Fantastic experience: Those giving the 1 star reviews are for other locations. The operators of this location are franchisees and we're blindsided and scammed as well. We should be doing what we can to help them fight against the franchisor. Not dragging them down to burn.

Negative experience: Not answering any emails or phone calls. I had purchased a package and now I won’t get that money back. They closed their locations and didn’t even warn you about it until everything was already shutdown… so unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Great service! My boys enjoyed their massage & hydrotherapy sessions. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Please be warned. We purchased a 700 dollar package from the Mississauga location and they closed down overnight. The other locations are not honouring any packages from Mississauga so we are out the money. Do not buy a package or you could be out the money.

Negative experience: I bought package 10 sessions from 1600 steeles and now 3 left sessions. I can't believe here is Canada. This company is completely a scam, they were asking for donation on Jan 12 via email and then they permanently closed their location.

Negative experience: Bought a package with the Dundas center - which they abruptly closed. No refunds, no communication on how to use pending visits. Extremely unprofessional. Least they could have done was allow the prepaid visits to be used at other centres or inform in advance so they could be used earlier.

Negative experience: I bought a $400 membership in December 2023 and have not used it. On January 15th 2024 they announced the closure of the North York and Mississauga location and refused to refund the unused membership fee. All other location in Burlington ans Erinmill cannot be contacted, no email reply and all phone number are not in service.This is a scam. I am so upset.

Negative experience: My appointments were cancelled twice for don’t know what reason. It’s time to get your reservation system update or I won’t go for this location anymore.

Positive experience: The place is very nice and the staff is very professional. However, I am giving 3 stars because I have purchased a package of 10 treatments and at that time I was not aware (nor anyone informed me) that’s I would need to book my appointments months in advance. I ended up not using most of our appointments within a calendar year. This is especially of you prefer afternoons during business days, or if you prefer weekends for the appointments. Another tip for parents- bring your own hairdryer as it is not provided at the facility.

Positive experience: It would be nice to know... when price hike is in place. A simple email to current customers helps. 10 more for a 20 min massage is a lot. 45-55 $...its for a child, so it's wishy, washy... no real skill involved.....otherwise the staff is sweet. And my kids love it here. Too bad it's so expensive. More people should be able to enjoy this. ..for their kids!

Fantastic experience: Today was our second visit to the Giggly panda and I cannot say enough good things about this place! The RMT is so gentle with the babies and so lovely as well to chat with! All the staff are super warm and welcoming. The place is set up great with the tub being large and warm for the babies, and a soft play area for afterwards as well :)

Fantastic experience: My 11 month old twins just recently came here!(BURLINGTON LOCATION) They absolutely loved it. The front staff and massage therapist were very kind and welcoming. I loved the experience and seeing the smiles on my kids faces. It’s a very clean facility. From start to finish it was beyond my expectations, we will be returning and highly recommended this place for other mamas and their children.

Fantastic experience: Had our first visit yesterday and my 1.5 year old LOVED it! He is a very busy boy and I can hardly hold him down for diaper changes so I was very nervous about bringing him here for a massage. The RMT Paula is SO good with kids, she was able to keep him busy with toys and with talking to him all while giving him the best massage ever. The hydrotherapy did wonders for his digestion as well as his sleep. If you are debating about going, please try it out you will notice positive changes in your little one THAT SAME NIGHT!! I was also hesitant about packing a busy toddler in the car and drive all the way here for just 1 hr HOWEVER I discovered they have an indoor play area and it was so helpful, we arrived early and were able to have him play in there until it was our time slot, he also played there when we were finished and I was paying so I didn’t have to have him running around while I was checking out. There was coffee tea and snacks offered to us during our whole stay. I will be making this a monthly ritual for our family to come to.

Negative experience: I don't really write reviews that often, but I felt this review was necessary. It was our first visit to the spa. My wife and I felt that the spa lacked warmth from the staff in the way they interacted with us. From the get go, we were told that we'd have to take our shoes off but we weren't told anything about this when booking our appointment over the phone. We understand the importance of not bringing outdoor shoes but usually when that's the rule, there are slippers provided or the client should be informed if there are none. My son has been to a baby spa in Toronto (Snuggles and Bubbles) many times before this and comparing the two spa's, we noticed that the RMT we had today lacked technique in the massage and lacked genuine compassion as our son was irritable during the massage. The massage was approximately 7 minutes long and we had decided to try hydrotherapy instead. We were told to purchase a swim diaper for $2. Again, something we weren't informed of when making our appointment. At Snuggles and Bubbles spa, we were always given swim diapers complementary. It just seemed like it was a cash grab, even though it was $2. If the owner reads this, just a suggestion. It's probably more profitable for you to maintain a good client relations and client retention by providing small items on a complementary basis or at least have an email that includes such information. All in all, a short experience, paid for the massage only $62.xx for a short 10ish minutes body rub. Will definitely not be coming back to gigglys panda! The 45 minute drive to Snuggles and Bubbles is worth for me to receive High quality service and care that my child deserves!

