Andre was extremely knowledgeable and excellent at using a multi-faceted approach to help me move physically with greater comfort, and armed me with knowledge to help myself into the future. Most massage therapists seem to care a lot about their clients/patients, but I think that Andre is one of those people you can easily call, one of the Best Humans.

He freely offers up tools and advice to prevent injuries, he listens to you when it’s getting painful, he has a calming demeanor and voice, and he’s just a generally cool and fun guy to talk to. If my schedule and insurance would allow it, I would be here once a week.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Stoltz for 4 years or so and he is good, i work in construction and like the no nonsense approche. Don't try to upsale me, wan bam thank you mam. I dont have time to waste with visits to infinitum and. That is what I get . I can call or message via google message when I wake up in pain from tweaking something at work or at the gym or just waking up in pain (LOL you know you are getting ild when you can hurt yourself sleeping) and Dr. Stoltz can normally see me the same day or the next day am I am normally all better inbone to 2 treatments. Negative experience: I have never had a massage therapist ask me to tell them when I hit 7 on the pain scale and then tell me to simply breath through the pain. The massage felt rough, John didn't check in about pressure, and was dismissive of my instruction about avoiding a specific area for treatment. I would not go back. Update: clinic owner did reach out to discuss and was receptive to my concerns and tried to remedy the situation.

Negative experience: Dr. Greg is very professional and nice person but his reception employee was rude , no respect , she pretend nice but her body language and attitude is very obvious that she is acting. I called her 4 times to send me my WSIB report but she was ignoring my request to send the report by Email and was using her bossy style to force me show up at clinic to pick it up .After 3 hours (4 calls) she told me that she will send my report at the end of her shift !!!!! . I advise her to work at animals shelter, she would be more successful there ....

Fantastic experience: This is a review of my practitioners who I’m currently seeing at the Ottawa Physical Rehab Clinic (OPRC) located at 1–2730 Iris St., Ottawa. They are part of the extended team headed by Dr. Greg Stoltz's chiropractic service. . Sepi Sanaee - osteopath I have used the services of Sepi for what I call “structural integration“ and to address overuse injuries as they occur. She is now the part of the OPRC team. Sepi was my first osteopath experience prior to her joining the OPRC team. I was first referred to her in the fall of 2021 when I had chronic shoulder issues. The pain was debilitating. I couldn’t sleep more than five hours of constantly interrupted sleep per night. I was being treated by two different physiotherapist at two different clinics with only minor successful results. One of the physical therapist referred me to Sepi. By this point, I had had eight months of physiotherapy treatment, and 2 rounds of cortisone injections. This helped to some extent. However, Sepi competed my big Leap to recovery! I had five treatments in late 2021 with her, each spaced two weeks apart. With each treatment my shoulder problems diminished step-by-step. The improvement and relief in my shoulders would be immediate. During a typical session, I would demonstrate a stretch that really hurt my shoulders, [such as child pose or puppy stretch ]. She would then apply strategic stretching and manipulation. I would then repeat the stretch without pain! Instant relief. I call her my “Guardian Health Angel” After three sessions, my shoulder pain was pretty much relieved. I continued for another month for fine-tuning. After my shoulders were completely healed. I use her services on an ongoing basis to keep fine-tuned or when any issues arise. John Willette - massage therapy The final services that I am receiving at OPRC is massage therapy with John Willette. Without a doubt he is my all-time favourite massage therapist who I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously. Massage therapy with John is a super enjoyable experience! Massages are very firm at my request. It’s deep tissue massage that targets my tweaky trigger-points, and he’s very effective at releasing muscle tension. A totally relaxing experience with John who I highly recommend!
