Fantastic experience: Been working with Jensen Fitness for just over 6 weeks now, wanted to work on my cardio and posture. First of all, very friendly staff and a great place to workout! Shayne customized a work out plan for me that did just that. Within the first week my cardio improved very rapidly, I feel now I have better mental clarity, overall better physical and cardio health. Shayne kept me accountable and was always checking in on me and how my workouts were. Was attentive to what my needs are and goals are at the gym. Great team and staff, who just wanna see you succeed with your own gym goals!
Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience with the team at Jensen. I went through a 12 week program that included an online training program coupled with a nutrition plan. Shayne tailored the workouts to my home gym using only the equipment I had, which was perfect. The workouts were challenging and fun and he kept me accountable through messages and a weekly checkin. Rachelle customized my meal plans. Having come from a background of mostly eating keto for the last decade, I was hesitant towards eating carbs - but she explained the process to me and I trusted her expertise that I wasn’t going to throw on a pile of (bad) weight. This was a game changer. I previously felt like I was always dieting to avoid carbs, but reintroducing the right carbs after a long period without them increased my energy and I actually got leaner, which I didn’t think was possible for by body type. I can’t recommend this team enough - they’re incredible to work with!

Fantastic experience: Every time I tried to start my fitness journey in the past, I had always set myself up for failure. Each approach included some sort of diet that was restricting and caused me to have a bad relationship with food. With exercising itself, it was very lonely. Paying for a public gym membership where I would walk in and know nobody and be intimidated by the staff members and other members exercising at the gym. When considering giving fitness another go, I wanted to invest in myself to try and give this a good try. I contemplated an online coach but quickly realized I needed more support to truly be successful this time. I emailed Christine over my lunch break and I was so impressed with how quickly she got back to me. By 4pm that same day she was talking to me on the phone, not giving me the time to contemplate and back out from taking that first step. She then welcomed my husband and I into their facility.. I was so nervous. But the moment I walked in, the trainers introduced themselves to me between their clients, Shane toured me around, and Christine gave me the encouragement I needed to take the next step and commit to myself for the first time in a very long time. Then came Olenka.. Gosh I love her! The best human ever! Christine assigned me to Olenka from the very beginning. Walking in for my first session I felt like I could have cried for how scared I was. My blood pressure was through the roof, but Olenka wrapped her arms around me and carried me through my first workout... and still does now lol! It's funny looking back because now I love going to the gym. It's my happy place where I know everyones name. I show up early just to catch up with everyone who has their sessions before me or at the same time as me. Olenka is consistently listening to my feedback and making changes to my workouts to align with my goals and what exercises feel right for my body. Anytime I work through a workout quicker than expected she is always adding additional movements to ensure I get a full hour worth out of my session. And anytime I am taking a little longer she lets me stay a couple extra minutes to ensure I have the opportunity to work through the full plan for the day. In addition to training, she's also become a good friend and role model who I can look up to and be vulnerable with but also have tons of fun with while putting hard work in! I can't tell you how many times I have walked into the gym on the edge of crying because I had a hard day.. Or having a bad body confidence day. Olenka was there every time. She knew exactly what to say to help get my mind back on track. I can’t thank the team at Jensen enough for all the support and the environment they create at their facility. But a special shout out to Olenka. Her approach to training is truly unique and is unmatched. She is always looking for weaknesses and takes them as opportunities to help her clients grow.. She never holds back. I have witnessed her encouraging clients with limitations to try weight lifting instead of just body weight based work.. And just seeing first hand how proud those clients become after lifting weights while being supported through it by Olenka is so beautiful to watch. It’s truly a community at Jensen, and we all cheer each other on through everything!
Fantastic experience: My wife started training at Jensen Fitness around 2 months ago. She has made so many great strides towards improving her overall fitness and health. Her and her trainer Olenka have created an amazing partnership in the gym. I feel that that is key for the success, she has motivated her and has made it comfortable in an environment that previous to this experience was very uncomfortable. The biggest thing I notice is when she looks at herself in the mirror I see the self confidence within her at an all time high. After watching her struggle with the public gym route I knew this was a great fit for her. I joined in on the initial consult and we felt comfortable as soon and we walked in their facility. I'm so proud of my wife for taking the leap into Jensen, this has been an amazing experience and that's thanks to the owners, staff and especially her trainer Olenka.
Fantastic experience: I've been working out with Olenka at Jensen Fittness for 2 months and what a difference! Olenka is knowledgeable about the body, she never does the same workout twice and she knows the right amount to push me. I love my workouts with her!!
Fantastic experience: The facility and equipment are all top class but what really makes Jensen Fitness great is the team. I have been working with Evan Scholz as my trainer and have attained great results surprisingly fast. Evan is a trainer that really focuses on your goals and building the workout plan around them. He is a blast to work with, motivating and truly cares about your goals. What really stands out about Evan is his attention to detail and focus on educating you: teaching you the details of how each exercise is specifically working to target specific areas or muscle groups; what to feel for when working out a muscle; and safe/ proper technique.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jensen Fitness for about 2 weeks now and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Coming from someone who consistently was doing cardio and not eating properly I had no idea how to properly fuel my body and effectively work out through strength training. With the help of Olenka, I have already started feeling more confident in my strength training and look forward to going to the gym! She is personable, always has an amazing energy that puts me at ease during my workouts while also pushing me to do more than I thought I was capable of :) Rachelle’s meal plans have also been amazing as I feel so much more full and energized before and after my workouts and throughout the rest of the day. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Rob for 7 months and am thrilled with the results. At nearly 60 years old and a history of sports related injuries, I was in pretty rough shape at the beginning. Add on too many years hunched over a desk, it was small wonder that my shoulder and upper back mobility was shot. Rob focused on the trouble areas with weights and stretching while not ignoring the rest of me. Major improvement and more to come. I could not have gotten where I am without Jensen Fitness and Rob. Rob keeps me focused, my form correct, and pushes me harder than I could without him. A great trainer and facility.
