Fantastic experience: I came across this location via a quick Google search and so far I’ve been quite impressed with the quality of care I’ve received for my upper back and neck pain. Dr. Salerno uses a combination of physiotherapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture treatments to treat the area. The clinic also offers several other services, which I am excited to try in the future. Everything is done through the customer portal system, which is convenient for scheduling appointments and obtaining invoices for insurance.

She was extremely thorough during our initial assessment, checking my body from bottom to top. She then developed a plan to get me feeling back to normal as soon as possible. Dr. Vanessa even reached out to me after my initial appointment to ensure I was feeling okay. This type of personal check-in rarely happens after you visit a doctor, showing she cares about her patients' well-being. After four visits with her, I gained back mobility and strength in my neck and back. I am, of course, very grateful for this! I will continue to see Dr. Vanessa now for the maintenance of my body. Fantastic experience: Prior to coming to Rise, I had been suffering from lower back pain, which limited my range of motion and felt debilitating to the point where I could not work out and engage in regular daily activities without feeling pain. After ONLY ONE visit with Vanessa, my pain was gone after she worked her magic! This was surprising to me because prior to finding her, I was referred to what seemed to be a reputable chiropractor in the area who told me that I had 20 years worth of build up of spine damage that would require a lot least a years worth of adjusting to bring back to normal, which clearly was not true. In my pursuit of a new chiropractor, I stumbled across Rise from a Google search, and after leaving a voicemail Friday evening, Vanessa called me back herself after the office was already closed. Vanessa graciously opened up her schedule to see me first thing the following morning. During our initial appt, She took her time to educate me on the physiology behind chiropractic care and gave me a realistic recommendation of a treatment plan. What makes Vanessa different is that she’s humble, hands on, and truly cares. She is so effective at what she does and She definitely knows what she’s doing! I love how down to earth, honest and educational she is. Vanessa does not use scare tactics, and is not focused on making profit off of her clients. She is open and flexible and uses a variety of methods including massage therapy, adjusting etc to tailor her approach to each clients’ specific needs. I’m so grateful I found her and I promise you, she will not disappoint!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in to see Dr.Vanessa as he had a bit of a flat head. He was having trouble with tummy time, and really didn’t enjoy spending any time on his belly. After two sessions with her, he has made such progress and really enjoys all time on his belly! We continue to see her biweekly just to ensure he’s stretched and happy! I would highly recommend her services. She was so kind and gentle with him, and he enjoyed every visit!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Rise, and Vanessa’s work. I came in last week with a twisted rib, wasn’t able to breathe or walk. I called and they were able to see me in a few hours which I greatly appreciated. Vanessa was extremely knowledgable of my injury and knew exactly how to proceed. After only one session with her, I was already drastically better and woke up the next day with my injury almost completely gone. For someone who is and athlete, not having mobility in my body is non negotiable, and she reassured me that she would get me back to movement ASAP.
