Fantastic experience: I recently had laser on my chest, with very good results. Had 6 treatments, my hair are gone. Hair from my back that I have done 2 years ago at New Age are also gone. I also had Botox and Fillers recently done at this clinic with amazing results. Very professional cosmetic clinic, wurg great team, very reasonable prices. I also did Coolpeel CO2 skun resurfacing laser on my face and under my eyes dine wifh very good results. I am very happy with all the services. Highly recommended Medical Cosmetic Clinic.

Negative experience: What would take 8 sessions to be hair free at a different clinic would take 14 sessions at this clinic. I paid close to $3000 for 3 body parts & was still not hair free. The few clients that dare to leave a negative review are being truthful.

Fantastic experience: The staff at New Age Medical Spa are so wonderful. Both the Cambridge and the Oakville locations. I have had two CO2 resurfacing treatments done on my face and I am so happy with the results. Before resurfacing my pores were large and visibly wide open. I had very deep frown lines and lots of visible sun damage on my face. After my first CO2 resurfacing treatment I was shocked at the results. My skin was like brand new, glowing and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this location. Can’t say enough good things.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Bev for the amazing CO2 Cool Peel treatment. I’m in my 60s and went in for treatment for the redness on my nose due to broken capillaries left from years of Rosacea. I decided to have my whole face treated. A few minutes of laser treatment and a few days of recovery left very smooth skin, greatly reduced fine lines, tighter looking skin, all discolouration removed and a lasting glow. My nose is no longer red, I use hardly any makeup now and I couldn’t be happier.

Negative experience: I bought 6 laser hair removal treatments for over 1k. 2 months post all treatments and the results are very disappointing. I’m not sure if it was just the laser used or whether it was because of how rushed the treatments were. However, I never saw an improvement at all, and I meticulously followed the aftercare instructions. I even tried to talk to the lady the fourth treatment in as I mentioned that I’d seen no improvement. She told me to continue the treatments and I would start to see a difference. I never saw an improvement. Honestly would not recommend… complete waste of money.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the treatment I got. I wanted to be satisfied however, I'm not sure what she did but my skin is burnt from my laser treatment. I am no rookie to laser treatments and this has never happened to me before. Sadly, I will not be back and I hope that the scars fade away

Fantastic experience: I had my bridal spa day to prep me for my wedding day. I had and amazing hydrofacial done by Bev, highly recommend, my face is GLOWING. I also had a relaxing massage with essential oils, followed by a pedicure both amazing! On top of all the pampering I got Botox and lip fillers done by Kasia, she exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy with the results. I will absolutely be coming back. Overall I had the most lovely day, I felt welcomed and pampered. Thank you ladies for this amazing experience

Fantastic experience: I was referred to a plastic surgeon for a cyst on my nose. She was very honest with me and said that some people have great results and others wish they had never done it because the scar was worse than the cyst. She recommended seeing someone who could do ablative laser therapy. I went to New Age medical clinic hoping they could just level it out. The staff were fantastic. They made me feel at ease and were great at explaining everything from the procedure itself to what I could expect during the recovery and the final outcome. I was apprehensive about what kind of pain a laser would be. From 1-10 I’d say it was a 3 for me. I could feel a little something, but there never was any pain. I had a small sore that healed with some polysporin in about 1 1/2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend New Age Medical Clinic!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this spa for many years. I have received many different treatments and will continue to go back. I did laser treatment on my legs about 10 years ago and have had amazing success with it to this day. I visit Kasia to do my lip filler and my botox. I have seen her for the last three years and love how much my face is wrinkle free but still looking natural. She listens to what I want and has provided me with a natural look that is not "overdone". I feel as if she has frozen time and prevented me from aging. I could not recommend this spa more. I have sent many friends and co-workers here and will continue to recommend.

Negative experience: I bought a series of 8 skin tightening sessions. After the first 4 sessions we were in lock down and since coming out of lock down I can’t seem to get an appointment. They still owe 4 sessions for which I’ve paid. They’ve cancelled 3 times and today when I arrive for my appointment they have another client during my scheduled appointment. There seems to be no accountability even though they confirmed the appointment with me. This is very unprofessional and it feels like once they have your money they would rather not provide the set is as promised . I’d like to cancel but I see they offer no refunds for packages purchased. ( other services ) ? But who wants a substitution when they couldn’t provide you service the first time. So my advice is of you want to go here pay as you go and don’t buy multiples of anything. Not impressed.

Positive experience: The spa looks like it could be really nice. Sadly it is not very clean and looks outdated. Christmas specials, old burnt out candles and mess on the counter. Dust on all the glass and mirrors and corners. For a medi spa.. I would expect more sanitary conditions

Positive experience: I do love this spa, but I had 8 treatment of hair removal sadly it did not work, not sure if it was the lady who did the treatments on me but it also was painful. The last treatment I had was by the owner and I did not feel a thing, wish she was the one that did all my treatments. I love ann the hair stylest she did an amazing job on my hair both times, she's bubbly and makes you feel so relaxed. Five star to her got my nails done there a couple of times, owners daughter cant remember names was amazing. The micro dermabrasion was amazing felt great after 5 star. Also had a massage package. Very clean relaxing spa.

