Hi Ryan, We're sorry to read about your experience. After looking into the situation I would like to add a little more context. This was going to be your first time visiting us. You left a voicemail at 902AM to say you were running late. Then you emailed ""Call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX". Our admin called you back at 958 AM at the alternative number you left on the voicemail and left you a message. She also followed up with an email. While we always like to get back to clients asap, responding to you in less than an hour does not indicate we are understaffed. You were also emailed letting you know that the practitioner was aware you were running late. All was ok. At 959 when you called back, you spoke to our office manager and she let you know that the practitioner had been updated that you were running late. You said you were here and could not find us. She then tried to help and you confirmed you were at the address of 3363 Yonge. Which is the right address. You mentioned you saw a Burgers Priest and a Rexall, which are a block north of us. Our office manager was trying to help further and you then decided to cancel your appointment. It's unfortunate how things turned out this am. We do pride ourselves on customer care. I'll have to take a look on how to add some sort of visual to help people identify our address on the email confirmations we send out. I wish you the best of luck.
