Fantastic experience: I love this place and it’s one of my favourite places for massages. I’ve gotten massages at a lot of places in the GTA: yorkville, Vaughan, North York, downtown, etc. but I always find this spot to be the best. I love how the rooms smell and the essential oils they use, it just feels relaxing and calming. Additionally, I feel like the staff are so knowledgeable. I booked a massage with Linda and she knew a lot about the points to press and her technique was just awesome. I felt better after this massage vs at other places I just feel nothing walking out or feel worse. This was great!

Positive experience: Came here for a massage a few months ago. Was quick and easy to get an appointment, and they called me when they had a cancelation so I got in even earlier. It's a small place, but clean and mostly well organized. I believe they even do direct billing. My RMT was Irina, and she was great, but I felt badly because her knuckles and hands kept cracking while she worked on me. I might go here again for the ease of booking appointments, fair prices, and location.

Fantastic experience: For years I loved this place it is an old house that has been made into spa. It's very calming. I have gone there for massage and Chiropractor. Dr. Rob is the best!

Positive experience: I chose this place according to the reviews, but my first impression was very far from what I expected to see. The place was like an old cottage turned to a spa. It reminded me of a grandma's house, not a clean and luxurious clinic (even far from basic hygiene standards). The sheets were old, torn, with stains on them. The hot towel used didn't look clean. I can rate one of the RMTs an average (compared to my previous experiences), but the other one for my husband was way below average. Also, the receptionist didn't desire to talk or assist. Instead, she shaked the head to agree or disagree concerns. Overall, I see the reviews very over-rated! I don't judge other people, but based on my point of view and standards for choosing a clinic, I will definitely not select this place.

Fantastic experience: Dina, my Natural Colon Hydrotherapist at, Richmond Hill Natural Spas has the uncanny ability to know the areas in my body where I am storing old plaque stuck inside my internal organs. She uses a variety of special abdominal massage and natural oil therapies to soften those areas so my body may release them. The peaceful and freeing feeling I have after seeing, Dina is, absolutely priceless!

Negative experience: This review was due for along time. This incident happened almost 6-8 months back, but had to share it as I may save you a trip and your hard earned money. Worst clonics experience ever with their both technicians Nande and Dina. Unprofessional, rude and wrong method of doing the treatment. First of all, Nande has by far been the worst of all. She used cold water during the whole clonic and was pressing extremely hard on my stomach that I had swelling inside my stomach for days.She made lots of personal remarks like body shaming me for being overweight. She was racist regarding my ethnicity and assuming my country being dirty. I'm surprised after complaining to admin regarding this technicians absolutely out of the line behaviour they still kept her. And Dina wasn't rude, but she seemed confused at doing the treatment. She kept on telling me to massage my stomach, but isn't it the clonic techs job to do so?? Like I don't understand why this place charges so much for such nonsense service. They refused to refund me out of a genuine complaint. Perhaps they didn't believe me and decided to credit me whatever service was remaining.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go for colon hydrotherapy sessions. Dina is so kind. I bought a package and I will be repurchasing another one. If you feel bloated a lot you should definitely try a hydrotherapy session. I recommend this place to my family and friends.

I have received treatments from Dina, she has single handedly cured my stomach issues. Love this woman ! Fantastic experience: I have been a regular at the clinic for a few years since my friend recommended me to this gem. While many of the massage therapists I tried are really good, Alan by far gave the best massage. The massage I get from Alan is always so thorough and complete. It is too bad that he only works on Saturday which sometimes makes it difficult to book. I hope he gets more time at the clinic so more clients can experience the same amazing massage!

Negative experience: I have been going here for over 7 years sometimes twice a week or more especially after a severe care accident For massage osteopath, hydrotherapy, naturapath. After all this time I find myself at a loss because I've missed a few Apts and they want to charge me for those missed appointments rather than make a new one. I am heavily medicated for pain my sleep is erratic or sometimes not at all which means I miss things and until my doctors can fix my herniated disc in my T spine That's my life now! If the Rmt's here can't understand this and you want to quote policy to me fine I'll quote mine I do not pay for something I have not received, if I booked an appointment for a haircut and missed it I would not pay $220 for the same haircut the next time I came in. You didn't make $ 110 today but you could have made it tomorrow or even later today. You are not a doctor's office and it's not my fault your massage therapist would rather loose a customer than make up the time. Honestly I liked your place that's why I kept coming back but really just up the street I could get 2 massage for the price of 1 of yours, Is it worth it?

Negative experience: im very disappointed in the way this clinic treated the loss of a great colon hydrotherapist who has been fired for something she hasn't done. She has been there for so many years, has worked hard and long hrs and has done so much for this clinic. Its pretty disgusting that they turned around and treated her this way. She is a wonderful person with a big heart and would never do anything to jeopardize the clinic. This clinic will loose a lot of clientele and respect because of how this hydrotherapist was treated. I certainly have lost all respect and will not be returning. Disgusting!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! Have gone for massage and acupuncture for fertility. Reggie (RMT) and Doctor Julie are the best. Would recommend 100% Always leave feeling great and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I have booked 2 sets of face Skin Tightening treatments with Tanya. Each treatment took 30 minutes and was very relaxing and beneficial for the skin. Skin Tightening device fades away fine lines making them less noticeable. My family noticed the improvements right away. To wrap up I also made Eminence Organic Facial. It was great. I would like to add specifically the Colon Hydrotherapy technician Nande is beyond amazing at what is does. In 8 sessions I have lost 15 lbs, I am able to control sugar cravings and overall all food cravings, my skin is glowing, I have more energy and stress levels have improved tremendously. She is just one of a kind and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with her.

The place is always clean, the front desk staff are also friendly. They follow all covid 19 guidelines and its super safe. Arene is very professional and she is the best at what she does. Her service is beyond amazing. From the initial contact to going in to my actual appointment she was always on top of things. She was up front and honest with what to expect. She even went over and beyond and met all our needs. She made me feel confident and I am due for my 3rd session after the lockdown and my results have been amazing. I highly recommend Arene and Richmond Hill Natural Therapy for all their services. I had to drive over 40 minute to get here, but it is definitely worth it!!
