I am so grateful for his professionalism, expertise, kindness, and wonderful care. I started coming here after suffering from episodes of weakness, disorientation, and passing out - severe enough that it resulted in a trip to the emergency room and a whole lot of anxiety. After weeks of feeling unsteady, I decided to book an appointment at Elevate to alleviate neck pain. I arrived in tears, terrified at my ongoing mystery symptoms, and in lots of pain. Vahn immediately identified the issues I was having and proposed a treatment plan. His assessment was later confirmed by a vestibular physiotherapist and a doctor, who noted that the timely care he gave me and the exercises he proposed were the best course of action. Most importantly, Vahn is professional, calming, and caring. He immediately put my mind at ease after weeks of high anxiety. I saw Vahn weekly for a month and the difference has been unbelievable. I’m almost symptom-free, and I’ve hugely changed my lifestyle thanks to his advice and guidance.I came here expecting a massage and instead got a caring physical therapist and cheerleader who saw me through a terrible health scare. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Elevate for 8 months. Vahn and Jet are both incredible RMTs. I've had issues with my neck, traps, shoulders, back, hips, and knees. And every single time, I leave feeling muuuuuch better than when I entered. They've even managed to squeeze me in when I've been in a lot of pain. Most importantly, they have also given me a few at-home exercices that have helped me soooo much with making sure I do not go back to a world of pain. 11/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Elevate Health Clinic provides an integrated approach to treatment and recovery. After years of trying out different clinics, Vahn at Elevate suggested RMT for my neck pain and it was a game changer. I’ve been going there since 2022 and have been incorporating RMT and personal training for back and knee injuries, with good success. Front desk staff are responsive and direct to insurance billing is available.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Vahn for treating my lower leg pain. Before the treatment, i was having burning sensation on my shins due to overuse. He told me that i am very close to having splint shins and helped loosen the muscles surrounding the bones of the shin. He also taught me exercises to help loosen muscles. Since im on my 2nd trimester, he was very careful not to put too much pressure on my lower back area and used some pillows to cushion my belly. I feel so much better after each treatment. I would highly recommend him and would go back whenever i travel back to Toronto. The prices here are quite affordable. They are able to do direct billing. However they currently dont have an online booking system (need to book via email, online live chat or phone)... I think that an online booking system will definitely help increase their business. Thank you once again!

Fantastic experience: The RMT here are very good. The three times I booked here within a week, I had issues with my knee, lower back, shoulders and headaches, Jetmir was able to fix it all, I feel so much better. My wife had Vanh, booked three times and also had similar great results.

Fantastic experience: To say that this place is amazing is an understatement. I have only had two sessions with Vahn for my plantar fasciitis and the results are undeniable. On my first visit I struggled going up the stairs to the massage room, And to my amazement after the first session my feet felt so much lighter and the stairs weren't an issue at all. I felt instantaneous relief. Vahn has thorough knowledge on what he does and a definite professional. He listened to the nature of my injury and work on it right away. Together with the comprehensive exercise routine he gave me i was also able to selfcare at home for faster recovery. I highly recommend Vahn and the whole team in Elevate Health Clinic. Fantastic experience: I had my right shoulder and neck pain for several weeks due to my extreme (and unprepared) exercise routine. I could not sleep because of a pain and had to take Advil before going to bed. Last Thursday I made an appointment with Vahn to try finding and fixing my problem. Vahn worked on me really hard, doing deep tissue massage in order to break scar tissue that I had in my muscles. After the massage pain lasted for a day or so, and on Saturday it subsided completely. I can sleep without taking Advil, I can lie on either side, and I do not have to adjust my posture to avoid pain. My shoulder and neck are still tender, but not painful anymore. Great job Vahn! I really recommend him to anyone. He is knowledgeable, very polite, and caring person! Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I suffered a rare foot and ankle injury some time ago, which has significantly impacted my life. I've sought treatment from various physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other modalities over the years, but progress has been slow. Some therapists conveyed a sense of limited improvement potential. However, upon being referred to Vahn at Elevate Health earlier this year, everything changed. Vahn's specialized and focused massage/therapy approach was unlike any I had experienced before, even from therapists claiming to specialize in injuries. His treatment greatly improved mobility in my foot and ankle, reducing pain and enabling me to perform exercises I struggled with in the past. Additionally, Vahn provided exercises that proved more effective than those prescribed by previous physiotherapists and offered a clearer understanding of my situation. Fantastic experience: Had a massage here last Friday and I couldn't be happier. My mobility has increased so much! All of a sudden I can do all these things that used to cause so much pain that I was ignoring. Jetmir gave me a one hour massage in which he undid years of bad posture. I felt energized a freshed after the massage and it set me up for great weekend of hiking and canoeing. It's not about what the massage can do for you during that hour, but what you can do for yourself after your body has received a massage. I like the vibe of the clinic very much. It's approachable but professional. Great atmosphere - feels like a place you can go to for all your wellness needs and I intend to go back and try some of their other services. Fantastic experience: When I came out of Hamilton General Hospital and St. Peter's Rehab in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in June 2021 (after having almost died from the full blown original covid-19, lost 65lbs in 5 weeks and couldn't even roll over in bed when I woke up from my coma in intensive care), I had managed to regain about 15lbs and recovered about 85% of my mobility thanks to the incredible staff at both Hamilton General and St. Peter's... However the next year as I tried to rebuild at home I found I was putting weight back on but getting almost nowhere when it came to strength or stamina.. So, in September 2022 I searched for a place nearby to get further help if in fact anything could be done... That is when I came across Elevate Health Clinic, on Marlee Ave, just three blocks from me. It is now a year later and you can see a fairly normal fully recovered guy in my photo on this profile. I can't thank the people at Elevate health Clinic enough and especially my personal trainer, Christon Bailes for all they have given me... proper strength, good body core, and a general all around great sense of well being such that I wake up every day at the age of 79, feeling about 60..... Please, if anyone in Toronto, Canada is in need of physical recovery assistance as a result of accident or illness, invest in yourself by looking into the personal help services available at Elevate Health Clinic

