Fantastic experience: Dr. Rick has been my go to, superb Chiropractor. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He has shared and showed me how I can continue care and exercise at home. In the past 5 years, his sessions have been pivotal in my MVA rehabilitation. Cool to witness my strength and mobility coming back. Any time I visit him, I know it's a true investment in my health and well being. Sports is a significant part of my life and his as well. It's assuring to know a medical provider has got you 24/7/365. Grateful for continuity of care. His support crew are welcoming and well....awesome really - a dream team. Fantastic experience: Marcus is very knowledgeable and friendly, he definitely knows what he is talking about and puts up real effort to help people heal! Will definitely recommend his service. However station street health has some issue with their payment system, even after taking payment they keep on asking for the same payment again and again which isn't professional. Showed them receipts twice yet each new person on the desk ask the same question again and again.

I was there for physio with Nathan and I am very happy I was referred to Nathan as he does quality work and is very compassionate and patient. Fantastic experience: It's a clean and neat place. Rick is a great guy to help you get yourself on your feet. My back has been very bad at times. And when I went to them, they gave me relief from the pain in one section I had improved mobility in my back, I can move around easier and less pain then before. I was in so much pain the first time I was there, I couldn't even sit in my vehicle without being in a lot of pain. I would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of living in pain. Having a sore back, and it prevents you from doing any activities.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing really sharp back pain every time I woke up. I did stretches and even bought a new mattress and nothing helped. I went and seen Holly for a deep tissue massage and for the first time in 5 months, I woke up with no pain. THANK YOU Holly!

Fantastic experience: Six years ago when I found Dr Maria I was experiencing a lot of discomfort and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. With regular acupuncture and chiro alignments I began to feel, sleep and move much better. Maria provided me with both instant and long term relief. I now go every couple months for a “tune up”. Just to keep things ache free. I truly cannot say better things about Maria and the rest of the staff at Station Street. It’s a warm, welcoming environment with many unique services to fit any needs. Highly recommend anyone there!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Station Street Health. Booking was easy, all staff friendly and welcoming, and my physiotherapist Marcus Payne was excellent. He not only helped me to practice the correct strength training exercises to correct my shoulder pain, he also helped me understand the underlying reason for the pain so I could adapt my daily life movements and activities to continue strengthening and avoid unnecessary pain in that area. He always made me feel comfortable, welcomed questions, and his kind personality allowed for easy and light conversation during appointments. I would definitely recommend Station Street Health!

Fantastic experience: I’m an active person over 50. About two years ago, I began to have significant hip pain. Despite getting Chiro treatment over the years, I needed a different point of view. Dr Rick has put me on a strength routine to improve where need and the pain has improved a lot. Still work to do but very grateful for his knowledge, professionalism and care.

Fantastic experience: I have a fracture in my toe which has caused me to over compensate one of my legs a bit. I had pain in my foot, knee and hip which Marcus Payne had addressed and given me some activities to rehab back to full strength. I learned a lot about where the pain was coming from and how to prevent it from getting worse. I waddled my way into Station Street Health and walked back out. Thanks again! Fantastic experience: Station Street, specifically Marcus, has made an incredible difference in my health and life. Prior to starting physio I was experiencing migraines 2-3 times every couple weeks and often missing work time to lay in bed in pain. Since starting physio, I have not had a single migraine or missed time at work. A few headaches here and there but nothing debilitating like before. From someone who has tried literally everything for migraines (except physio until now) I simply cannot recommend it enough. Thank you SSH!

Her adjustments are always super thorough and provide immediate relief. She is the first person to have explained the concept of "bracing" to me when lifting or doing odd movements. Fantastic experience: This clinic is amazing! When you step in the door, you are greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Because of an MVA, I see a lot of the staff and can honestly say they are the best of the best! The massage ladies, Maria the chiropractor (totally THE BEST), and Samantha & Nathan the physiotherapists . . . they all are amazing through and through. I just moved to Saint John and am very lucky to have been referred to Station Street Health and receive such top notch care all in one spot.
