Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I spent 90mins in the salt pool immersion Dec 31st and it was fantastic. The floating, the darkness, we both loved it. Staff was great, everything clean top to bottom, nothing else for me to say other than treat yourself and your date to a couples immersion session, you'll enjoy every minute of it. . ;)

Negative experience: Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback, as I was wanting to offer feedback but hesitating... a) The water in my float was too hot; the attendant acknowledged that and I thought it would be fine bc I like hot water, but it did get too stuffy and hot so I had to stop several times to add the cloth to hold the door open a bit, then make the opening wider, then eventually just push the door open all the way. b) But most significant, I wanted to let you know that I found the head rest/floaty thing very uncomfortable. Perhaps it is too big? I've used much smaller & thinner ones at other float houses and they were fine. But I left Salt last week with neck pain, and had a severe neck ache for several days, which is unusual for me. (I can still feel it, actually.) Maybe you should consider getting different head floaties? I'm sorry to say this, but I was regretting my decision to come, because while it was nice for the first 20 minutes or so, I feel like I paid $100 for a neck ache and am now considering another $50 to go to the chiropractor to get that fixed.

Negative experience: Water is not hot as I had last time visit

Fantastic experience: I googled for infrared sauna and found this place, which offers not only sauna but a range of quite a few other wellness services as well! However I bought and tried sauna package for myself, which is absolutely great experience! They provide a robe, clean inside slippers, cold water, towels and a cold face cloth infused with essential oils, to cool off, afterwards! Place is well equipped, ultra clean with wonderful staff and service and a nice vibe to it! Plenty of parking in the building complex! You can download their app and book/cancel appointments on it, very convenient too! They have promotions going on, on their services from time to time! Five stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time trying the Float therapy, and it was an awesome experience. Lehla was really nice, as she took the time to explain the benefits and made sure she provided us with the information to help us feel at home. She also asked questions about our preferences, like lights on, music or the type of music we would like; she was genuinely patient and kind. Ultimately, my husband and I were really glad we did this. And we would do it again. Thanks to Lehla and the Salt Wellness Centre for an incredible experience.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Salt. I have only used the infrared sauna so far. Everything including being ready on time, clean, towels, music, water, cold facecloth, timer set up are all perfect. The reception team member who I presume does it all is always friendly and courteous. I think they take notes on your file as I made a small critique one time and it's been perfect ever since. So relaxing love this place.

The front desk associate went above and beyond to help me book my next appointment to fit with a sauna session prior to my massage. This is my new place for sure!

Fantastic experience: Salt atmosphere was not only gorgeous but peaceful and welcoming. My appointment was with Jenna and she was AMAZING. Took the time to explain the process of Reiki and go over my comfort levels. I had a wonderful first experience and during the debrief I expressed interest in Somatic therapy and I am grateful for the time she took to explain it to me. It was not at all clinical but a very welcoming and personable experience that I can't wait to do again. I already booked my next appointment. I forgot cash to tip Jenna out and upon checkout used my card on file but next visit I want ro be sure to share my gratitude for her role in this journey

Fantastic experience: The RMT massages here are fantastic! They always help me unwind after a long week. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and the front staff is friendly and welcoming. Although there were a couple of scheduling hiccups where my appointment wasn’t properly booked, the owner handled it with genuine care. She explained that it could have been a glitch with the Jane app or an error in submitting the booking, and she even offered a complimentary salt wellness service to make up for it. I truly appreciate the great service and the thoughtful way they resolved the issue—definitely still 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I love going to sauna and massage at Salt! The facilities are calming, relaxing and impeccably cleaned each time. The owner Lehla and her team put a lot of care into everything they do. It's definitely my go-to place for self-care and wellness in South Surrey/White Rock.

Positive experience: The experience was good, quiet, relaxing and the offer of tea was unexpected. I was greeted in a pleasant manner, and as this was my first foot detox the practitioner explained the process and what to expect. When finished I was left on my own, feet were cleaned and that was it. I was expecting some discussion or review of the outcome. Not sure I will return.

Positive experience: First visit to the Wellbess center. Everyone was lovely, friendly and helpful. It was my first visit to try out the salt therapy room. I brought my 11 year old daughter to see if it would help with the cough she’s had for a few weeks. It was very calm and soothing and we spent about an hour in the room. Can’t say we noticed a huge difference for either of us but it was a nice experience. Would absolutely go again.

