Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Andrea enough! She has truly helped me with my back, shoulders, and neck issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and gentle in her approach, and she always goes above and beyond for her clients. What stands out most is that Andrea genuinely cares about making her patients feel better, not just in the short term but in the long run as well. It’s rare to find a chiropractor who takes the time and effort the way she does. I’m so grateful for the care and support I’ve received from her.

Negative experience: To be Clear. I am not widely criticizing the team or health Practitioners at Bayside Wellness. The RMT provided a good service for $118 1 hour massage. The Manager declined a Gift Certificate bought as a present for me in good faith by My wife, in 2021, when we used the clinic last and "WITH NO EXPIRY DATE" and signed by an authorized representative of Bayside Wellness. I've since talked to the previous Practitioner who you claim was paid upfront for the service 4 years ago, and have confirmation that she has NOT been compensated. It is a terrible business practise when the Manager of the company flatly refused to accept this certificate, and claimed this only "AFTER" the service was provided. I would have been happy to pay upfront if this was made clear upon the beginning. There was no attempt by anyonein the company to help rectify this misunderstanding and I continue to be really Disappointed in Bayside Wellness attitude. Consumer affairs and Consumer Protection Agency of Ontario has been made aware of this practise. They simply did not honour a gift certificate that was paid for a few years ago. In addition it was Extremely bad and rude service from the management(despite a good massage from the RMT). I encourage everyone to be careful when doing business with this company. The manager “Jen “flatly refused to honour this and was less than service oriented. You be the judge.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bayside for about a decade for various reasons. Their entire team is always so friendly and helpful. Personally I’ve used chiropractor, massage and Chinese medicine services and couldn’t be more happy.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible 90-minute massage today with Bianca at BaySide Wellness, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, with a strong academic and professional background, but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to understand my concerns and made every effort to address them with precision and care. I’ve had massages from many therapists over the years, but Bianca truly surprised me with her expertise and technique. She didn’t just give me a massage—she rebuilt me! If you’re looking for a top-tier therapist who genuinely cares about her clients, Bianca is the one to see. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: As a result of a very aggressive adjustment by Ruth Hitchcock I was incapacitated and in extreme pain for well over month. When I reached out to owner Fawcett for assistance in treatment for the injury caused at her Collingwood establishment she offered no assistance whatsoever and directed me to sue Ruth and file a complaint with the College of Chiropractors. From that point on I was treated as an unwelcome person by front desk. I’ve had to seek medical assistance elsewhere. Although I don’t believe Ruth had any intent to cause the injury she did it is apparent by Fawcett’s reaction that she does not care about the people that work for her or their clients. Yet another sign of her lack of integrity. Facett’s response was laughable. I have proof of everything I have said. She states that she is honoured to have Ruth as a chiropractor in her business yet she directed me to sue her and call the College of Chiropractors. Who does that to a fellow colleague. That alone speaks volumes as to who she is as s business owner. I will never give another penny to Bayside Wellness and J Fawcett.

Fantastic experience: Jen has surrounded herself with amazing people!! The front desk is welcoming and super competent. I usually go for chiropractic and acupuncture. Both Dale and Kalena are fantastic!!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing prenatal massage today with Jenn Hogan. Was my first time at the clinic and I was so impressed with the whole experience from the ease of booking online, to a check in with my therapist before my appointment regarding if I wanted a pregnancy pillow, parking (once I found it haha it is tricky if you have never been), and most of all- my massage. Amazing communication, pressure, music and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Went for initial physio assessment with Lacey and could not be more pleased with the service. I have been to a number of physio's through the years of sports injuries, and I have to say she has been the best so far. Great discussion and assessment and then a lot of manual manipulation of the injured area and then advice on retraining the muscle, increase balance and strengthenimg exercises, and discussion on a focused rehab plan. Actually looking forward to physio now!!

Fantastic experience: I called first thing this morning hoping to get a last minute appointment due to lower back pain. I got in within an hour and met with Dr Halpenny. She was extremely thorough during my consultation and treated me right on the spot. After leaving I felt 70% better and looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Dr Halpenny if you are in search of a Chiropractor.

Positive experience: Made an appointment for my husband to have a massage not knowing that she was a movement and massage. He was asked if he did not get the email and what she was switching too , he did not , but then found out later that he did but it was in his junk mail because it did not run through bayside wellness it ran thru her personal email. She was a little flustered because of issues with her music and was massaging with one hand and fixing music with the other. Although the experience was well received and understood it wasn’t what he was looking forward too.

Fantastic experience: My only regret is not to have discover Bayside Wellness (and JENNIFER!) sooner. I went to see Jennifer for an acupuncture appointment and was (and still am) floored with her professionalism, confidence, technique and how comfortable she made me feel. More importantly, she did incredible work and is truly a wiz on pain management. In the past, this periodic neck strain would require several sessions for the pain to even incrementally improve. After one session with Jennifer, I was immediately better, with better movement (much less pain).

Fantastic experience: Bayside wellness is the best place in Collingwood and the blue mountains area for chiropractic, massage and other natural aides. My family frequently has chiropractic treatments with Dr.Fawcett, who is amazing and very knowledgeable in several styles of chiropractic, including the Graston technique, she is also proficient with acupuncture. There are several practitioners at Bayside wellness to chose from. The facility is clean and bright with nice treatment rooms and cozy waiting areas. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: An awesome place with real RMT. If you are having pains, and are unsure about this method of treatment... this is a good place to start. The building is nice and clean, and everyone is super friendly. 10/10

Fantastic experience: A group of professionals working to make us feel our best.

Negative experience: I thought that I would have a good experience based on the initial conversation. I wanted someone that was highly experienced in trigger release therapy, scar tissue release, for tightness in my hips that was affecting my flexors, gluteal muscles and lower back. I told her I was used to firm pressure. I let her know I was both cold and that I could feel her nails, and she didn't change her technique or turn on the room heater. Instead, she put eucalyptus in the cream..which is fine if the customer is comfortably warm. I asked her if she was familiar with these specific massage techniques and she confirmed that she was, but when going over a knot, she didn't work on it. She slipped on my muscles multiple times, causing unnecessary pain and frustration. I have pretty bad anxiety, and avoid confrontation, usually letting a therapist know about nails or temperature has them take care of it immediately. I sent a message to the business and they said 'I will be sure to pass off your email to Leslie. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your treatment. We always do our best to follow certain treatment standards and make sure our patients are well cared for.' They didn't take any responsibility, and Leslie never called me.