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant visit at my most recent appointment. I can tell you I will not be returning to this spa ever again. She was not presentable or hospitable and had 0 enthusiasm. I’m shocked these are the bare minimum requirements to work at this establishment. An African American woman provided laser service where she proceeded to laser off the pigment of a portion of my lower lip. I asked her to stop several times due to how aggressive she was. I now need to wear wear lip liner on daily basis because of this. I am writing this review to warn other women!!! DO NOT VISIT unless you want your lip pigmentation removed!!!!!!! There needs to be a negative star option because a 1 star doesn’t comes close. I just saw the owners response, and I don’t have my legal name on google reviews which is not a crime, nor am I racist, I was just explaining which person it was that provided the service. She was a new hire because I’ve went there before and she wasn’t there. Just because someone is a health care professional doesn’t mean they are great with dealing with clients and maybe you should look into that being a business owner in order to keep your clients.

Fantastic experience: I have visited New Age Laser Clinic in Cambridge and I can honestly say, I am very impressive with this Clinic. I have done six laser hair removal treatments on my legs and underarms and all of my hair are gone, very happy with the results. I also did Fillers in my cheeks and in my lip and again I so happy with the results. The staff are very professional and very knowledgeable. I am loving my results. Very good customer service, and very affordable prices. High recommended.

Negative experience: Lazer hair removal full face package is bought with 8 sessions. Didn’t work at all, infact the hair growth is now more thick and coarse. They have finished the 8 sessions just for the sake of completing as I paid the total amount upfront. Didn’t advance the treatment based on the individual hair growth or the requirements, every single human body is different which needs to be considered And no follow up at all.Will never go back again.

Negative experience: I started new age laser last year, I did 10 treatment,but it is still same. there is no change on my body .I was with Sheeyma who is in Kitchener brunch and she is really nice kindly . She gave me some promises when I said there is no change on my body.However when my all treatment are done i went to tell them there is no change i want to somefree treatment because they promised that ,,but the boss of this place so so rude. She only want to talk and explaining new package. I DO NOT LIKE THERE AND NEVER ADVISES THERE!!! Please save your money!!!! I did this mistake BUT PLEASE YOU DO NOT DO IT...and I am really so sorry and regret why i went there...

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for Botox for 5 years. The ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. The main reason I come though is many other clinics will water down their Botox. You can tell right away because it wears off very fast. This place is honest and never does that. Their Botox or Dysport always lasts 4-5 months like it is supposed to!

Negative experience: Because I keep getting responses from the owner about how I'm not in the database. I'll respond here, I don't find it necessary after ALL this time to call and complain. I had a Gift certificate that I used. My full last name is MELISSA CAPPADOCIA. I went once along time ago to get my nails done with shellac. As its 5 minutes from my house. It took very very long, and it bubbled everytime it was drying. Then she had to keep re doing it. Overall, not a good experience. That's all I will say.

Negative experience: Awful experience for facial hair removal. They actually burned my upper lip and left blisters. Did it for 1 year total and still have many dark hairs on lip and chin. Tried to jip me on a "special" price and told me it was only for a certain time allotment when at first they told me it was unlimited . Do not go there!

Fantastic experience: I have finally found a Spa which gives me high quality and personal service to suit my needs. The staff are professional and treat me with warmth and friendliness with each visit. I'm in the process of skin tightening which has improved and still a work in progress. In all sessions I have found Kat to be friendly, caring, approachable and professional. I am always pleased with the results of my eyelash extensions. The owner Bev, is professional, hard working and very flexible. She bends over backward to meet her clients’ needs. Negative experience: I sent an email last Friday, December 7th to the 136 St. Andrews St. clinic asking about a treatment I was interested in. It is now December 12th and have not received a response. While I recognize they might be busy with Christmas queries etc., this is unacceptable when someone could potentially become a new client. They have demonstrated to me that they are disinterested in their possible clientele and I would no longer consider going to their clinic. And to the people that work there, please do not answer my email as I am no longer interested.

