Due to the nature of my work, which involves long hours of sitting at a desk, I had developed chronic shoulder discomfort that I had almost accepted as part of my daily life. From the very first visit, Shree impressed me with her expertise and attentiveness. She quickly identified the root cause of my pain and created a personalized plan with targeted exercises. I followed her guidance rigorously, and to my surprise, I was completely pain-free in just a month and a half! Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and effective. She goes above and beyond by focusing on building self-confidence and resilience to achieve my goals in addition to providing thoughtful, well rounded meal plans. At every meeting, Christina has been my biggest champion - answering any questions I may have and helping me build consistency. Importantly, she has helped me keep my eye on bigger goals / wins throughout my journey beyond weight loss on a scale. Through her guidance and compassionate approach, she has helped me to make progress physically and develop tools and skills that I can use in the long-run. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Sonal. I have been seeing Sonal since September 2024. She has treated 5 different sources of chronic pain to great results and a recent major injury (foot sprain that was sprained in 2 different spots). She was able to reduce the pain to a manageable level in 1 visit. She takes the time to explain the pain and the why. I have had pain for over 20 years and just thought that I would have to live with it for the rest of my life but she seems to know what to do it release the pain. Since I have been seeing her I realized that my 5 plus years of insomnia is directly linked to chronic pain and have been able to sleep through the night more times then not.

I came in with a tense neck and numbness in my right hand, and not only did she address the issue, but she also recommended some great physical exercises to help keep my neck warm and stretched. Fantastic experience: After spending less than 3 minutes with Mani I knew this was a physiotherapist who was different. He is a wealth of knowledge and immediately you feel at ease and are rest assured that you are in good hands. The knowledge, explanation and care given to my physio appointment was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I came away with methods and techniques I have never experienced prior with other clinics and felt fantastic after just one session. I am so looking forward to the program Mani has set up for me and to living a pain free life. Highly recommend. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: I have had many experiences with physiotherapists in Canada, Spain and back home in the UK; in my opinion, Nitin rates are the highest I've experienced. I would Nitin at the highest level of treatment I've received. In my past as a former athlete (competitive cyclist), I've been unfortunately subject to a lot of juries to my spin, resulting in a major spinal surgery x 2! Fusion L4/5-S1 laminectomy - root nerve, L4/5. MY lower back is fused with a brace-type position with titanium. That changed my athletic ability forever! No boxing or jujitsu either. Plus, my mental state of mind went to pure shit! The whole experience blew my mind which led me down a very painful dark path. Thank god for my wife! I snapped out of it! Eventually, with self-belief, weighing 116lbs, joining the gym (Movati - Waterloo) and now I am 156lbs with no body fat. I did not and will not have more surgeries. I've had three in total (I broke my back in 2007 but came back fully recovered and stronger). I still have root nerve L5 issues; the surgery did not fix that, which too sucked to hear. Anyway, joining the gym and eating super clean, local meats, fruits and vegetables, and very few carbs, I became much stronger and, more to the point, healthy. Building muscle, relieving pressure from my lower back which greatly helped my right buttock and leg with atrophy. That sucked! However, I was still in pain but not 10/10 ER, pain. The pain is depressing and never-ending. This is where I meet NITIN! I met Nitin at the gym, the 05:00/30 crew! Monday to Friday, repeat and rinse! Awesome! Through pleasantries (the gym is very positive and friendly), I always say good morning to everyone, and with that, I met Nitin and his mate, Maddy. Not only does Nitin drink the Kool-Aid, but his workouts are very impressive! Chatting with Maddy, she mentioned that Nitin would help me with pain and mobility. I began to ask questions as I am new to the gym lifestyle weight training mainly but overall working out. Nitin did not even put it out there that he was in the game, which I thought was very humbling and cool, so finding out that Nitin was a sports specialist/physiotherapist with me more accolades. I asked if I could book a consultation directly and no probs, done and dusted! With my experience with back and right leg pain, Nitin has helped me greatly! I have only been working with Nitin for a month or so but my goodness, what an impact! I am seriously impressed with his ability to understand the injury and of course, if the understanding and relationship are there. Rehabilitation is hard man! It's hard work, but the reward is worth it. I will always now trust and consider Nitin as a true professional with 100% impeccable manners and consideration. The guy listens and works with you through your injuries. He has reduced my pain, and I'm walking without a limp. That was my own doing, as I was getting too ahead of myself. The stronger I got, the better I felt, so I began sprinting intervals x 10 secs on / off. Dumb idea! Nitin eliminated that in one month! Top notch!