Fantastic experience: We started taking our daughter to the Giggly Panda Baby Spa and Wellness Burlington location at one month old. She is now 5 months and really enjoys both the massage and hydrotherapy offered. A very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. It’s a great outing for our baby. We want to introduce her to different places outside of usual settings and this spot is definitely one of our favorites to take her out on an “adventure”. 10/10 recommend the services.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first experience at Giggly Panda and my daughter Olivia loved it. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The RMT went off of my daughters cues, if she was uncomfortable she changed her position and kept her calm and happy. Both staff members helped put her in the bath/pool. They monitored to ensure she was comfortable and when she showed she was good they allowed us to move her to the big pool so she could float with my friends daughter. When my daughter began to cry, both staff members made her giggle and calmed her down. They had a room that we could feed in privacy and offered a coffee/snack right when we got it. The location was very clean . We loved it and will be back. Oh and worth the mention, the playlist was SO good!

Fantastic experience: A great place for kids to relax and enjoy. The aquatherapy was pleasant and massage was relaxing for the little ones. The staff members are friendly and very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I gave a five star the first time because my son really enjoys going there. The tub is so comfortable and it was so much fun for him. However I feel like the staff could have done more. They are really nice indeed. But the RMT asked me to wipe my son clean after the massage. I have never been to a massage where I have to wipe myself clean. The massage was 15 mins maximum and it was $45. I just feel like the service could have been better. I had to basically do everything. The tub was so tall I couldn’t lift my son in there and I hurt my back muscle. The staff did help me but I wish they could do the lifting and drying. Added: I came here the 3rd time. It was the same nice lady who gave him message the first time. She sang to my son and it was very cute. The staff also helped me lift my son in the tub upon request. Because of the nice experience I updated my package to 10 visits. Giving back 5 stars!!

Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They are in the business of taking your money. Let me start a session with my gift card that I got with HER significant on it and the middle of my sessions she said it was "used" you'll have to pay yet has NO record of the gift card being used. I pulled my baby out mid session and still didn't let me leave until I paid. This is the second time I've been here the FIRST time they tub "broke" and I had my session cancelled with NO prior call . Told me after I came in already.

Fantastic experience: Brought our 15 month old here today and she absolutely loved it! Bringing a toddler here we had no idea how she was going to handle it all we knew is that she loves bathtime and we hoped for the best. Such a clean facility - we enjoyed everything from the massage, hydrotherapy, and the play area. Our RMT Katherine was so gentle with our daughter. As well as the front desk staff that we interacted with were both so warm and welcoming! We can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: I had a chance for my son to experience massage and hydrotherapy today. This is the first time with Giggly Panda. My family had so much fun here. Especially my son really enjoyed the moment. He was just chilling and relaxing with no crying. The staffs there was really nice. Annie is massage therapist there who helped my son to have a great time. She talked to him and made him smile. I’m glad for him to make a new friend with Annie. Water in the pool was nice and warm that made my son about to sleep. Definitely recommend this spa. I will come back.

It was so welcoming even though my son was a cry baby they did their best to make him feel welcomed and comfortable The massage and the water therapy is amazing. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love everything about this location, about this business, the staff, the standards, the services and everything in between. The moment we walked in the doors, my girls were treated like royalty. They really think of everything from offering slippers as it is a sock friendly environment, having a play place to warm the kids up before they jump into the services, a beautiful little gift shop that offers all sorts of fun items, books, the same products they use within their facility and even Giggly Panda Merchandise - it is truly very on brand and high quality products that are offered for purchase. From the beginning of our session, they do a great deal of preparation to fully be prepared for each child that participates to ensure they know everything that could make the session the best for the child and things to avoid which as a mama, I can appreciate that they make it an experience specifically for the child and not just the "standard procedure." They really focus on the temperament of the child and let the child lead with what they are comfortable with which eases both child and parents. Even in the atmosphere, they play children's music, they play education and musical videos on the tv and have lots of colours and things to keep the kids minds happy, fun and calm. Again, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very communicative. The RMT walked me through the procedure of how they do the massage, she constantly checks in with the child to make sure they are comfortable and checks in with the parents to make sure they understand and have opportunity to ask any questions. When it are to the hydrotherapy, this by far was the favourite part for both my girls as they loved the bubbles, the colours, the temperature of the water and all the fun toys that were provided. Again, Giggly Panda Burlington were prepared for us as we didn't come prepared with swim diapers but they offered some from Hello Bello which is a brand we stand behind so it was lovely that they offered that for my younger one that required it. Prior to coming, they let us know we could bring bathing suits as well if we chose to. What I appreciate the most about this location and this business as the entire time, I could see how much fun my girls were having and at the same time, it was doing wonders for their mental and physical health from the relaxing massage to the exercise and fun in the hydrotherapy. Safe to say, they both had some much fun that my wild child that never skips a beat, actually began to fall asleep during her hydrotherapy session. Following this, both girls had the BEST night sleep and my oldest begs to go back at least once a day. To wrap up, this business and this location is highly recommended by myself and my girls. They even offer gift certificates and it makes a wonderful gift experience for another family.Trust me, when your kids feel good, you feel good as a parent so it is an extremely rewarding experience for everyone. Cannot wait to go back for our following sessions!
