Katya is incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to ask questions and truly understand my needs. She made me feel at ease with comfortable discussions, even helping distract me from my claustrophobia. Katya explained which therapy was most suitable for me and why, and even gave me helpful tips on exercises I can do at home. Highly recommend her expertise and care!

Fantastic experience: The Shiatsu massage with Iku is out of this world. I get so much more out of this than a regular massage - my whole body feels more limber and it's really helping my anxiety.

Ive been having chronic back and shoulder pain for months and its like he pressed the reset button on my body. I walked out of there feeling like I had slept for 30 hours. It was my first time at Wolseley Wellness + the atmosphere at the Portage Ave. location was very warm and comforting. I am remiss for not getting the name of the receptionist today, because they were very welcoming and kind! My RMT Colten was very professional, informative and attentive to my comfort level. My massage was very thorough and really helped with my migraine! I'm looking forward to getting on track with a tailored care-plan! I will be recommending the service to my loved ones. Fantastic experience: Every single massage therapist I’ve seen at Wolseley Wellness has gifts. It’s my “Go To” for times I’ve had body pain and times I need to bliss out and just enjoy a quiet moment to myself. Holly and Sarah are amazing for myofascial work and relief. And Kelsey is a weekly treat to myself for relaxation. Whether it’s your mood, your need or your schedule, someone is guaranteed to help you and you will be glad you walked in.

Fantastic experience: I had my first Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Evelyn and found the experience to be both gentle and beneficial. After a challenging year of health concerns I elected to try LDM and I am very confident it will be a sound choice for me. I had a frozen shoulder issue when I went for my first massage and learnt that this type of injury can be a result of stress. LDM can be very helpful in releasing the tension that causes the injury. After just one session I can tell there has been improvement. Thank you and see you again.

Fantastic experience: Have gone for several appointments with Natashia at the Corydon location. She's great as she asks the right questions for specific treatment and will also suggest additional stretches or mobility exercises to help with ongoing issues when needed. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I’m an admin and where I work they provide courtesy calls to clients the day before, this place doesn’t provide this to the clientele. I understand the need for a no show fee but it would’ve been kind of them to call the clients to remind them. I gave them two stars because of this unprofessionalism on their part. I was charged the entire fee, be careful not to forget about the appointment you book at this establishment. I will not be going back as I had to pay the entire fee. I have memory issues and would appreciate an all from the admin who sits there in front of the computer and doesn’t care about the clients as long as they are booked in. Nice cash grab.

Negative experience: As an RMT myself I was disappointed, I called specifically asking for a deep tissue treatment, I would rather the staff be honest and say that the therapist is not the right fit and find a suitable therapist. Instead, like most clinics they say “yes they can do deep tissue” while I truly felt like it was a back rub. I never heard of this “standard, senior, master” for levels of RMT’s but if I’m paying $105 for a “master RMT” I truly expect way more.

Fantastic experience: I have never had a good experience until i went to wolseley wellness. Shalynn was incredible, so gentle and made me feel so comfortable immediately. She used a different approach and gave me easy stretches to do after. I booked another appointment directly after my first because of how amazing it was.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new massage therapist in a convenient location as mine had moved out of town and was recommended to Susan French. I have had great sessions with her so far. She is very intentional about working on target areas, checking in about pressure and/or pain, and offering suggestions for stretches which is important to me. Facility is clean and well kept and all staff I have encountered have been friendly and helpful!

Negative experience: I recently went to Wolseley Wellness for a pregnancy massage. I called before hand to make sure they did prenatal massage and they confirmed that they did. The first half of the massage focused on my neck and was pretty good. However when the therapist got to doing my back, they did not have the pregnancy booster/foam piece to properly and safely support a pregnant body. The offered solution was to lie on my side with a pillow for my neck. That is incredibly uncomfortable in my current condition as there would be no support for my side, hips, or knees. Plus due to being heavily pregnant, my balance is super off and the idea of lying on my side on a narrow firm table, while someone pushes at my back feels very unsafe. I choose to lie on my stomach, but spent the remainder of the massage trying not to throw up. Additionally the therapist didn’t check into asking me how to massage was going until the very end. She did the neck part decently but the back was so gentle, I would have called it more of a back rub than massage. I was pretty uncomfortable and frustrated by the end, as it felt like a waste of time and energy.

And if you’re looking for a massage therapist, you cannot go wrong with Kristofer Penner. He is tremendous, the best! Glad I found them both, their my go-to physical treatment providers. This said, everyone here is fantastic! Can’t go wrong visiting Wolseley Wellness!

They are great at what they do. They were always ready and waiting for us. Remembered our pain points and always followed up. We are super impressed. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: After severe back pain of 3 months wherein I could not walk, sit, stand, sleep or sneeze without crying and falling over in pain, and seeking out a GP, Physiotherapist and an Athletic Therapist, I found Shannon Gorman at Wolsely Wellness. After seeing the pain I was in and my lack of mobility, she took it upon herself, on her own time to research possible issues. After 2 visits with her, I am pain free! She gave me my livelihood back. I can walk, I can sleep, I can enjoy what I haven't in months! Thank you Shannon. You are amazing. You are extremely dedicated to your profession and truly care about the people you serve.

Location is pretty central and convenient (westbound Portage Ave has no lefts Mon-Fri at certain times so plan your route), ample parking. Saturday hours made this my first pick. I've already rebooked.