Fantastic experience: Kristina is an excellent chiropractor and practitioner. She is friendly and warm, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. She uses a variety of techniques to address muscle tension first, then provides adjustments wherever needed. I always feel better after her treatments, and I also appreciate the simple exercises she suggests to help me to continue feeling good outside of our sessions. I highly recommend her!

I was in a substantial amount of pain when I saw Sonal, and her calm instruction and kindness gave me hope that in time I will feel better, which is invaluable. At the beginning of this year I had such low energy and I felt my body was overall just weak but with her help I as able to craft a wellness plan that I have been adapting and refining throughout the year and I have seen great changes in my overall mood and energy. Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a back pain for weeks. Meds didn’t cure it—they’d take the edge off, but the pain always came back. Then I met Johnathan Tran and everything changed. He’s kind, takes the time to really listen, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He took the time to really assess me, looking holistically at what was causing the issue instead of just treating the symptoms. He set me up with a personalized regimen, and while it wasn’t an overnight fix, staying patient and consistent paid off. My back has improved significantly, and I’m no longer dealing with that all-day, recurring low back pain. If you’re on the fence about physiotherapy, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s not magic, but if you commit to the process, it feels like it! I highly recommend Johnathan Tran.

Negative experience: Hi, I am feeling so disappointed to give this rating. I have done acupuncture, physiotherapy and chiropractic service here! I loved physiotherapy and chiropractic services and I give them 5 stars but the naturopath services were ridiculous. Since last 3 weeks I have not gotten Accupunture treatment even though I have booked appointments! For some reason the appointments get cancelled. The primary reason I got was the doctor is now doing shifts at other location, so I said I can go there because treatment is importsnt to me, then the doctor calls me to their home to take the treatment, I ask them that I want to treatment at carespace and the appointment gets booked and then last minute it gets cancelled for random reasons. I would have understood but this is happening to me since past 3 weeks and I missed 3 seasons for my treatment! I will expect Carespace to take care of their customers as I am in pain when I come to you so I expect periodic treatment! This is a disappointment for me.

Fantastic experience: Tyler baron is THE best chiropractor I've ever seen and I seen ALOT in my lifetime across various cities across Ontario, My back hasn't felt so good since I was 13 years old. He constantly uses new state of the art techniques and truly loves his craft. I've never felt so good walking out of a session before. If you have ANY sort of back pain and/or discomfort he make's sure you leave completely pain free. You would be a absolute fool to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went to physio for 12 weeks at another place. No improvement. My doctor suggested a new place might be beneficial. Nitin did more for me and explained more to me than any other place. It was a success. This gives me hope that I can do better. I've had 3 sessions with Emily the chiro/acupuncturist and I have no pain. I've been in pain for 30 years. Marissa the nutritionist was very helpful. Josh the therapist was insightful. Carespace is a wonderful place. They all work together.

Evelyn has been great for keeping me on track with fitness and both Emily (chiro) and Victoria (osteopath) help me when I am having pain/headache or just want a physical reset. I have been working with Aly as well for Mental Performance and he has given me great guidance for schedule/routine management and personal wellness.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of having Sonal as my physiotherapist to address my knee problems. She was quick and knowledgeable in assessing the problem, and creating a plan that worked. Fantastic experience: I went to Sonal after injuring my hip playing pickleball and had to use a walker just to get out of bed. She got me functioning again in a few weeks. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and hands-on. She also helped me with core strengthening to help my back problems. i definitely will go to her again for any future problems. I also saw Kaitlyn for acupuncture treatments. This really seemed to soothe the pain. Being a Naturopath she also gave me advice about some other health issues I have. Both Sonal and Kaitlyn are kind and caring. Thank you very much!

He has helped me with pain in my elbow from work/golf and helped with some foot pain after deciding to go on a hike in flip flops. Seth really cares about my needs as a patient. Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic first experience with CareSpace on Victoria Street in Kitchener. Dr Laura made me feel comfortable and cared for. She asked enough questions about my overall health and well being for her to really get to know me and my concerns. I love the "all in one space" concept of what CareSpace is doing - having multiple discipline practitioners under one roof - so co-ordinate your health journey. I'm so glad my kids encouraged me to make an appointment here.

