Our comment from Nutrifinder.net about Clinique Ostéo Sport:
A Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness
Clinique Ostéo Sport, located in the heart of Saint-Sauveur, distinguishes itself by integrating osteopathy, physiotherapy, naturopathy, and kinesiology under one roof. This multidisciplinary model allows the team to adopt a global health perspective, addressing both external symptoms and internal well-being. Rather than offering cookie-cutter solutions, the practitioners at this clinic pride themselves on tailoring their methods to the unique needs and feedback of each individual, ensuring a personalized path to recovery.
Tailored Care for Every Stage of Life
While the clinic has developed significant expertise in treating athletes, its services are genuinely inclusive, catering to babies, children, pregnant women, and seniors alike. Patients frequently highlight the adaptability of the therapists, who adjust their techniques based on the patient's physical condition, age, and specific constraints. From managing acute injuries in hockey players to providing gentle support for infants with colic or separation anxiety, the practitioners demonstrate a versatile skill set that resonates deeply with diverse client groups.
Professional Excellence and Clear Education
A recurring theme in patient reviews is the high level of professionalism and the clarity with which the staff communicates. Therapists are praised for explaining the 'why' and 'how' behind treatments, often providing home exercises and clear prevention advice to sustain progress. Patients appreciate the transparency regarding treatment expectations and the focus on long-term habit changes rather than just temporary fixes. The team is described as knowledgeable, rigorous in their investigation of issues, and dedicated to empowering patients with the tools they need for self-care.
Welcoming Environment and Compassionate Attention
Beyond clinical skills, the clinic is celebrated for its warm, calm, and clean environment. Many reviews mention feeling immediately at ease due to the attentive and empathetic nature of the staff. Whether it is the friendly greeting at reception or the humorous and reassuring interaction during sessions, patients report feeling valued and listened to. This human touch, combined with effective treatments that often bring noticeable relief, fosters strong trust and loyalty, with many patients returning for ongoing care and recommending the clinic to their families.

Fantastic experience: I always receive a warm welcome and impeccable service at the clinic. François-Olivier is attentive to my needs. His expertise is reflected in the quality of care he provides. I highly recommend him.
Fantastic experience: Location: In Saint-Sauveur village. There's a small parking lot but I imagine that if all of the therapists are working, there won't be enough room to park. Street parking is available on the main road and there are a few green P lots as well. The place: Offices are located inside of a house that is well laid-out and clean. Services: This was my first visit with an osteopath. I was able to look at everyone's bio online as well as schedule my own appointment via the website, which I appreciated. I chose François-Olivier based on his experience, which is very well-rounded and aligned with my needs. My first visit was an assessment and F-O asked me several questions starting with what my main objective was - which is great since I have more than one but need to prioritize ! I found him to be attentive and he explained things well. After doing a short treatment session, he suggested a few exercises that I can do at home and let me know that there is some work to do (with him). I appreciated his transparency in that he can't guarantee that osteo will resolve my issue and feel like he manages my expectations well. Price point: $115 per session. Based on my first experience, I would recommend Osteo-Sport but not if everyone tries to book an appointment with F-O
Fantastic experience: Catherine is the best ❤
Positive experience: Extremely high knowledge about the body, a little less high on diagnosing unknown problems, but supports well throughout the process of discovering a resolution.

Fantastic experience: I shared a review 5 months ago for my baby who had colic at 2 months. UPDATE: Catherine Lacasse has completely resolved his colic! I still can't believe it. My skepticism has completely vanished. Now my baby has severe separation anxiety that prevents him from sleeping. Catherine worked on his nervous system on his head and worked on his body as well. I recommend her to all parents who need help with their little ones. She works miracles. So gentle and reassuring. She knows her job, that is clear. I will try to modify my work insurance when I can just to be able to come more often. Thank you again, Catherine!!!
