Negative experience: I would like to share the troubling experience MY FRIEND had with chiropractic care in this clinic She initially sought treatment for ongoing back pain. First MRI showed no significant issues, but she was advised to undergo chiropractic .she booked with a practitioner named Ali to help relax her musel During one of the sessions, she heard a cracking sound in her back,and intolerable pain and Dr. Ali assured her that this was a normal part of the treatment. However, the following day, she was unable to perform basic daily activities due to severe pain and immobility. And session was cancelled by my FRIEND one the office clerk called to find out the reason of cancellation,my FRIEND explained and meanwhile dr Ali pick the phone and accused me for that I have done something else and now blaming on him and she was met with an inappropriate response. He was upset at her and used very unprofessional language, and hanged up the phone which added to her distress during an already difficult time.consulting with a specialist at her workplace, a second MRI was performed, which revealed that two of her lumbar vertebrae had become displaced, requiring urgent surgical intervention. As a result, she had to undergo surgery and is currently in rehabilitation. Unfortunately, this has left her unable to return to work for the foreseeable future. I believe it’s important for others to be aware of this experience, as it caused significant disruption to my FRIEND s’health and well-being. I would strongly encourage anyone considering chiropractic care to proceed with caution and ensure that they are receiving treatment from qualified and respectful professionals. AS I MENTIONED I AM SHARING MY FRIEND’s EXPERIENCE AND I AM NOT YOUR PT AND NO NEED TO LOOK INTO YOUR MEDICAL RECORD .
