Fantastic experience: Absolute Body Solutions offers tailored training suitable to individuals. They take the time to hear your needs and ensure their advice is sound. They hold you accountable to your goals with frequent check ins! The trainers support varying levels of fitness goals and are there to guide you! This gym has heart! If you mean business so do they! No question, they are 10/10! You won’t regret starting your journey with them.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to build not only muscle but friendships and positive relationships. Coach Brandon is great with positive encouragement and a helping hand to finish up strong. The atmosphere is very conducive and encouraging. Great place to work out.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. They are dishonest and do not use proper legal agreements. They use tactics to pressure people into getting memberships they cannot afford. Especially if you’re on ODSP or some form of government assistance. They take advantage of people who have trouble understanding and pressure them into handing over their money. This is a heartless company. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend ABS gym for people of all fitness levels. The gym atmosphere is welcoming and not at all intimidating for beginners. I did a personal fitness program and 10 training sessions with Gillian who is highly knowledgeable and motivational. She helped me push past the pain and gave me confidence in executing my fitness program on my own going forward. She will show you what you are capable of and then it's on you to show up! Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! The gym is offering a wide range of machines and free weights.After circuit training session I felt great and energized. The owner Jason is very welcoming and inspiring, the personal trainers create a great environment to learn. I am very happy to discover this gym. I joined in July of 2024 for summer challenge and the difference in my body movement is undeniable. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Group classes are great and all different levels! It felt like a good workout and the small class size was great for the coach to be able to help everyone. Modifications are possible if anyone needs them. The trainer Gillian is very talented and knowledgeable. I love this facility and, more importantly, this community!! I will definitely be back and will share with friends! Thank you Gillian, Jason and Kenny .️‍♂️ I highly recommend the ABS gym to anyone. The best gym in town !!!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Absolute Body Solutions. Jason helped me in making the move to work with Brandon who is now my Personal Trainer. He helps to focus on technique, push my boundaries while working with my lower back and shoulder issues. I am already coming around in both feeling better physically and mentally. Best personal decision I've made in a long time. I would definitely recommend them if you are serious about making changes.

Fantastic experience: Went to a few gyms over a month ago to ask questions about rates and more importantly about support and help to try and achieve my goals. Came away impressed after talking to Jason. Slept on my decision for a couple days and decided to commit to Absolute Body. Very happy with my decision. They give positive support which makes my commitment easy. It’s not big and fancy but it works!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent place to work out. It has all the equipment, including cardio machines and weights I need for my work out to get back into shape. It has three separate work out areas, lots of natural lighting and of course, mirrors to help motivate and guide me along.Other trainers are cordial yet friendly and wait time to use the equipment is minimal. Appealing to me especially are the early to late evening g hours and FOB access. The premises do not have that awful. ‘Gym’ smell common in bigger places and the equipment always works and is well organized. The owner with helpful tips and advice is usually nearby if needed. For me at least it is conveniently located with ample free parking and useful shops close by. I like this place. Michael Hall

When I started with her weekly classes Gillian thoughtfully paired me up with a partner who she felt would be a good match for me. She was right and I started to gain confidence with every class. The program is perfectly suited to my goals and the training showed me how to execute the program. I'm much more comfortable coming to the gym on my own and being able to focus on what I need to do.