Fantastic experience: I started working with Evan about 4 months ago. During that time we have worked on a shoulder injury with mobility exercises (which I had previously seen a Physio Therapist for, but it hadn't really gotten better), as well as strength training, both of which have seen great improvement! Evan is very personable, and I enjoy our sessions. I was worried that I wouldn't see this through and just give up, but the atmosphere at Jensen is great, and Evan is very encouraging and motivating, and it makes it easy to come to each session. I also like the 3D scan that we do every few weeks. It's a great help when the scale doesn't move as you can see progress in other areas. I would highly recommend Evan & Jensen Fitness.
Fantastic experience: My experience with the team at Jensen Fitness has been fantastic. They take a very constructive team approach. I have been working extensively with Olenka and have really appreciated her approach to designing a program that accounts for where I'm at, where I want to get to, and all of the constraints to be mindful of (i.e. past injuries). She has a unique approach that constantly pushes my limits, but in a very supportive way and always with an approach that mitigates injury risk. I continue to see sustained and significant improvement in my fitness. Olenka is an exceptional trainer and I am very glad to be working with her!
Fantastic experience: This is the most inclusive and encouraging space for any and all fitness goals. Evan Scholz is my primary trainer and every single session I come away feeling amazing. Post workout glow that I never really felt working out solo. He rules. My schedule has been sporadic but Evan and the team are very understanding and supportive, I really feel that they want me to achieve my goals as much as I do!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the team at Jensen fitness. They are just straight up amazing! From the first contact to now being a client for a few months, they have all always been great to deal with. It’s a very comfortable, encouraging and professional atmosphere which follows through into every aspect of the business and client relations. Shayne and Rachelle are the main team I work with. Shayne listened to all of my goals, my personal struggles with a busy life and finding time for achieving them, and my previous bad experiences with coaches. He’s made up multiple training programs for me, which has been very well designed. He also modifies them as needed and offers tons of info when it comes to my questions or concerns. Easy to talk to on a professional and personal level and never holds a judgement. Just full info, support and encouragement. Rachelle is a fricken rock star! I work out of town, 12 hour days in the bush, so diet is a huge struggle for me to dial in, keep interesting and be able to stick to. It’s always been the biggest struggle for me, especially as a hard gainer. She listened to my daily life, and gave me all sorts of flexible options to suit my life style and EASILY keep on track and eating what and how much I should. She’s always open to changing or adding in other options to incorporate my favourite foods or things that aren’t working for me. She’s been full of helpful information so I understand why I am eating what I’m eating, instead of just blindly eating because I was told to. She’s always super pleasant and fun to deal with and always replies to my questions quickly when I’m in a pinch! She’s literally changed my life with her knowledge in proper dieting and making it so easy and flexible! The programs they offer I totally believe can help anyone with what ever their goals or struggles may be. The facility is very nice and well equipped. You gain access to amazing tools such as the 3D body scans, a well equipped gym, and multiple fitness apps to gain knowledge, track your progress and easily share and communicate with the team. Hands down worth every penny and I’d encourage anyone and everyone to check them out. I used to train a lot, even with aspirations of competing, but after either poor experiences or feeling like things weren’t worth the money, I’ve had a bad taste in my mouth for coaches, trainers and poor money grab programs, so I was very guarded coming into my first meetings with the team. I’d spent countless hours over the past 10 years just doing the research myself, lots of trial and error and trying to make it work. But lately it felt like I was at a plateau, where my enjoyment and motivation were dropping hard. But I gave it a chance. and honestly I can’t say enough to explain how happy, satisfied and excited I am to be working with the team at Jensen fitness! They truly are the best at what they do. I’ve seen more solid results in the few months I’ve worked with them, than I had on my own over multiple years, all while having fun and feeling amazing doing it. It brought my passion for fitness back, and I can’t thank them enough!
Fantastic experience: When I started with Christine I was a menopausal mess. I had zero energy, I wasn't sleeping and I could eat lettuce for lunch and gain 10 pounds by dinner. I had tried everything (on my own) to try to breakout of the downward spiral but nothing helped. I found Jensen Fitness through a Google search, was encouraged by the amazing reviews and started an incredible journey to healing and feeling so much better. Not only did I have an amazing trainer in Christine but I also also had the support of a registered dietitian. What a team, they have taught me so much about how to train and support that training with personalized meal plans. Thanks to Rachelle and Christine, I now have a better relationship with food (I don't run screaming from carbs) and I have so much energy to maximize my workouts and feel energized after. I also sleep so much better. I am so very glad that I found Christine and Jensen Fitness, the support has been amazing and the whole experience has been life changing.
