. Recently I had to return due to a lingering neck issue. I have seen a variety of chiropractors over the last decade and Dr.Caner Nar has given me the best results so far. He has a more gentle approach to musculoskeletal issues and will not go adjusting joints until the underlying muscular causes are identified and addressed. The bedside manner has always been supportive, encouraging and serves to educate patients to improve their results. If you're looking to improve your physical wellness this a great place to start.

Fantastic experience: Elysian Wellness Centre's service is beyond exceptional. They ensure you're welcomed and comfortable. I booked with Morgan and she really assisted in getting to the root cause of my on going pain. She also recommended home remedies and exercises to ensure it doesn't return post massage. I can not recommend this place and Morgan in particular enough!

Negative experience: A very bad experience. Clearly many people have had issues with their greedy way of doing business. They store your credit card on file and their cancellation policy is ridiculous. After an initial assessment on Thursday, we scheduled an appointment for Monday. Let me mention, Michael is very pushy to book mulitple follow up appointments. No other physio/rmt/professional behaves this way. Due to a meeting that came up, I had to cancel so called the next morning. Receptionist refused to cancel without penalty, saying 2 business days is policy and weekend doesn't count as that. Then got a call from Michael (physiotherapist) saying he will do me a 'favor' by not charging the cancellation while pushing for further appointments. Moreover, started telling me on how he wont tolerate hostility towards his staff, when i simply stated my displeasure with the policy and explained how it wasnt fair. I had also mentioned to her how i don't blame her for this, but the policy. Well, i wont do business with people who throw baseless shocking accusations and cant take critical criticism. Have been to a lot of wellness centres and never had such an issue. Terrible and rude customer service! No wonder there schedules are completely empty, while other physios in the city are booked. Edit following response: Simply shocking to see what lengths this clinic can go to Lie, lie and lie again. Shocking allegations once again, when in reality the manager called to threaten me and abused me by calling me irrational and hostile. Then they have the gall to say I was screaming. Not once did i raise my voice and i have recorded the entire call. Manager ended the call after her verbal abuses. This clinic and its staff have no shame. I have no intention of visiting again, or didnt you read that in the review! Do not call me again.
Hi Harsh, Thank you for your review. We do have a cancellation policy which we make all patients aware of within their signed intake forms, email reminders and verbally at their first appointment. As a gesture of goodwill, we waived your cancellation fee from your first treatment session and offered to reschedule for another time later that week, but unfortunately this was not sufficient enough for you. Additionally, the clinic does have a zero tolerance policy for loud, abusive language and behaviour which we implement to support our staff, patients and visitors. Our admin experienced verbal abuse from you over the phone in which we asked that this not continue and we can no longer take you as a patient. The safety of our staff comes first. Unfortunately, our manager attempted to reach out to you again today to discuss the issue and she was met with the same screaming and threatening behaviour over the phone as our admin experienced on the day in question, and she had to end the call as she could unfortunately not get a word in while you were screaming during the call. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a huge shout out to the best massage therapist out there ! From my very first visit with Mason I knew I would be a regular. He is extremely knowledgable and passionate about what he does. I feel extremely comfortable under his care and appreciate all the helpful tips he always gives me to keep me in top shape. It took me a long time to find a massage therapist that I connect with and now that I have, I have nothing but good things to say about him. Fantastic experience: Love it here! I have been going to get massage therapy on a regular basis with massage therapist Mason Timm for almost three years now. The atmosphere is great, the service amazing and I always leave very happy. Mason is amazing at his work, helping making me feel better by the end of each of our sessions and makes it fun with his charismatic and warm energy. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Elysian Wellness has top notch service! All the therapists and receptionists are very professional and greet you like you are their number one customer. The clinic is very clean and relaxing. The massage therapist Mason Timm gives an incredible deep tissue massage as well! I highly recommend Elysian Wellness Centre - It's high end service!
Fantastic experience: I liked it very much! I went for a 60 mn massage and I feel like a new born now. Brooke is very professional, experienced and nice. She knew ahead why I needed the massage, and went over what she would do. Brooke's skill is extraordinary, it feels like her arms and fingers are dancing on your back. It's just amazing and smooth. After the massage, she gave me a few advice to relax my muscles and body. I've never had such a good massage experience, and will definetly come back because of Brooke. Thank You again!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caner Nar, is very professional and cares about what he does. His energy, his knowledge is very appreciated. The wellbeing of his patients are important to him and he will go the extra mile to help you but you have to do the work like everything in life he is not a miracle worker unless you take the time and follow his instructions to help yourself after your sessions with him. I would recommend Dr. Nar and I will be going back to maintain and to prevent other injuries. The staff are also very polite, helpful and kind. I would also recommend Elysian Wellness Centre.
