Negative experience: Very bad experience. Physiotherapist khusboo just see my mother for 5 mins in every session after that her assistant come and advice to my mother do this exercise for 10 time and attend another patient my mother was waiting for 5-10 minutes for next exercise.when they book session they said the time period is 1 hour but we are waiting for 2 hours in clinic. Receptionist are just doing gossip's with each other.Overall our experience is very bad I recommend to everyone please DO NOT visit SEWA Physiotherapy it’s just wastage of money.

Fantastic experience: I have been known this phydio therapy more than 6 years, i tried many massages with different people in this place , the girls does a massage every time I book with here she is late 15 minutes , and another girls is not doing good job , and I was trying more than 10 different people working in this places, they are not doing good job , I even complain to the owner before, and stop go here for more than 2 years ( close to my house) then sometimes my day off I don’t want to go far for massages, then I go back to this place again , and today is was amazing. LINDA is the best person I found her today, she did amazing jobs, really good services and she have very deep knowledge about massage, understanding about where the body do the job when you do massages or press that place. I was try more than 40 places for massages ( because I have back problems) but I think LINDA is the best person in Canada . Everyone should try to book her and experience. LINDA is the best. I am so lucky, I nerver give a review in my life. This is a first time to do it , everyone should go to here and try LINDA you won’t regret after

Shimpy is my physiotherapist since 2017, I tried a lot of therapist, but no one can compare her, the way she treated the patients and always knows what part of the body needs to treat. And she has a magic hands to cure the pain. And also Linda the Massage Therapist, she cured all my body pain, I've looked most of the clinic but no one can compare her how she treated her patients and at last I've Linda. Sewa is highly recommended all the effort and money you will spend will worth it.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at SEWA. I had Linda, one of the best massage therapist. She is good listener and understands the customer pain. I highly recommend linda for Massage.

Negative experience: Came here for 2 sessions. On my second visit the therapist saw me for about 5 minutes, she said she would show me some exercises before my session ended. I was at the clinic for a total of an hour and a half, mostly just waiting on the table. After the ultrasound the assistant told me I could leave. But I still needed to see the therapist, who was literally about to go home. The assistant called her back and therapist said “whaaat is it”. Obviously we could all hear her. I’ve been to a couple other clinic before and the therapist ALWAYS comes back to check on you to give feedback, to let you ask questions, then they give you advice and exercises for home. The only reason I picked this place was because it was open on a Sunday and I was in a lot of pain. The clinic was really over booked. Service was average. I was just another 80 buck to them. I’m in more pain now than I was when I initially went.

Fantastic experience: My recent visit to Canada became a virtual hell after I twisted my right knee during a family hike resulting in a meniscus injury adding on to my existing osteoarthritis. In intense pain with a swollen knee and unable to walk, I was advised Physiotherapy. I discontinued after my first three sessions as I wasn’t satisfied. I was then referred to SEWA Cityscape Physiotherapy & Massage Centre, NE Calgary by an acquaintance. My first session with them was on 30 Jul 23 and the last on 17 Oct 23. My treatment programme under Shimpy Wadhwa included muscle toning, joint movement, exercises, ultra sound therapy, TENs, dry needling, cold compress among other procedures. I can with confidence say that after these 11 weeks of treatment, I am in very good shape. The pain and swelling have gone. The knee movement is free and I can clearly feel strengthening of my muscles. I am walking comfortably but have been advised to avoid prolonged walks for some more time. On the eve of my departure from Calgary, I wish to convey a special thanks to Shimpy and Keereth and to SEWA Clinic for getting me back on road. I assure you that I will continue with the exercises as advised. I must make a special mention here that I used to come all the way from Chestermere and SEWA clinic, despite a very busy schedule always accommodated me with suitable appointments. Negative experience: It’s affordable and they direct bill your insurance, the specialist are friendly. However I noticed that the reception service isn’t the best. Usually come early for my appointments and have heard them apologize every time for double booking or losing a booking. Apparently they call and email but seems it’s typically not occurring. Also a little annoying that they had you to put on a mask while their mask is always below the nose… they also never ask if you would like to book for a follow up or even a “have a great day”. I think a little customer service will go a long way here

Fantastic experience: It's my first time here. The receptionist is friendly and helpful for guiding me to fill in the forms. Afterwards I see my physiotherapist Bijish. He is very patient and gentle, and he professionally answers all my questions. He also carefully diagnose my shoulder problem and set up the appropriate treatment. Negative experience: It was my first time getting massage there, i was disappointed. I had to wait for 40 minutes despite of booking an appointment. I was told that i will have to wait 15 mins when i reached there since their massage room wasn't ready. I was fine with it but 40 mins alot of wait. The massage room was next to reception so i could hear all the conversations and phone calls defeats the purpose of massage.

I will give 10/10 to cleanliness, friendly staff, quick service and amazing therapists here. I took few sessions of physiotherapy from Dr Shimpy.