Fantastic experience: I am a corporate girly and spend a LOT of time at my desk. Christine has designed a program that eased me back into fitness in a realistic way. She is my biggest cheerleader and is very easy to work with. If you are looking for someone relatable, kind and realistic you will really enjoy working with Christine. She will create a gym program or a program for at home that uses what you have. She’s creative and listens to you when things aren’t working or you need something tweaked. I’ve just signed on for another term with Christine and am enjoying the whole process. I’m feeling strong, my mindset is shifting and improving and Christine is helping me be more flexible with myself. Put the work into yourself, you’re worth it and Christine will help you get there!
Fantastic experience: I love coming here and working out with my trainer, Sophia. She has taken the time to understand my old injuries and small challenges and adjusts the exercises to my needs. Even when I'm tired, I don't want to miss the time here and feel like having a personal trainer that challenges me is really helping me enjoy weight training while moving closer to my fitness goals. I would never end up at a big gym (too overwhelming) but find the unique exercises in this personal setting so much more approachable. We are our own small community of workout buddies that we see regularly. HIGHLY recommend trying them out.
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Jensen Fitness enough, especially if you're lucky enough to train with Evan! From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right choice. I decided to take the plunge into personal training in March and after thorough research, Jensen Fitness stood out. Evan was assigned as my trainer, and I couldn't have been happier. My primary goals were to find motivation and to learn how to lift heavy to gain muscle. Evan not only helped me achieve these goals but exceeded my expectations. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. Evan's passion for the science behind muscle growth is infectious, and he meticulously tailored my workouts to maximize results. Every exercise had a purpose, and he took the time to explain why each one was crucial for my goals. The progress I made with Evan was astounding. From week one to our last session, I witnessed significant changes in my body. For the first time, I was seeing muscle definition in areas I previously struggled with, and overall, I felt stronger and more toned. Fantastic experience: This is my first experience with personal trainer and dietician the best decision I've ever made. I've been working with Evan Scholz and Rachelle Duckworth for three months now. Evan is a professional, experienced, kind, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I have had a few surgeries and health issues, with Evan's help and motivation I have been able to progress and see noticeable improvement in my health. Rachelle is the in house dietician she is extremely kind and knowledgeable I have a few health issues that she helped me address and control. With the diet plan she made I noticed my hairfall stopped, my digestive system is getting normal, and acne is under control. I would highly recommend Evan and Rachelle at Jensen Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Rachelle since January 2024. She is amazing and truly has changed my thinking patterns around food. As someone who once dabbled in the fitness world of photo shoots and competing once, as well as struggling with body imagine as a child. I never imagined a day where I could not count macros or obsess over what I ate to get my dream body. Rachelle has taught me how to fuel and not restrict my body. Without focusing on weight loss I am down 15 pounds and my whole mindset around food has changed . I am so grateful and I feel free from my obsessive thinking over food.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Sophia about 2 months ago and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve never seen changes and strength in my body so quickly. Sophia has a huge variety of functional and weight training exercises every time, she’s very knowledge in many aspects of training. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since mid-January and have noticed a significant change in strength, fitness and energy. I’m sleeping better, mostly due to Sophia kicking my butt each work out, but she also takes care of my injuries and limitations, and she finds ways to work around them safely without causing further injury. I would highly recommend Jensen if you are looking for work outs with great trainers and to have a complete nutrition component as an add on option also with Rachelle, the awesome dietitian. All the trainers at Jensen are excellent and each one has been absolutely great, Sophia, Brody, Olenka, Serhii and Evan. Fitness.My trainer was Brody, and I can confidently say that it’s been a game changer for my fitness journey.Brody’s expertise, enthusiasm and supportive approach helped to achieve my goal and pushed beyond what I thought was possible. Fantastic experience: After decades and decades of working out on my own ( No I'm not old, just classic or vintage),--- this is my first experience with personal training / private facility. I found Jensen online, had the introductory orientation and tour, and was intrigued to give personal training and a nutrition "overhaul" a try. ( in spite of everything I think I know about both) Not quite 4 months in and I'm delighted with the results. Motivation and stick-to-it- ivness, have never been my challenges, so the results are from the skill and creativity of Sophia and her art of working different muscles using effective techniques and props. In every routine she sets up for me, I know I am working to my max or very close. I consistently leave a training session feeling the "sweet spot" of having worked out complete and efficiently. Sophia is an amazing listener and is always watching for adjustments she can make to the form I bring to the exercise . She is warm, personable and a lot of fun. And she packs outstanding music. On the nutrition side, Rachelle heard my beliefs on nutrition, answered my endless questions , and I know she did a lot of extra research to create my plan. People and other professionals who I have shown the plan to --all give her FULL marks and more. Her suggested food / portions/ and eating schedule were all crafted to fit into my work day and I give myself 95% for adherence. I am enjoying my nutrition and curious to expand it further. I'm very fortunate Jensen turned out to be such a good fit for me. 4 months is a bit soon to take final score, even so, I am very committed to see where I can take this - with their services. Fantastic experience: Last month was my 1 year anniversary of training with Sophia and it still continues to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! She pushes me to be the very best I can be, while still accommodating where my body is at each session. Not only is my strength up, but my overall body health has strengthened. My posture is better and my knees are stronger! Sophia has become a bright spot during my week and I’m so excited to see what other tools she’ll give me to help me become the strongest I can be!