Fantastic experience: Met Laura online with the first appointment. Was very impressed by her ability to listen to my issue. Since I have no benefits at work, cost is an issue. I recently had a bad experience where I spent $1300 for Shockwave Therapy for my issue, which did absolutely nothing for me. She formulated a plan moving forward, and I agreed but was still not 100% in, but I had to try something. Two weeks in, I feel fantastic, her plan is working. She has done more for me in two weeks than anyone I have tried before. She is so knowledgeable, considerate, & caring and I look forward to seeing her. Her thoroughness in unmatched, on the whole body, not just the one issue you spoke to her about. I would recommend Laura over the many "professionals" I have seen. My advise, don't be "sold" a plan, just go see Laura for her honesty and professionalism, you're well being is worth it.

Fantastic experience: Nitin (physiotherapist) is professional, thorough and doesn't hold back on what is necessary to help an injury heal. He works with patients one on one and uses a hands on approach unlike other PT's who basically are just babysitting their clients.

Fantastic experience: My first interaction with this business, was for chiropractic care for my lower back pain with Seth Siegfried. He is a detailed professional, with the ability to see into a situation and address it accordingly. He was able to laugh with me which is medicinal in itself. I am sorry I was not able to continue on in my treatments, due to a sudden change in my living situation. However, I was able to move more freely and my pain was lessened in the few appointments I was able to have. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to find chiropractic care in the KW area. Evelyn Merriman has great energy about her. I asked her what led her into this career and her openness and honesty was very refreshing. She loves what she is doing and it is evident in her care and attention to detail and interaction with her clients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering with muscular injuries in the KW area.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving physiotherapy treatment from Nitin at CARESPACE since last fall after injuring my shoulder. Throughout my experience I have been very happy with the service and treatment I have received. When my injury didn’t heal as quickly as I hoped, I turned to CARESPACE for help. I had an initial assessment of my shoulder, and Nitin has been working with me to gain back my range of motion and strength through a consistent and progressive plan. Working with Nitin has been great. My shoulder is getting better, and he is personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in physiotherapy. CARESPACE is clean, professional in all interactions, and provides me with an experience where I feel like they are looking out for my wellness and I’m not just another client. In addition to my injury, my family also uses CARESPACE for physiotherapy, massage therapy, and their chiropractors. I continue to recommend their practitioners and services and am happy to have them a short drive from our home. 5 stars - highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Laura is my angel ! I was not a fan of chiropractors. I believed it may work for some but had no benefit for me. Boy was I wrong. I had my initial consult and today was my full assessment. I feel such trust with Laura. She really knows her stuff. She is very selective with your treatment and everyone is very different. She set out a treatment plan for me and even wrote a referral note to my neurologist. She is not just a chiropractor. It is a full health exam. I really felt validated. I am so looking forward my next session with her. She has been a true blessing for me. And we haven't even done adjustment yet. Highly recommended!! More reviews to come.

Physiotherapist Moni provided me with an intake assessment to evaluate my overall physical health, as well as my specific injury. She provided me with the treatment I needed today, and outlined a plan providing in house solutions for an holistic wellness journey. The facilities are clean, warm, and inviting. Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Laura after not seeing a chiropractor for over 10 years! Her examination was thorough and she was so patient with me when it took me longer to respond or move a certain way (I am recovering from a brain injury). My PT was Moni Dhamat and she did an excellent job in understanding my discomfort in detail and providing me solutions that were easy to follow and keep up with. She also suggested massage therapy. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Carole(Naturopath) and Nitin(physiotherapist) for a little over a month now. Through Carole’s diet plan and Nitin’s exercise plan, I’ve lost 14 pounds and feel great! I recommend seeing these guys. Also, I’ve had chronic back pain for years. It is subsiding slowly. I attribute a lot of this to Carole’s acupuncture sessions! Amazing! I feel so relaxed and energized when I leave there.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Victoria Street location for treatment of a frozen shoulder resulting from an improperly administered tetanus shot. I had a wonderful experience with Nitin as my therapist and Gillian as my kinesiologist. Nitin was very knowledgable and reassuring. I had treatments for my shoulder once a week and I truly felt so much better even after just one. Gillian put together an excellent exercise and stretch routine for me that she adapted to my improving abilities every week. 3 months later my range of motion is pretty much back to normal.
