Fantastic experience: Justin is the BEST chiropractor that I have had or heard of. He is also very knowledgeable on so many different subjects and he is also very smiley and friendly!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen many chiropractors. Most truly were not helpful. I was extremely sceptical about trying a new one who came highly recommended by my friend. She made the appointment and told me I had to see Justin. I should have taken her advice 6 months before she just booked me the appointment. I’ve been seeing him for 2 years. Honestly, his work is a gift. He is not just a chiropractor, but someone who sees the whole body and person. He does what is needed and nothing more or less. He has helped give me my life back. And all the staff there are friendly, warm and welcoming.

Ive always thought of chiropractors as being only bone specialists- this is definitely not the case. So thankful to have been given this recommendation from a friend.

Fantastic experience: This was hands down the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had! I was referred by my physio team after I misplaced a rib. Walking in I was having a hard time taking a deep breath, walking out I felt like a new person. Tesni took her time accessing my situation, massaged the muscles before making the adjustment to ensure the muscles were relaxed, and treatment was successful. Mission accomplished!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Tesni for my hand that has been having some pain. She was wonderful! Asked me everything to make sure she was informed of what was going on. I left with significantly less pain than when I went in. I couldn’t believe it. Beyond grateful and will be returning! Highly recommend seeing her!

Negative experience: I’ve tried to get into see two massage therapists at this clinic. One of them I waited almost two months to get into and then he up and left the practice right before my appt., so I lost that spot and was told I could only be wait listed for the other RMT there, then when I was finally able to get into the second one they call me on my way into the appointment to tell me he was sick that day. Unacceptable. I needed that appt as part of my recovery from an injury and had to take time off to even be able to get into him. To call me ten minutes before my appt when they knew he was sick is just bad business. I get that people get sick but they could have let me know well ahead of that timeframe. This seems to be a pattern with this place, at least in my experience. I also asked if I would get my appt made up right away and was told no, they had to “wait for a spot to open up”. Again, bad business. I would never go back to any Oak Medical Arts service due to the terrible client service I’ve received from this clinic and I will be sure to let other people know my experiences with them. I understand that things happen but it looks very bad for your clinic Extremely disappointing.

It'll be a long road. IDK how to get to my ideal end, but I felt this was a positive step to regain what I have lost. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Justin Stachowich at Oak Medical Arts in Thunder Bay, Ontario for many years! He is amazing! His treatments have kept my migraine headaches at bay and helped me with many other aliments! He treats the whole person and is an excellent communicator and listener as well. I highly, highly recommend! I must also say the receptionists at the clinic are wonderful as well, positive, friendly and alway helpful!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr. Justin Stachowich enough! I had been suffering from Achilles tendonitis for over 3 years, visiting multiple doctors and even a physiotherapist, but nothing seemed to help. Then, I came across Dr. Stachowich. From my very first visit, I experienced significant relief, which felt almost magical considering how long I'd been in pain. His approach was incredibly effective, and I can finally say that my Achilles tendon pain is gone. Dr. Justin is truly the best chiropractor out there! If you're in need of genuine care and results, look no further.

Vince worked on my knee and along with prescribed exercises, I'm walking pretty much pain free thanks to Vince.

I started with so many sypmtoms and so much pain but they provided me with such a good service and 6 weeks later I am back to normal. Shout out to Tesni Stefanato for being so kind and understanding and helping me through everything. The staff is phenomenal and I would highly recommend especially for a concussion.

Fantastic experience: Robert Gill came highly recommended from my Nurse Practitioner for sports medicine/therapeutic centered massage therapy. I am not in the least disappointed. Robert is friendly and personable, he listened attentively to my request to go as deep and hard as he possibly could. I got exactly the kind of therapy I asked for, let me tell you. Be warned, Trigger Point Therapy is NO JOKE. I felt a white hot blinding pain when he found and put pressure on a few Trigger Points. But he reassured me that it was how it was supposed to feel and care would make things feel much better. And I do feel much better! All in all, my body is pretty messed up so your mileage may vary, but, holy moley, let's just say you definitely won't come away from the massage feeling like you didn't get what you paid for. Robert might be just as good at more superficial massage for calming and relaxation too, but I can definitely say for sure that if need deep tension relief, Robert is your man.

Fantastic experience: You can’t go wrong with Tesni. I came in with lower back issues. She gave me acupuncture, used ultrasound on me and sent me home with stretches. Like Wow. She tapes and massages my husband’s calf and leaves him with stretches to complete every day. She is a chiropractor, physiotherapist, and a massage therapist all wrapped into one. You just can’t go wrong.

Fantastic experience: I recently started going to the clinic for massage and chiropractic treatments. Dr. Tesni Stefanato (DC) and Robert Gill (RMT) are both absolutely incredible at what they do. They maintain a clean, professional and welcoming environment. All of the staff at the clinic make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door and throughout all of your treatments. Both practitioners are detail oriented, highly-skilled and tailor their treatments to be client-centered. I would highly recommend a visit to the clinic and this fantastic team.

I was suffering from pretty severe hip pain from carrying my toddler often and only on the one side, and he worked out all the kinks in only one session. After seeing him, I was finally able to move my hips without pain radiating down my thighs and up my back.

Fantastic experience: Reception was welcoming and Vince was very thorough with the initial appointment, made a clear plan going forward with realistic expectations from both his side and my sons. He determined when was best to work around my sons sport schedule and took extra time before we left to tape my sons injury before an important practice to avoid injury before he starts treatment. The team has a great inter-disciplinary approach between one another, communicates with my doctor if needed (sending reports) and also has fantastic patient care. The admin is a kinesiologist who assists the practitioners as well - you cant go wrong here.

Everyone at the clinic was really friendly, and Tesni was extremely professional & helpful in relieving my pain.