Fantastic experience: Serhii is so amazing! I have been working out with him for over 6 months and he has had a really positive impact in my life. The first thing I noticed about Serhii is that he is very professional and knowledgeable and is sincere and genuine in his approach, which made it easy to feel comfortable working out with him. He is also VERY serious about getting results and you will definitely get them working out with him, but it never feels like it's too much or intimidating. He is patient and also a good listener. The other really great thing about Serhii is that he has a great sense of humour! His ability to balance professionalism and humour makes each session fun and motivating. I look forward to our workouts every week and I look forward to seeing how much stronger I will get. The confidence and mental strength you build when you can prove to yourself that you can get stronger is something I'm so thankful for. Everyone I have met at Jensen fitness is so friendly and it's a great place to workout.
Fantastic experience: I hurt my back over a year ago while squatting and took a lot of time off from the gym in hopes of it getting back together. A year later it was still the same, so I went to Jensen Fitness hoping I could find a trainer who could help show me exercises I was safe to do while also helping my injury improve. They paired me with Serhii, which couldn't have worked out better. He not only explained to me what I should/shouldn't be doing, but with the workouts provided helped lower my back pain tremendously. There were also a few appointments I was unable to make, and he was super accommodating to reschedule so that I wasn't forced to miss the session entirely. The entire staff at Jensen Fitness is very welcoming and friendly, and they have a good-sized gym that has everything you need. I would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for a personal trainer, whether it's to help with an injury or for getting into better shape.
Fantastic experience: Serheii is amazing! Seemingly stoic at first, he’s secretly funny. :) He’s attentive, present, adaptive, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the “whys” behind the exercises. I’ve been going to the gym on my own for years. I have back and hip issues and knew that my risk of injury increased as I increased my weights (I threw out my back years ago because of an improper deadlift, so it was time to smarten up). I’d spoken to other gyms and trainers, and they were fine, and then I stumbled upon Jensen Fitness. I told them I wanted a trainer whose focus was form (I believe my words were, “I want someone who will correct me if my left eyebrow is off and that will mess up my form”) and to help me increase my repertoire of exercises at the gym. Without hesitation, they suggested Serheii, and I’m very happy with the results! Two thumbs up, highly recommend. The gym is a decent size, and they focus on keeping the number of clients to a minimum so you’re not competing for space or equipment. It’s a clean, bright, comfortable space; everyone is respectful and friendly. Whether you’re a regular gym rat or new to working out, it’s a great place. :)
Fantastic experience: The team and facility that Christine & Shayne have created is fantastic! I decided to check them out this past summer/fall, as a change to my current programming, and I do not regret it. Their semi-private facility means that you're not going to a crowded gym and waiting for machines or equipment. My trainer, Serhii, was great - encouraging, working with me to perform exercises that I wouldn't normally do, and providing a level of accountability that I was lacking up to that point. I highly recommend them and will likely go back to them in the future when I need another change!
Fantastic experience: When I started down the path of looking for the right gym to l knew I wanted a smaller facility. I was pleased to find Jensen Fitness offered exactly that, a friendly welcome facility. I have been working out with Sophia for the past month and she is a great match for me. She pushes me to increase the weights and always ensures that we are paying attention to form and correct movements. I have a few old injuries and she always incorporates exercises that will help strengthen those areas. I also work out with Anthony once a week and he is also very knowledgeable, no 2 workouts are the same. Everyone at this facility approaches you with a welcome including the members. I look forward to continuing to work towards my goals of improved health and fitness.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Jensen for close to half a year and they’re great! Flexible on scheduling, extremely kind staff, and a lot to learn with the trainers. My regular trainers are Michaela and Anthony and with them I do strongly feel as though I’ve improved a lot since I first started, both of them are incredible and I really can’t say I prefer one over the other. I’ve also had the pleasure of training with both Sophia and Ris and they are also wonderful, everyone has unique insights on different exercises and it’s always a great time. I sought out personal training because I know I lack knowledge and the ability to push myself on my own at the gym. Everyone here is encouraging and always keeps your best interests in mind. If you’re looking for personal training, highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I was very intimated to start working with a personal trainer but Ris made me feel comfortable right away. Proper form has always been a big struggle of my mine, it’s something she’s incredibly attentive to and even when she pushes me (sometimes literally sneaking on bumpers) she is always sure to stay within my limits. My sessions with her have quickly become the best part of my week and I look forward to learning and progressing more.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Michaela since March 2023. I have paid for lots of PT over the years and she is one of the absolute best I have worked with. She is very thoughtful in designing a program that is very personalized, nothing that I could get from an app or online program. I just had my second baby at 39 years old and it hasn't been easy to get my body back! I am very happy with the results for far, highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I hated working out, but since I have been training with Ris I have never dreaded going to the gym even once! I feel so energetic and feel so much healthier :) Ris is one of the most amazing people ever and she knows what she's doing! It might be a bit pricey, but it's honestly worth it! Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I started with Christine in January 2023 and I haven’t looked back. I have worked out at home for years and the motivation, support and inspiration that I receive is nothing I have ever experienced before. My goal was to lose 50lbs before I turned 50, I am beyond 50lbs now and still going strong. The habits I have learned are exactly what I’ve needed and never found them with any other fitness program, trainer or support system. Having a dietician that truly cares, understands my personal challenges and works together with my physical trainer has changed my life. The combination of food strategy, workouts, weekly, monthly and sometimes daily () check ins have made me successful. I love the app, it is so easy to use and to challenge yourself as you get stronger . I have never had an issue getting a reply to a message or phone call. Always prompt responses which is so important. I would highly recommend Jensen Fitness to anyone who needs the TLC like I did, to get you on the right track and be where you want to be in your health journey. Fantastic experience: Sophia @ Jensen Fitness is an amazing trainer! I joined this gym probably a month ago. I had been looking into joining a gym for a while now and was looking for something that wasn't extremely overwhelming and intimidating. Let's face it : if you are a beginner, the gym can be a scary place! You feel intimidated and like a fish out of the water where everybody knows what they are doing except you and yeah... let's not forget the looks you might get. Anyway, I was recommended this quaint little gym and couldn't be grateful enough. Fully packed with great fitness equipment and skillful and friendly trainers. One of the trainers, with whom I 've had the pleasure to work out, is Sophia. She is very knowledgeable, she customizes the workouts according to your needs and your body, she pays close attention to the way you execute the exercises, your posture and the breathing technique which are very important when working out. Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the team at Jensen but especially for my superstar trainer, Michaela. As someone who brings all sorts of injury history and health issues into the mix, Michaela has shown patience and empathy as I got myself started. My workouts are adjusted to my needs quickly and the impact is so positive. Her technical knowledge on technique and variety is impressive. Fantastic experience: Ris is AMAZING! This facility is also amazing. I haven’t ever been a gym go-er or a very active person my whole life, but Ris’s desire to see me succeed and grown has been incredibly motivating. It’s also great that it is more of a private facility so the gym isn’t very busy which helps make you feel more comfortable for a new gym go-er. It is great working with Ris as she understands back injuries and injury prevention. As someone who’s in their 20’s with back issues, this is a huge asset and makes me feel confident that I’m able to build muscle and focus on my physical health without hurting myself and throwing my back out. Her flexibility to make sure you get your workouts in during the week if something comes up is also super amazing and very helpful! It’s super cool that you get a 3D body scan when you start going and get to see where you start and how you’re progressing as you work through the program that is designed for you by your trainer.
Fantastic experience: I have been working with Mikaela at Jensen Firness since the end of June. I can’t say enough about this trainer. She puts a lot of effort and research into customizing a program for me. I have back issues and we have been working around strengthening the muscles to support my back. Mikaela is very sweet and will strategically work with you to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I highly recommend!!
Fantastic experience: I've been consistently going here for several months. My trainers, Sophia and Ris, are amazing! Workouts are always fun and challenging. They work at your own pace and schedule. Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with my experience at Jensen Fitness! Sophia B. is a fantastic personal trainer!! I can tell Christine and Shayne have put a lot of effort and care into building a business model that works. I value sustainable, healthy change and was glad that these values are shared by Jensen fitness. They are not trying to sell you a quick fix. They are supporting you in making lifelong changes. Sophia has been the perfect trainer for me because she is always positive and attentive. She has had to change my work-outs on the fly many times because of my shoulder injury, and she has never caused me to feel bad about myself because of it! I've learned so much from her in a short amount of time! Christine's nutrition plan is a key part of my transformation as well, as I have a tendency to underfuel my body (or fuel it with the wrong stuff). It helped a lot to get back on track with eating enough whole and nutritious food.

Fantastic experience: I met with the head trainer at JF a little over 6 months ago. I was given an honest assessment of my body fat percentage and weight ratio. Since that day, I've met with Michaela for hour-long training sessions twice a week. While working out at the gym, I'm also learning what foods to avoid and how to exercise properly. She has not only helped me change my lifestyle to a healthier one, but has also become a mentor, a friend, and a source of confidence for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Jensen Fitness since 2019 and there isn’t a bad thing I could say about them! Everyone is so kind and friendly, and that even radiates from the other clients. They’ve cultivated an awesome environment to be in and I’ve always felt comfortable there. I’ve been training with Britlyn for 2 years now and she’s nothing short of amazing! Dealing with physical limitations has made working out really difficult in the past. Having Britlyn modify or create exercises that allow me to get the full body workout without making my issues worse has made exercising so much more enjoyable. I’ve made awesome progress so far because of her. She’s a wonderful personal trainer and just a wonderful person in general. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Michaela for the better part of 3 months and typically 3x per week. My experience has been awesome as I am continually challenged for all sessions. Michaela is always introducing new exercises to keep the sessions fresh and is always very accommodating if I need to move my schedule around. I have seen a dramatic increase in my strength, conditioning and overall health. I am continuing my journey to achieve my longer goals and appreciate the care and dedication that Michaela has shown to me to reach these. The atmosphere at Jensen fitness is very welcoming as they always greet you by name (even if they’re not your trainer) and the energy in the gym matches the positivity of all Jensen Fitness team members. Fantastic experience: I had been working out diligently on my own for over a year but just wasn't seeing the results I wanted. I googled some trainers in my area and came across the Jensen website. On a whim, I decided to meet with Christine for a consultation. I liked her energy right away, she was so friendly and accommodating ... not to mention strong, fit and an inspiration physically. After leaving I felt so much excitement that I decided to take the plunge and commit. However... I couldn't help but feel nervous that first early morning when I walked through the doors for my workout with Mike. Right away he addressed my nutrition and helped pinpoint my weakest areas. At my second workout I was again feeling rather intimidated, but then Shayne walked into the gym, immediately spotted me and addressed me by name. They definitely know how to make you feel like part of their fitness family! Three months later and a whole lotta hard workouts with Jamie, I now feel that going to Jensen was the best decision I could have ever made for myself. I am stronger, more motivated and much more confident. I look forward to the next few months and can't wait to see what I will accomplish. I just can't picture myself being anywhere else. There is a certain vibe at Jensen