Negative experience: Beautiful place but that’s it. All the bikes are in poor condition. The reception's response: we are sorry but we do not check the machines every day to ensure they are functioning properly. This is unacceptable considering the price to go train. All the exercise bikes (not the spinning ones) have issues and it hasn't changed for several months. I have to go to the one in Ste Foy to be able to pedal. But at the Ste Foy location, all three rowers are defective so I am seriously considering training at another gym.

Negative experience: If you are not sure about staying at this gym, think twice, they demand abusive amounts to terminate, $243 for my part and administrative fees of $49.99. Certainly the worst way to get good references afterwards.

Also, why not install lights near the mirrors, it’s not rocket science… and it would be appreciated when drying our hair or doing our makeup. A few benches to sit on near the entrance door on the ground floor, while waiting for our training partner would also be appreciated by the customers… there you go, thank you.

Positive experience: The gym is clean and the locker rooms too. Several types of equipment. The clientele is of all ages. This gym opens at 6:00 AM, and it does not offer 24-hour access. I would have preferred an opening at 5:00 AM. The two payment methods offered are credit card, where they automatically deduct the payment for the due month, or you have to provide a check specimen so they can automatically deduct the payments. Given that my credit card was stolen and I suffered an identity theft, you can understand that I have reservations about giving permission to withdraw from an account without more control. So I proposed to the person at the reception that I could pay my 3-month registration in full. They refused, saying that the law forbade them from doing so. I then paid each month by debit.

Fantastic experience: Based on my experience, nautilus is great for teenagers! If your a teenager and not sure about joining a gym and being accepted by local trainers look no further. The people are ultra kind and respectful and really care about helping you achieve your goals. The facilities are always working and have just about everything you need to get in tip top shape.

Fantastic experience: I have a subscription to all the nautilus gyms and I have trained at more than twenty nautilus locations in Montreal and Quebec. This one is the most spacious with a very nice view.