Fantastic experience: The staff is welcoming and helpful. I was shown around the room and also shown the access to amenities for post float. Because I am claustrophobic, my daughter booked me a float room as a birthday gift. This was my very first time floating. I found the experience very relaxing. I think I dozed off a few times. I felt that my entire body including my back and knees, were rejuvenated from the experience. I personally felt that the room was far too warm after I had showered. While I was getting dressed, I needed a fan or something to circulate some cool air. I actually opened the door to my room and was lucky that nobody else was around as I got dressed out there. Even that room was too warm at 23.5 C. However it was cooler than the float room. And that's my experience.

Fantastic experience: Salt Wellness is a place of healing sanctuary where well-being is the focus in its various facets and layers; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Sensory deprivation at its finest. This place is simply what is needed, especially for those of us who are sensitives in our overstimulated world. The restricted environmental stimulus therapy (floatation therapy) and the experience of the whole centre is just a feeling of sacred space for rest and healing.

Fantastic experience: Couples Float Therapy first-timers - we loved it. The experience was relaxing and refreshing. The team does a thorough job of explaining amenities and process. Provided us with earplugs and floatation devices for our use. Would definitely go again!

Fantastic experience: It was our first time at Salt Wellness and we will be back. Received a couples package as a Christmas gift to enjoy a sauna, couples float and salt room. The float was definitely the highlight for both me and my partner and it was a great experience to share as first timers. We both plan to go back to enjoy our own floats. It was definitely nice to experience as a couple however, in the future would book alone just because the sauna was a bit of a tight squeeze for two people and even though the couples tank was large enough we both felt it would be better to do solo next time so we aren’t worried about touching or distributing the other during the float. Overall great experience.

Positive experience: I'm surprised at the lack of safety features in the private float pool room. Pretty well standard everywhere these days to have grab bars in the shower but not here. Hair soaking wet and eyes closed I struggled to access the shampoo, finally the dispenser fell off the wall and I was standing in a pool of shampoo, terrified to move. I groped my way along the glass door and around a bit of a corner to reach my towel. I guess if I had fallen and hurt myself someone would have been there 90 minutes later to see why I hadn't come out. They certainly didn't hear my pleas when it happened so I assume no intercom. I am surprised if this isn't a safety violation. Really took a while to relax after all that

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff, friendly and informative. I walked in unannounced and was met by Olivia. In between tasks she gave me the run down of Salts offerings and helped set up my account. I was able to book a sauna on line and at the time of my appointment Deanna walked me thru the process. Easy peasy and a great detox was had! Thinking of booking a detox foot bath soon.

I was experiancing issues with specific muscle injury, and Miss Bartel was able to understand and work with my needs to help me towards a successful road to recovery. I tried the RMT next door at Pain Free Health Clininc, and all I can say is don't bother! Go see Miss Bartel, she'll take care of you. Also, becuase she is super popular, you will have to wait your turn to see her. Wishing you a happy road to recovery as well. Thank you!

Negative experience: I contributed to a charity that gave me two vouchers for a free float at Salt Wellness Centre. When I went to book (prior to expiration date) they would not honour the voucher because they had too many requests. I appreciate that these type of vouchers can be potentially overwhelming to a small business but it left a very bad taste and it was badly handled. Very disappointed in their business practices.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take care of yourself. Salt therapy options all super, been doing them for many years here. Foot detox and lymph massage services (with Candie) are also a great supplementary part of my healthcare. The staff are all wonderful. Relaxing environment. Do a favor for your physical and mental health and try anything here!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Salt Wellness a few times and just love it. It's such a beautiful and welcoming place with so many ways to benefit your health and wellness. My first salt experience, was in the larger pool, the lighting is fantastic and the music can be modified to your liking. It is not only relaxing, but really helped with body and muscular tightness. I have also been to the RMT here, I have been looking for someone that I can trust with my therapy, and to help with other muscle and mobility issues. I have been recommending many of our patients to go to Salt Wellness, what a wonderful gem to have in the heart of South Surrey!

Negative experience: Went for a couples float here, it was great. Booked in for a single float and my next session was loud. I couldn’t get into a “deep relaxation state” I believe there were cleaners in the next few rooms and I could hear every bang and door slam they made, along with voices constantly. It kept me from being able to truly relax. Maybe best to go earlier in the day. But for the price, not sure my session was worth it….

They are very kind, warm and professional! This spa is a great part of my life. I am 74 yrs. old and Salt keeps me young and healthy! I recommend this wonderful spa very highly to everyone! Fantastic experience: I had a massage today with Chikondi (Candy). Apologies if I haven’t spelt the name correctly. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few in my lifetime. She paid attention to what I said I needed and worked on those areas but also worked on my whole body and added some extras including Reiki. I highly recommend.
