Fantastic experience: Holly MacIsaac is one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to in a long time. She brings forth her extensive experience and knowledge to help you through your needed treatments whether it be from an accident, chronic pain or pulled muscle, whatever your ailment she is your solution. Holly also has the best hands for a relaxing massage, so much so you might just fall asleep lol! Along with massage therapy I have been going to Marika de Winter for physiotherapy. I hate to repeat myself but again she is probably one of the best I’ve been too as well. Knowledgeable, kind and listens to what you are saying and is ready to help implement a working strategy to get you back on your feet. I highly recommend both of these ladies!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: My first session with Dr. Middlemiss was fantastic. She is very thorough and detailed, explaining every step and the reasons behind. She uses a spinal model to help patients visualize the concepts, which I found very helpful. Additionally, she sends exercises via the app with videos, so patients can see how to perform them correctly. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I decided to go to Core Health Group for my chiropractic care. Dr.Middlemiss is very pleasant,friendly and knowledgeable, I honestly feel like I'm talking to my daughter ! I was hesitant about having my back worked on but after my initial assessment Sarah put me at ease and continued through the treatment to make sure I was going ok. The esthetic of the office is serene, clean and it's in a great location, right beside a parking lot! Next up...my knees:)

Their operating hours can accommodate clients, like me, whose work schedule follows the typical office hours. 2. The location of the clinic is strategically accessible, especially for those who use public transportation (SJ buses). 3. It's a one-stop clinic. I can easily book my chiro and massage. 4. It's easy to book schedules online. The website is friendly to navigate. 5. The price is reasonable. 6. Most important, the service has quality. My chiropractor, Ms. Sarah Middlemiss, does an excellent job in slowly introducing chiro to my body. Together with a massage from their previous massage therapist, I definitely felt the improvement on my body aches. 7. Simple and doable exercises are provided.

Fantastic experience: Just started with core health today. I was extremely happy with our start. My Chiropractor was very professional and went through a thorough review of all my results and explained what was going on.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from chronic back issues and have been going to Core for about two months. The Core team, from chiro to massage, has be top notch. I've worked with similar PT/Chiro groups before that offered relief, but they didn't address the ongoing issues and followup with preventative measures for a long term solution. Core did this. I initially walked away from the sessions in more pain, which doesn't sound positive, but it's actually part of the process. They're using approaches that have been working. I now have techniques that fixed the issues and help me remain pain free. My quality of life is definitely better, that's for sure. THANKS!!

He was so kind and considerate with any questions that I may have had and explained my fears away. Next Step is to assit with lower back pain.