Fitness that is unlike anything I have experienced at other facilities. Fantastic experience: What can’t I say about Jensen. Every experience here has left me feeling more confident and stronger than I was walking in. From the moment you walk in the door, Claire greets you with a smile. Over the past 9 months, while rehabbing an over-extended knee, Keana D has helped me grow in strength, understanding my body’s abilities and shown me that I can do much more than I ever imagined. What’s great is that I’ve been to workout alongside my husband, something we’ve always wanted to be able to do, and at Jensen, we can! It helps when we have our own workouts already structured and pre-planned according to what each of our goals are. It feels so good to celebrate winning at our health fitness goals and hitting personal records! It also really helped to have Christine work with me on my nutrition goals. I learned so much about how to fuel my body for success and lost weight while sticking to that routine! Fantastic experience: Hey Everyone! I'm not sure whether to give Jensen a terrible review or an amazing one! I want to tell you all it's terrible so we can keep the gym all to ourselves... BECAUSE ITS SO AWESOME! Have you ever walked into a gym without any idea what to do? Or maybe you had a specific workout you wanted to try but the machines you need are all busy with other people? We have... Jensen removed all that uncertainty for us. It's amazing to show up and have a workout already selected for the day AND the only other people in the gym are being trained by the staff... No more mental energy spent on planning what to do or if you're even doing it right! (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE DOING IT RIGHT OR YOU'LL HURT YOURSELF!) Our Story: We started training here in March 2022 with Keana (who is also a Kenisiologist). Right from the start she's been so professional and also personal. She's been so great at helping us continually reach new workout goals and live the lifestyle we want to live so that when we get older we are still fit! Each workout is tailer made for us as individuals based on our goals and bodies. Keana is great at setting up workouts that are enough routine to enjoy but different enough that your body doesn't always do the same motions day in and day out. When we started here my heaviest bench press was just around 150lb, I'm now over 200lb! I've also swapped over 10lb of fat for muscle and feel great! We definitely recommend you take the plunge and go with Jensen Fitness and Keana. We can't say enough about them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jensen Fitness enough! I recently started training with Michaela and can say that she is a top notch personal trainer. When I made the switch over to train with Michaela she took the time to get to know me, my history, my goals and most importantly figure out how I move. Michaela took all the information into account to come up with a custom plan to meet my goals. I was feeling fairly confident when I first started training with Michaela already having some experience in my pocket. However she did an un-real job humbling me and breaking down each and every exercise during my workouts to make sure I was doing everything correctly and getting the best results. I was utterly blown away at how many little nuances she noticed that changed my form in almost every movement and the positive changes that followed. Michaela has done an amazing job keeping up with the ebb and flow of my hectic life, whether it has being restructuring workouts around injuries or shifting her schedule to accommodate me to make sure I get my sessions in. Even if Michaela isn’t available to train me she makes sure whoever I train with at Jensen Fitness (they are all amazing!) knows the workout ahead of time and what needs to be focused on to make sure I don’t stray from our goals. Michaela is always so positive, encouraging, and helps motivate me on days when I don’t even feel like working out. When I started my venture with Jensen Fitness I had several personal challenges to overcome and they helped me every step of the way. Christine took the lead with my nutrition plan to completely revamp my diet and understand what it takes to truly eat clean. I have nothing but great things to say and would never hesitate to recommend Jensen to anyone looking to take that next step on their personal journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Jensen Fitness for about 5 months. After not having a regular fitness program for a while (thanks COVID!), I signed up….and have not been disappointed! I work with 2 trainers (Britlyn & Michaela), which is a first for me. I love how they take into account what each other’s program is for each session so I get a complete workout and am not repeating muscle groups. I leave each session exhausted, knowing that I have been pushed to do my absolute best. An amazing team environment that encourages you to work your hardest and achieve your goals!

Fantastic experience: I completed the Fall Challenge with Jensen fitness and I’ve done some personal training in the past. My overall experience with the workouts have been great! I was able to lose some weight right before my wedding this year and the fall challenge helped me keep fit for the month of October. The trainers are super helpful with correcting my form and pushing me. The gym is a comfortable environment and not intimidating!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Jensen Fitness was awesome. I started off with a 30 day challenge with online at home workouts 5 days a week and a group fitness class every Saturday. I felt so motivating at the class with all the enthusiasm and encouragement and it prompt me to be accountable for my online workouts. I was lucky to receive a personal training session, when asked who I would want to train with, I didn’t know who to pick, all the trainers were great. My session was amazing and a definite positive I took with me was learning proper form. Going to a gym in a regular basis does not work with my schedule so the at home workouts is a perfect fit for me. The workouts are challenging and I am learning new exercises weekly. The combination of online training and personal training is a new goal I have set for myself as I believe the two together would keep me motivated & accountable and get me closer to reaching my goal. I look forward to my online workouts and I hope to be at Jensen soon for more one on one.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I just finished the October Challenge with Jensen fitness! It was amazing, I love the group fitness exercises combined with the online program. The group fitness was every Saturday so the online was actually more of what I used. The team at Jensen fitness set up a training program to complete each day which was excellent. The online kept me accountable because the other people in the challenge would post the completion of their workout which would spark me to get my butt going to complete mine for the day. I loved how it kept track of all your exercises and would tell you when you achieved a personal best. The trainers at Jensen fitness were wonderful always encouraging and correcting your movement if necessary. I would definitely join a fitness challenge there again. Oh one last comment, the 3D Fit scan at the start of the challenge was fabulous to compare to the end of the challenge to see your actual progress.