Fantastic experience: I found New Age online after a bad experience elsewhere. I bought a laser hair removal package and got a refund to use at New Age. No one comes close to their price for state of the art equipment and variety of services. The hair removal Laser is painless and has immediate results. For Christmas all my gifts will be from here. Minute you walk in the spa you are immediately impressed. The decor is absolutely stunning. The staff are gorgeous, sweet and very knowledgeable. They make you feel welcomed and so comfortable. I look forward to every visit. I trust them implicitly with their recommendations for my skin care. Weather you want hair or eyelash extensions, Botox, fat removal they are a one stop shop. I’ve also gotten a manicure and pedicure that was truly deluxe and lasted lounger then anywhere else. Their facials and massages are mind blowing. I recently moved out of town and happy to continue my services in Hamilton and Oakville. However I will drive to Cambridge for specific treatment when need be. Negative experience: Everytime you go to a laser hair appointment you dont get the same person because they simply cant keep people, there is no proof that the employees are even trained to do the laser treatments. I went to a laser appointment that was supposed to be split into 2 day 2 hours all together into 45 minutes, then I was told that the person doing my laser needed glasses to do her job because she couldn't see wastakingg her glasses off to put safety glasses on for the laser, so how can it be done properly. The owner of the store let's her daughter bring her kids into the spa, then let's them run around screaming while customers are at their appt. Not a good place to go they rip you off money dont tell you information that you need to know and everyone is not on the same page. You will only have a person just out of school to do laser. If I could give zero stars if I could. My advice never go to this place you might as well just give your money to the bums on the street.

Negative experience: I would not recommend if Customer Service is important to you. The manager/boss lady (?Bev) lied to me, telling me that a sale ends tomorrow to get me to by the laser package; which turns out is an ongoing deal. She also is frustrating to talk on the phone to because she always repeats the same questions and doesn't listen when you talk. She gave me false hope that the laser treatment was going to be more effective than it was, then tried to get me to buy a package for another year. There also was a few occasions where they didn't return my phone calls. In my last treatment, she left the ice packs on my laser Rx area... and forgot about me, I had to call the front desk from the back room to remind her I was there. I was very very frozen to say the least. On the bright side, Amber was absolutely amazing, she started a few months ago. She provides great care, customer service, is personable and is knowledgeable in her field. New Age is lucky to have her, but in my opinion, I doubt they value her and won't realize what they have until it's gone.

Negative experience: I've been getting botox in my forehead, 11's , and crowsfeet for over 2 years. I came to this place for the first time because my Dr was on holidays. I will never go back! The blondes bedside manner was horrible! Said my skin was old looking. We discussed a price while my treatment was getting done. Went to pay and it was 100 dollars more. Again waa telling me that i should come for skin treatments beacsue of my skin. I don't have bad skin! And for the first 4 weeks the botox was good. The last 30 days I've had more movement in my areas then I've had before. So I'm going to assume they watered down the product. So I will never be going back and I will be looking for a refund !!! Worst place for cosmetic procedures!! Staff has horrible bedside manner. They're money driven vultures!

Negative experience: Bought two laser hair service 'unlimited' packages. They are not unlimited fyi, maximum 10 treatments per package for small area, 6-8 for larger area. The small area treatment did not work at all. The larger area is patchy. The staff go over the area at lightning speed so it is impossible for the laser to hit all areas. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Positive experience: I purchased the unlimited year hair removal package. I had to cancel one of my appointments and I tried to reschedule for another day and they wouldn't let me reschedule and told me to call back. Fast forward 1.5 months later- each time I call (once a week) they tell me to call back to reschedule because she doesn't have Access to appointment book. Now any results from hair removal has grown back completely. Online their hours say open till 5 I called at 4 and again she tells me to call back on Tuesday when they are open because apparently they are closed now don't have access to bookings. This is ridiculous. I don't spend $800 on laser to have bad customer service stop me from getting results. Update: Finally got my next appointment booked after leaving a message with the other location. My new appointment went perfectly we re-tested my area and upped the laser. This girl was very friendly and I felt she really did her beat to ensure that I can still get my results in the 6 months I left on my unlimited package. Keep in mind the unlimited package really isn't unlimited. Large areas need 6 weeks between sessions so you will be looking at only 8 sessions the entire year. A little more hopeful after today.

When looking for your beauty needs to be attended to, or simply want to get rid of that unwanted hair point your arrow of interest here first before you go somewhere else. It's clean, smells wonderful with scented candles, pretty interior. They work hard in every way, and it shows. Give them a try, you will NOT regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have had my hair cut, my eyebrows done, my nails done, and facials done in this place. The staff are always very friendly and always do an exceptional job. I don't understand these poor reviews. I have had laser hair removal done in a different location years before,. Anyone who has had it done knows that there is NEVER a guarantee of 100% results. Anyone who thinks otherwise obviously either wasn't listening when they signed up to do it, or didn't do research of their own.

Fantastic experience: An amazing place for laser hair removal! I originally bought a package with another spa and it was a disaster. Luckily I tried New Age. I got great results from New Age. The prices are very reasonable and the service is fantastic. I finished my package for full legs and noticed a major reduction in hair so I decided to buy another package for full arms. Fantastic experience: Stunning spa! This spa is the perfect downtown Cambridge boutique for everything you could need! Katrina's (hair extension) service is better then any I've experienced, with extremely high quality hair at a super reasonable price. I always enjoy my manicure and pedicure time of relaxation too. Always surprised at the amount of time they last me through the week. Perfect layout with amazing services, what more could you ask for