Fantastic experience: I’ve come here an handful of times and I really like the motto of this clinic. Every therapist focuses on building strength, so you don’t get reinjured or feel pain a few days after the treatment. I’ve been treated by Jeff and Vanh, and they’re both fantastic. I also love that you could readily book appointments without having to wait weeks. One recommendation I have is for them to have an online booking system so I can book directly and quickly.

Fantastic experience: I found Elevate via a Google maps search. The reviews seemed good and so my husband and I both came in for massage appointments. The facilities were clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I requested a female therapist and got Sam, who was fantastic! She got into my muscles and joints that were tight and loosened them up. We talked about some stretches I could do at home for those muscles. She also gave me an awesome scalp massage! If you're thinking about booking an appointment, I definitely recommend Elevate Health!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this place for massage therapy and in looking at the reviews i was skeptical as all reviews were 5 stars, l had an appointment today with Vahn and with all the massage therapists I have been to, this place was legit and Vahn was amazing. I have had lower back issues for years after my son and it was constant pain and discomfort. Vahn sat down with me and explained the reasons behind my pain and what he would be doing to help me and begin the process of getting my back stronger and aligned. The therapy was better than I had imagined and I felt great after. He listened to my concerns and reiterated what I was saying. He made the whole experience comfortable as I am used to female massage therapist. He is very personable and welcoming and through my witnessing his interactions with others in the establishment, very caring as well. My son has also seen them as I was concerned about the way he runs. My son enjoyed the sessions as it did not feel like an assessment to him. I have been to many other physios due to my severe ankle sprain, but all the other clinics used ultrasound and laser therapy which was ineffective. Vahn Cutchon has been doing active and manual therapy which has really helped my healing process within a short period of time. Positive experience: I visited because of a wrist injury caused by aggressive and overextended backhand without enough warm up. My initial attempt to just rest it for a couple of weeks didn't work - the first sharp motion and pain was back. So I came to Elevate and met Vahn Cutchon. I was more than sceptical at first, plus I was told to look for physio, while he does massage. He said he can help me and he delivered. After 3 visits and doing all the exercises he told me I was able to start hitting some balls. After the 4th visit I was able to play hard for 90 minutes. After the 5th I am in better shape than I was before the injury. THANK YOU UPDATED Dec 9, 2022: Vahn is amazing, but the support staff is unreliable. They are not just slow (weeks), inaccurate (wrong service type, wrong date), submit invoices to the insurance even after you pay those yourself. Don't pay them until you get an invoice in your hands.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone . This is regarding my carpal tunnel syndrome which bothered me for the longest time .I’m usually awaken in the middle Of the night with numbness and pain . Doctor already recommended surgical intervention coz it’s already severe . I just decided to put hand wrist splint every night but still the pain persisted . Until I told to the son of my fried. Who happen to be a Physiotherapist at elevate and asked just to try once to visit him in the clinic . I did and after one treatment only . I can’t believe it myself the pain and numbness lessen . I have to write on and on how thankful and grateful I am to Steven Cutchon and super highly I recommend elevate for being so professional and compassionate for their client .
