Fantastic experience: Super nice gym in the rocks at the end of Saint-Joseph street in Quebec. Easy to access from Limoilou and downtown. Never too crowded. Trainer Sylvain creates very good functional training programs.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lots of space and machines in it as well as free weights, benches, racks, mobility area and cardio area. One day pass is 20$ which is fair compared to other gyms.

Negative experience: I tried to ask a simple question over the phone and the Manager of this establishment told me if im calling a gym in Quebec i need to speak in french and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional as they spoke fluent English. I would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: A clean, safe, and well-lit environment, suitable machines, and available employees? What more could you ask for?

Negative experience: It’s a bit of a weird gym in my view, I felt it was a little intimidating. The equipment is really old, probably from the 90s. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a j-hook on a squat rack with a nut and bolt in any gym I’ve ever been to anywhere in the world. I also think $18CAD for a casual visit is pushing the price point for what you’re getting. It definitely does the job if you’re on a holiday, but it’s definitely outdated.

Negative experience: Just put your prices on the website so people visiting the City can see it and don't have to call you in order to ask for the prices.

Negative experience: The staff is very polite and offers very good service and the equipment is clean. However, the machines are old and not always easy to use, the organization of the gym is just ridiculous and the fact that the showers work with a motion detector forces you a bit to come out completely naked from the shower. I recommend you go to another gym.

Positive experience: Maybe you should consider putting in air conditioning because it is very, very hot, it's stifling. Otherwise, very good gym.

Positive experience: My friend and I came to visit the gym because we would like to sign up. We were very well received and the gym users were courteous to each other. We were offered a one-week trial pass and we will definitely return to sign up after our 7 days. There is a possibility to park for 2 hours. Shake bar. There is an option to rent a locker for the year or use the free ones from the changing rooms on the day we train. Totally agree with the dress code for men (it avoids the 'douchebags' in tank tops!). The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I would have liked it to be open 24 hours (I understand that this must have changed due to the pandemic) and the gentleman at the reception didn't know the products sold on site (replacement).

Negative experience: I came to try the gym with my friend, the guy at the counter tells me; 'Yes, I offer you a free week,' he looks at my ID. Then he tells me, 'You’re not from Quebec, it’ll be $18 each.' I am insulted! Let me try the gym, then next time I will take your ticket for $120. But honestly, if you want us to talk positively about your gym, it's an opportunity to have new clients, and even if they come from outside, keep your word, your customer service job is to keep your client so that they want to come back... Now, my experience in this gym is -2/10. I’ve had better in terms of customer service...

Fantastic experience: Well equipped as a gym and the opening hours are quite extensive. The only downside for me is that we're not allowed to use chalk, but that might be an advantage for others, so I still give it 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in St Roch. Lots of equipment and free weights. Multiple benches, squat racks and Smith machines. Perfect for muscular hypertrophy if that's your goal. Plenty of cardio machines too. They have some classes as well- spinning, yoga etc. Can't comment on the trainers as I don't use one, but I did read that a few of them trained with Christian Thibaudeau so that should speak for their experience. FYI- it is not part of the US based Planet Fitness franchise. Great gym, would recommend.

The clientele is pleasant as well, people respect each other. Free parking (which is very good for the location). All this at an affordable price! You feel at home there.

Positive experience: Nice place. They got lots of machines, free weights and lots of cardio stuff. Drop-in is 15 Dollars and possible between 6 AM and 9 PM.

Negative experience: The offer in terms of machines / weight is sufficient. Limited space in the early evening. Very clean locker room but the shower temperature does not adjust. Strict dress code for men (mandatory sleeves) while women can train in 'sports tops (bras)' is completely absurd. If I claim to feel like a woman tomorrow, will I be able to expose my arms and wear a tank top? Totally stupid regulation in 2018, I will not renew my subscription.
