Positive experience: Review—— Owner of the clinic reached out and apologized as this is not the clinic’s standard practice. I appreciate the clinic’s proactive approach and recognize this is an isolated incident based on the practitioner’s action. ——Original review Will give 0 if I could. Booked a RMT appointment with Maria 7 days ahead. Got a text message informing me that I need to fill out an intake form and there is a 24 hour cancellation charge. This is all very standard and did not solicit a response. Then 5 days before my appointment, got a notice that my appointment is cancelled because I didn’t fill in the intake form. This was done without any heads up or notice. Nor did the original message say anything about the appointment will be canceled if certain action is not done before a certain date. I don’t think an intake form is required 5 days ahead of the appointment and if it does, it needs to be specified ahead of time. This is a terrible way of managing clients. If Maria wants people to respect her time, then she needs to learn to respect others too!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few sessions with Amanda for my neck and shoulder pain and it has been a great experience. I've gone to a few other places for physio and massage and didn't feel satisfied with my treatment. During our Run Club, she noticed that I collapsed inwards on my right side and recommended I come in. I was pleasantly surprised by her efficient and very precise identification of the weak muscle group contributing to, if not causing, my issues. Fantastic experience: I love to get my accupunture done by Tina. She does awesome masage before doing either cupping or accupunture. She know all the pressure points and nerves connecting to your any issues on your body. The most thing I love about is that she will do the massage at the end of the therapy as well, so that you are not going home in pain and sore body. It's worth going to her. Negative experience: Therapy Now does not deserve even 1 star but I don't have any option. They charged me twice. Once from my insurance company and once from my credit card by saying they submitted the wrong amount, and they are withdrawing their submission. But I got an email from my insurance company that the amount is paid. Even service is so bad. Say away please. They are fraud.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure (and luck) to work with Andy from 2020-2021. Before meeting him, I was 251lbs with sleep apnea, pre-diabetic, migraines, and high blood pressure. I was surprised by his approach as I never heard of it before, but I took a chance anyway. To my surprise, I started losing weight very consistently for 8 months. I settled around 178-182lbs, and with it threw away my $6000 sleep apnea equipment that I had used for 33 years. 2 years later, I feel fantastic and youthful for someone in their 70s!

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience receiving both kinesiology and chiropractic treatments at Therapy Now for my MVA. Although not fully healed yet, the treatments received have had a positive impact in helping repair my body and alleviate pain. The staff here are also professional and courteous. Having them deal directly with ICBC is a huge benefit to me as I don't have to do so myself.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Service. Reception is very friendly and helpful! The massage therapist Anthony has really made a difference. The left side of my body has been in a great deal of pain for the past few weeks. After my appointment with Anthony my whole left side feels relieved. I was not aware that my hip on the right side of my body is tight but Anthony directed this to my attention and helped with this as well. Anthony was also was very kind to advise me on some stretches/exercises I could do at home to help with the problems I’ve been experiencing. I would recommend Therapy Now to anyone looking to relieve any pain they are feeling!

Fantastic experience: Both Anthony (RMT) and Lily (acupuncture) have been wonderful since the beginning of my treatment. Anthony has helped me so much with my back pain and aligning my spine. He’s also a great yoga instructor and has provided some really helpful stretching exercises for my neck and back. Lily is also great at what she does. Her sessions are always thorough and helpful. 10/10 recommend Anthony and Lily!

Fantastic experience: I have consistently been going to Therapy Now for over 6 months for Acupuncture (Tina), Chiropractic (Dr. JD) , Massage therapy (Amanda in the past, and presently Anthony), and Active rehab (Anas) to help me in my recovery from an mva. The office is always clean and orderly, and Feena, the receptionist, is kind, professional, and accommodating to my busy schedule. All specialists are extremely knowledgeable in their field, and are able to pinpoint and treat trouble areas in relation to lessen my general pain. They are in tune with my needs, weaknesses and apprehensions, and take the time to explain to alleviate any fears I may have. I had been very apprehensive about both Chiro (afraid of neck cracking) and acupuncture (afraid of needles), but decided to try. I am so glad I did. They started off very gentle, and always ensured that I was comfortable with any procedure before starting. All therapists have the capability to put me at ease, but they also challenge me in my healing. They all communicate with each other about my specific needs so each can treat me accordingly. They give me exercises to complete at home, as well. Over the past few months, as their treatments and my consistent exercises have continued, I have noticed a positive change in how my body feels and moves. Much of my intense muscle pain and tightness have subsided and my ability to get active again has improved immensely. If you are looking for any or all of these treatments, I highly recommend Therapy Now.
