Fantastic experience: Dr Alina is an amazing, caring and insightful chiropractic Doctor. She takes her time to investigate the root cause and most of the time, her initial suspicions of what could be wrong are to the point confirmed via X-rays, scans or ultrasounds. Most of all, you can expect to walk out of every appt, feeling much better and reach a complete recovery or at the very least, a significant improvement fairly quickly. I highly recommend Dr Alina Moloney.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bryan Pankow is an excellent chiropractor who has helped me significantly when I did a number on my neck and had minimal movement. After one session I saw positive results, and after the second session I have essentially full movement. Being pregnant, I was a bit apprehensive but Dr. Bryan walked me through everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. The Nobility Performance office is relaxing, and all the staff are wonderfully kind and friendly. I have already recommended to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I have had countless exceptional experiences here at Nobility Performance thanks to Dr. Alina (phenomenal chiropractor), Miriam (highly skilled RMT) , Mike (the kindest guy you’ll meet aka owner), and their outgoing receptionists. Dr. Alina came highly recommended by my sister in law. Dr. Alina took her time to assess my problem areas and was able to pinpoint the problem. After a few visits, Dr. Alina’s technique has relieved my discomfort in my target areas. Dr. Alina also goes above and beyond (think physiotherapist) and gives her patients at home exercises which have really helped me to alleviate pain. *I was 22 weeks pregnant when I started seeing Dr. Alina, currently at 35 weeks. Highly recommend her for anyone expecting!* Miriam, thank you for providing a relaxing deep tissue massage that alleviated my neck, shoulder, and back pain. The clinic's welcoming, clean, serene, ambiance and professional staff make it the best experience. 10/10. I'll definitely keep returning for regular treatments!

Fantastic experience: The best place in town. The cold plunge and red light bed have been a huge part of us staying healthy and feelin good!

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with this establishment through another platform, securing a slot that suited my schedule and receiving confirmation via email. However, few days later , I was informed by the receptionist that they do not honor bookings made through that platform and had rescheduled me for a different day . Additionally, despite receiving emails and phone messages, there were no clear indications regarding cancellation fees. During the scheduled session, I encountered a work emergency and promptly notified them via email, albeit just 30 minutes before. To my surprise, the owner demanded the full fee of around $110, citing their cancellation policy. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to policies, the lack of proper communication and failure to highlight the cancellation policy by the staff or their notifications should not result in me bearing the entire financial burden. Furthermore, it's worth noting that even their email communications merely mention a cancellation fee without explicitly stating that it would amount to the full cost of the service. Despite explaining this discrepancy to the owner, they remained unmoved, insisting that I pay the full fee for a service I did not utilize. This unwillingness to acknowledge their own shortcomings and rectify the situation is disappointing, to say the least. I hope this review serves as a stark reminder of the potential unfairness customers might encounter when dealing with this establishment. Had the establishment displayed greater transparency and professionalism by informing customers of their policies in details and upfront, I would have been more understanding. However, given the circumstances, I find it unjust to be held accountable for the full fee. I share this review as a cautionary tale for others, urging them to be mindful of the establishment's rigid policies, particularly in cases of unforeseen emergencies.

Fantastic experience: Aaron Johnston is one of the best RMTs in Ottawa, hands down. Speaking as an RMT myself, Aaron has been an amazing resource in keeping me in working condition, consistently addressing and helping each and every one of my concerns in our sessions. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, able to easily explain his process as he works on you, and is happy to answer any and all questions I may have. I have been coming to him since before I became an RMT, and I will continue to see him as long as he is accepting clients

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Aaron for well over a year. He’s always on time and makes sure to check in at the beginning of each appointment to see what needs to be focused on. He has a huge amount of knowledge of the muscle system and for me really helps work out trigger points to help manage my chronic pain. I would say he does a really deep tissue massage and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Moloney listened to all of my concerns and history and made adjustments appropriately. The adjustments felt good and easy. I was referred to Dr. Pankow by a friend and didn’t put much stock into Chiropractic care at the time but decided to take a chance because I trusted my friend. I’m so grateful now that I did! I didn’t even realize how badly I needed the care he offers until I was receiving it. Without any embellishment whatsoever, he has helped me to unlock my body and get me back into ranges I didn’t even remember were possible. It has felt at different times over the 10 weeks I’ve been seeing him that my body is aging in reverse. He’s comprehensive - I’ve never had a chiropractor treat me literally from head to pinky toe and that’s exactly what he does. But it’s not just about results. It’s also about his process. He really puts me as the client in the centre of my own care where the feedback and concerns I bring forward are taken seriously and used to tailor my therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Pankow and Nobility Performance in general to anyone who thinks they might be even a little bit curious about what is offered there. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I went in today to try out the red light pod. I highly recommend it. I was telling my husband that after being in there for 30 mins I felt like I spent 8 hours at Nordik spa. I was so relaxed and I am sure I will sleep well tonight. I also went in to see Alina for acupuncture. She is very gentle, I hardly felt the needles when she put them in and she is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Very thorough initial assessment with a lot of what he was said making sense to why I lifted in certain ways. Treatment has been a mix of massage therapy and at home exercises. Notably, I once came in with writhing back pain and within an hour he was able to address the issue which allowed it to mend over the subsequent days. I have also seen Dr. Bryan Pankow for Chiropractic assessments and adjustments. Bryan is a warm individual who will make all feel welcome in the clinic. The onsite cold soak tub is clean and offers a great way the adventurous to shock the body before leaving feeling recharged.
