Fantastic experience: 10 * stars Dr Charbel Milan is, in my opinion, one of the best physiotherapist-osteopaths, not only in Canada but in the world. He is first and foremost honest and he estimated that my treatments will be successful if I put in the effort by doing exercises seriously, and if he sees that my treatments are no longer necessary, he will tell me not to come back so as not to financially abuse me as I had experienced with other practitioners in the past. He is clear in his explanations and understanding of my problem and he found the right diagnosis for my problem 100%. He gave me hope and joy of living by telling me that my problem is not lifelong and that it will be cured soon, and he gave me confidence in myself and in him and in his good experience. I no longer worry like I used to before seeing him. Thank you very much Dr Charbel Milan for crossing my life and I see this as a miracle from God because my prayers have been answered. I highly, highly recommend him to all those suffering and not knowing which therapist can relieve and heal them quickly.

Negative experience: I'm permanently messed up for life from this place. I was there a few years ago and the osteopath names Alain cracked my back and gave me a herniated disc that has gotten worst over the years and now I have permanently nerve damage and no quality of life. I've spent thousands of dollars to try and fix this problem with no results. My only other option is to do surgery which no one wants to touch so I'm in chronic pain all the time and can't lift anything more then 10 lbs or I'm stuck in bed for weeks, before I feel okay to move again. This pain is so bad I'd rather be dead. They have no business cracking any part of your body. It is not there profession and after looking it up they aren't so post to crack anything at all. I feel like my life is over and I can't recover from this. I honestly feel like commenting suicide is my only chance of relief. My back feels sore and tired 24/7 because of this "professional" who had no business cracking my back like he did. You legit took my life. I can't work, I can't go out, I can't enjoy my time with my family and I can't even sit without feeling life my back is gonna just give out. I have no life at this point and wish I was dead. I hope the osteopath who did this to me goes through the same pain I've been feeling for the past few year. For the rest of his life.. your a terrible person and I hope to never see you ever again! I'm making it my life goal to keep people away from this place!

Negative experience: I went to this clinic to see a physiotherapist because of a knee problem. From the start, I told him that I had not had good experiences in physio but that I was referred to him, so I gave him a chance. First session, everything goes well. He wants to see me again before he leaves for a month of vacation. Things go wrong at the second session. My appointment is on Tuesday, August 1st, he gives me new exercises, it strains my knee but okay, I will try. When I leave, my knee hurts more than at the beginning, it's hard to walk and I feel like my calf muscle is tearing. I immediately send him an email. The next day, not having heard back, I call the clinic directly and explain the situation. The receptionist tells me she will give him the message when he finishes his consultation. It's now August 11th, he went on vacation and I haven't heard anything. I paid $220 to be in even more pain and I am on a low income. I am not very happy or satisfied and I don't find this behavior very professional. I had another appointment scheduled but forget that, I will not return there.

Positive experience: I had a treatment yesterday with the osteopath Mr. Trang at the clinic on St-Joseph and I am completely satisfied, I had a fracture in a vertebra and he was able to make the right maneuvers that relieved me immediately...I highly recommend him. Thank you to Mr. Trang...
