Fantastic experience: I can't put enough words to express how i feel about coming to Optimo Clinic, my assistant (Leah) has helped me so much during my accident with all the pain and suffering thatI have been going through!! Thank you (Leah) for everything that you have done for me. Everyone here very professional and they all work very hard from the Doctor to therapist and receptionist who works very hard to make all the patients to feel and get better. Fantastic experience: The clinic has been very helpful in getting me back to normal after my accident. Dr. Sood offers great exercise recommendations and performs body adjustments based on your comfort level. The staff is awesome and goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend people to use this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had a minor work injury that required physio. I found Activa by simply using Google. Farhad my therapist, has been a great source of information to get me back to full duties and full hours. Farhad is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Any staff I interacted with were very nice. I highly recommend Activa clinics Toronto East. This will be my go to in the future if needed.

Fantastic experience: Kevin (massage therapist) and Daria (Acupangire therapist) they are above and beyond, if I can rate them 10* they will get 10*, and like we like to say my hairdresser, my mechanic, my family doctor, my dentist, I can definitely feel and say that for them my massage / acupuncture therapist and would go for treatment with them even if they move to another location or another end of the city. I had one situation and regional manager Adele, called me and resolved everything in one phone call, so I'd definitely recommend this place, and also they offer multiple treatments and therapies, so one-stop shop to get all necessary therapy and treatment that you might need with your recovery.

Negative experience: An ok experience, Dr. JOY and Ashley are empathetic and professional. The other receptionist isn't that great. Once I booked chiropractor session at 6 and massage at 6:30 by phone with her. Later on appeared only 1 out of 2 app. was booked and she acted like it's my fault and it's a surprise to her and never apologized for clearly mistake on her part.

Negative experience: I booked my Physio appointment for 5.30PM through phone call. But, when I called them later, the receptionist said that the appointment was booked for 5.00 PM. Also, I had to call 3 times to ask them to send their initial assessment form to my email. Because of their customer service, I cancelled my initial visit. I feel sorry for their clients.

Negative experience: At the time I would have given this clinic 5 stars, I had a really great massage here and everyone was very nice. Now 4 months later, I'm being contacted saying I didn't pay for the massage. The person at the desk that day wasn't able to print the invoice, she emailed it to me and it said I had a balance due of $90. Which I didn't notice as I had just paid for it. Sent them the proof of my payment earlier from my credit card statement. Head office tried to contact me so I called them back. I never heard from them again!

Positive experience: Been coming here for massage therapy now off and on for a couple of years now. I like this location as it's so close to my home and now my work. My insurance covers my massages here which is awesome. The receptionist/worker there - I wish I knew her name - (long dark hair/blonde streak) - Her personality seriously ROCKS! Very friendly and outgoing. Kevin (The Masseuse) pretty much CURED ME of my ailes, Lol. Get him if you can as this guy really knows what he is doing. My only issue... NO MUSIC PLAYING in the office waiting area! (I had to complain about something, haha!). Great experience overall.

Positive experience: The East York location has the most amazing and friendly staff that you could ever meet, they are a joy from the moment you walk thru the doors. Dr. Joy and her staff are very knowledgeable. You can tell that Dr. Joy and her staff are not just coworkers but family and that's exactly how they make everyone else that walks through the door feel as well. Fantastic experience: Every body are supportive. To name a few Kajal, Eden, Farhad and the doctors of course in the like Dr. Jit, Dr. Mozami and Kevin. The treatment is amazing and there is a huge progress. But I am still have some pain in my low back and neck. I am hoping for my recovery soon.

Fantastic experience: I have been Coming to this place for almost 4 months now after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. I sustained multiple injuries such as broken leg, strained upper and lower back and my neck. I have been, and being treated beyond imagination. Staff is super friendly and very flexible with scheduling. Lady at the front is always happy to help with all your scheduling and Eden is helping me a lot with therapy and last but not least Farhad with his magic hands does an amazing job with Physio therapy.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this clinic has been quite amazing. The staff there are very pleasant and quite resourceful, such as, Kevin, kajal, farhad and eden. Dr Michael was also great but is no longer there and has been replaced with not one, but two marvelous doctors which are dr jit and mozamin. The encouragement as well is a great help. My recovery from my car accident has been a difficult one but with the help from active clinic I am way better than I was before!!! Thumbs up guys!

Negative experience: In clinic staff is good but the driver is very rude, we are five people visit clinic twice a week. Now planning to move somewhere else. Driver treats like a dictator, he warns us as once I was two minutes late just because of elevator as we live in an apartment building. Not a good experienced.

Positive experience: The chiropractor was great but a one-hour massage started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early.

Positive experience: I’ve been attending this clinic for about six weeks now. So far, my experiences have been great. The kinesiologists, front desk staff, massage therapists, and Dr. Boychuk have been very friendly, accommodating, and patient. I have not had the pleasure of receiving treatment from Farhad like many others on here, however have experienced his pleasant demeanour and wonderful sense of humour. I appreciate the evening availability of this clinic. I’m giving four stars only because Wednesday and Saturday options would be fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I chose Activa for my physiotherapy because it was close to home. I had read some reviews and was taking a chance. I had a torn rotator cuff, bursitis and some arthritis. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge of my physiotherapist Farhad Minooei. He knew exactly what was at issue and what we needed to do to fix it. He gave me my exercises to do at home with the advice that I needed to do them "religiously." I followed exactly what he said to do. I didn't see improvement immediately, as we both would have liked and he recommended I go back to my doctor to talk about my options, but told me the risks of different treatments (like cortisone shots). He left those decisions to me and the doctor, but sent me there well informed. Farhad and I kept at it and I began to see great improvement. He recommended a TENS but in no way was pushy about it or trying to force a sale on me. He told me the process with my doctor and insurance if I chose to get it. As of my last appointment, I am doing very well and we set a last appointment for two weeks to ensure it is still going well and then we will end the physiotherapy. If you want to go to a knowledgeable physiotherapist, who, through a painful process, can make it almost painless with his pleasant and cheerful attitude and chats on almost every topic (he can also act as a financial planner if you want, ha ha), I would highly, I mean highly recommend this clinic. If you want someone to tell you the honest pros and cons of different treatments and not be pushy about selling you products, then seriously, this is the place to go. I would absolutely recommend this physiotherapist to family and friends, although I hope no one EVER has a need to go there. You won't regret getting Farhad!