Let me tell you about my experience at Jensen Fitness, I started working out here a couple of months ago and OH MY GOD Michaela is the absolute best trainer on this planet. She is knowledgeable, and professional, and will always push you to do your best, she will challenge you and help you reach new levels of strength. . I feel very comfortable coming to the gym, it has only been two months but I already look and feel stronger. My favourite part is saying hello to the General Manager Claire every time I come in! She is always there to ensure that clients are taken care of and will even give you free gum, but take a day off seriously. Fantastic experience: Re: 12 week online personal training experience I have always been tying to "fix" myself. Feeling the solutions were simply common sense, I just had to want it bad enough. After not being able to put my plan into action for more than a decade I reached out to Jensen Fitness. So glad I did! I'm not a muscle bearing beast like I thought I would be however, I do look and feel a lot better and created healthy habits. Christine's caring personality and knowledge was a key factor to my success. During my training I had a pet unfortunately pass and she was extremely kind and offered great advise to get me up and going again. Worth noting, what I held as "common sense" before has now changed. The meal plan I was given is something I am so grateful for. Through my years of googling I have wasted so much time and money experimenting with different ways of eating. Christine kept it simple, tasty, inexpensive, and easy to follow for my entire household. I have muscles showing now that I never knew existed, nails are healthy, skin is better, new habits have formed and old bad habits have stopped. Fantastic experience: I worked with Jensen Fitness for over 3 months and saw massive improvements in not only my physical appearance but in my confidence and motivation in the gym as well. My trainer Michaela was knowledgeable, personable & the key reason I was able to achieve my goals. She pushed me to my limits and encouraged me on days when I truly didn’t think I could make it through! I loved my time with her so much and couldn’t recommend her more!! Christine’s nutrition plan was also something I recommend because it made planning meals super easy to understand and achieve while also learning so much about how to fuel my body properly. Fantastic experience: My experience at Jensen was amazing!! My trainer Britlyn was so knowledgeable and helpful during my sessions. She always had the best attitude and motivated me on the days I didn’t feel like working out. I saw a big improvement in my fitness, strength, and stamina during my time at Jensen.

Fantastic experience: Whether it's weight loss, strength training, or simply needing motivation to get healthy this is definitely the place to go. I had gone to see Britlyn for 3-4 months and in that time I wanted to achieve at the very least some weight loss, some strength training and some learning but mostly I needed help to fight through my own personal voice that told me to skip out on workouts. Britlyn has the knowledge, experience and charisma to be able to motivate you no matter what your goals are. She manages your workouts around any injuries or issues you may be facing on a day-to-day basis. She is both tough and will push you to your limits, but in a safe manner where you not only get stronger but learn proper form and posture. She is not beyond going out of her way to make sure you get the time you need to go at your own pace and will adjust her schedule to be as accommodating as possible. In the end the final results are on you, but if you need that little extra push or want to learn how to do it right. I highly recommend this place, also the scans are cool.
Fantastic experience: Ive been working with Christine for 3 months now and have been loving the progress I’ve made. Her and the other coaches and trainers at Jensen fitness are welcoming, non-judgmental and offer great support. I wish I found her sooner!
Fantastic experience: The crew at Jensen helped guide me to make huge life changes, and all for the better. They helped me believe in something I didn't think was possible. The guidance and support from everyone, in house, remote, via text and email has been better than I ever imaged. I have worked hard, stayed committed to the program , and in only 3 months they've helped me lose over 50lbs of body fat and gained over 15 lbs of muscle mass, which is amazing. Fantastic experience: Best fitness & fat loss training in Calgary! It really is a great family & friendly team! Myself and my lady did our research of all personal training places in Calgary. And found Jensen Fitness. We did the personal training classes and the meal plan. The meal plan was great for both of us! Easy to follow and incorporated easy meal prep! Very delicious meals and smoothies! Yum! The personal training was top notch! They tailored to both our busy schedules and fit us in with times that worked! Trainers we had were some of the best and knowledgeable trainers I have dealt with. Keana is such a gem! She has such a vast skill set and knowledge to help us reach our goals! Super friendly! Really kicked our butts. Margo is an amazing trainer, she really motivated me. Very amazing knowledge of her trade! Really friendly, great workouts! Clair was incredibly helpful and really friendly. Fantastic experience: Been working with Michaela for a few months now and believe she is one of the most knowledgeable & committed trainers around. Michaela s focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased and I am able to push myself progressively harder every time. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. It’s really a fantastic team with a great vibe. To Christine’s expertise and willingness to dedicate time and education openly and generously. Someone is always available and ready to be there for you in any capacity. Michaela gives you her undivided attention the entire session! Fantastic experience: I have some experience with kinesiology and floor exercises that build muscles. My last trainer used less weights hence I did not have much experience with weight training. Keanna is a great trainer because she can estimate how much weight one can lift. In addition she makes sure that the posture is correct in order to isolate the muscle groups one is working on. She even walks around one to make sure everything is in order. She also asks whether one is "comfortable" while pressing free weights. She is caring and highly motivated to do an excellent job. I fully trust her because she does not throw me through the ringer but constantly adjust the exercises to my abilities. It is fun and one sees results but only when showing up to every training session. It is work but it is fun for me to work on my 52 year old body. Cheers, Barbara

Fantastic experience: Trained with Keana for 3 months while on Christine’s meal plan and WOW! Learned a lot, saw the results I was looking for, had fun, changed my habits and developed a routine. Super thankful for Keana making it a non-intimidating and fun process, I would recommend any hesitant beginner like I was to just take the leap and sign up to train with her, you will be so happy with your decision.
