Fantastic experience: This was my first treatment at YYC to address a nagging leg muscle injury I am impressed with the results. The sign in process at the clinic was professional and efficient and the therapist was knowledgeable and took the time to understand the specifics of my injury. They explained the treatment plan in detail, which included a combination of deep tissue massage and targeted pressure points. The therapist’s expertise was evident as they skillfully worked on the affected area, gradually easing the tension and pain. The massage was tailored to my needs and the therapist constantly checked in to ensure the pressure was just right and adjusted techniques based on my feedback. The environment was calming, with a comfortable massage table. The therapist also provided valuable advice on post-massage care and exercises to aid in my recovery. A great overall experience.

He was very thorough in his assessment and showed me a number of complimentary treatment options in addition to the regular chiropractic adjustments. He is friendly and heloed me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: An absolute gem in downtown Calgary. As someone who sits at a desk all day and then tries to be a weekend warrior on the ice, at the golf course, or trying to be a lumberjack I constantly over exert myself. Being able to walk across the street and get physio / massage therapy on my schedule is extremely important. Inaya at Stretch Hub is particularly helpful. After my last session I went directly to golf and shot my lowest round of the year with no back pain. Save buying a new driver and go to Stretch Hub, way better value.

It seemed like the other experts in this fiThe person I had previously met, who had no real grasp or effective strategy to help me with my condition, did not have a true understanding of my situation. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to physio, chiro, and massage at so many other clinics before going to Inaya for KINESIOLOGY treatment. During the initial visit, she identified my problem and right away got to the treatment. I wasn’t able to put weight on my leg due to my knee pain or even climb stairs. In just two visits, she was able to solve my issue. I am now walking and able to do other activities with minimal pain. 100% recommend Inaya for all your needs.

Fantastic experience: Ashley was amazing today. I was struggling with chronic back pain that had flared up and was very uncomfortable. I came into the appointment not in a good head space. Between her soothing touch and energy Ashley was able to help my back stop spasming and move up to more therapeutic pressure. I received this massage as a gift but I can see myself coming back.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Inaya for an ongoing hip issue and in working with her it has completely improved. I have never been to a Kinesiologist and her knowledge and care involving strength exercises, stretching, and follow up were what finally put this nagging problem to bed. Fantastic experience: I have muscular dystrophy (MD) and visit Jessica, a RMT for massages leaning more on the therapeutic side. She is very very professional and puts in a lot of time and effort during each session and takes the time out to explain things to me - what pressure is working with which tissue and muscle and customizing the approach to every muscle. Her approach is very clinical, with a lot of genuine care. The massages so far seem to be very effective in helping me learn my body with MD better and working towards improvement. From activating weak muscles to relieving the tension in tight ones, its been amazing and I highly recommend Jessica for all her knowledge, expertise and professional skills.

Fantastic experience: Sadiq is BY FAR the best chiropractor that I have ever had. I call him the miracle man. For example, I was 2 weeks away from running a 1/2 marathon and I hurt my SI. I had one treatment and 4 days later was able to do a 15km training run. I have since had one additional treatment and have absolutely no worries about running the 1/2 in 3 days. Highly recommended.