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Margo at Jensen Fitness since the beginning of December, 2021 and the experience has been nothing less than incredible. Margo is super creative with the program she has developed for me and is always mindful of my history of injuries. This is the first time I've been able to workout without aggravating old injuries and see progress. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of body movement, mechanics, and functioning. She keeps me motivated, makes it fun to workout, and is just simply an awesome person. All the staff at Jensen fitness are friendly, super knowledgable and all of them help keep me motivated. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about Christine and Jensen Wellness. If you are looking to get stronger, add more energy and loose weight, look no further. I met Christine to do a Fit 3D scan, go over my goals and within a day I had my own diet plan and strength training program. I followed my program from the comfort of my home, but Christine was always available for check ins and support where needed. The diet program was not a diet. You are constantly eating, but in the right way. Within weeks I had more energy and could immediately feel the change from the diet. I received daily fitness workouts which provided a lot of variety to keep you engaged and not dread the workouts. Christine is always positive and keeps you accountable to yourself. In 12 weeks, I have lost over 20 lbs and gained a lot of strength. The program has completely changed my life. And, I am not done yet. Christine has designed the program so I can now take what I have learned and continue this as a lifestyle change. The program is reasonably priced and worth every penny! You will not regret the decision to work with Christine and the Jensen group.
Fantastic experience: I reached out to Jensen Fitness as a last resort to get back in shape. I met Christine over the phone and she was so wonderful. She listened and really knew where I was coming from. I decided to go ahead and do her online program knowing that it would be tough as I was not in the same city and would be working out by myself. Christine’s program was tailored to my specific needs and goals. She was super supportive and was always just a phone call or text away. I committed to the program and in less than 12 weeks, I lost 10lbs. I have never been able to lose weight that fast and keep it off. I feel incredibly healthy and strong. Fantastic experience: Jensen fitness takes a professional approach to all your health and fitness needs. Included in the package is state of the art body scan technology, nutrition planning, assessment and of course one on one with a single trainer or various if you want variety. Myself used 3 different trainers. The variety week to week really kept it interesting. I really appreciated the focus on injury avoidance and attention to details. It was interesting to use much lower weight then my historical technique and have exceptional results. Whether your looking for weight loss, muscle gain, endurance., functional, or flexibility, Jensen will design a program for you.
Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with overweight for the last 20 years. I have tried diets, boot camps and what's not. When I saw the adds of Jensen fitness I was determined to try it out. I found very quickly that all the personal trainers are highly professional and dedicated to improve my fitness while keeping exercise safe and not harmful (been there before). The diet instructions are fairly simple and broad. The personal trainers have lots of knowledge and dedicated to help me achieve my goals. And as for goals, I lost 23 lb in 2 months and hope to continue. At the end of the day it is up to me but with the help and push of my trainers.
Fantastic experience: My experience here has been so great! Completely exceeded my expectations. As a beginner to fitness, I was intimated about starting personal training but from the second I walked into this place I felt so reassured so comfortable. I’ve been training with Britlyn & Margo for 3 months now and I’m beyond happy with the progress I’ve made. The place, the staff & trainers (especially Britlyn & Margo) really give you a sense of family and make sure they’re educating you about fitness and your health during each session which was really important to me. Fantastic experience: Thank you Jensen Fitness for providing such a great environment and training sessions to push myself this year. I have been training at Jensen Fitness with Britlyn for about 5 months and I have seen excellent results and huge improvements with my strength, confidence, flexibility and nutrition. Britlyn is incredibly amazing, very knowledgable, and is always willing to help me out, motivate me and set a standard of what hard work means. She created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my muscle strength and boost endurance. I never had much experience with gyms or personal trainers in the past but Britlyn's encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed all throughout this program. Fantastic experience: I have been working out at Jensen Fitness for about a month now, and all I have to say is the amount of professionalism is incredible. They are constantly looking for ways to improve your experience in and out of the gym. They are always willing to adapt to your challenges, all while giving you the push you need. Fantastic experience: First of all, I am WAY LATE with writing my review - and to that I apologize...if I could give these guys a 6 star rating I would. Christine saved my sanity and got my health back on track. She was always there (even if I didn't want her to be lol) checking in, checking up and supporting me. I have been fit and active my whole life... and then I had a baby, and just when I started to get back into it, covid hit. Covid really shut down everything, including my motivation. I am so grateful to have found Jensen fitness to get me back on track. I will definitely use them again in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone.
