Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about In GoodHands Wellness. This is truly a clinic dedicated to wellness, as it offers not only massage and chiropractic care, but also naturopathic care too. The vibe in their clinic is very calm and you are always treated kindly. I have been dealing with Dr Rupi for naturopathic care for approximately 5 years. I was so drained from being in school and running a full-time company that I didn’t even feel like a person anymore. The first year was about getting me back into balance and after that was more of a check-in every so often. I can confidently say that my issues of low energy and motivation are resolved and I am living a better life because of her expertise and genuine regard for my well-being. As you learn about the body you realize that sometimes our mechanical movements have bad habits that need to be corrected. Enter chiropractic care. I began having issues with balance, and at any age it’s quite concerning. Paired with respiratory issues and digestion problems, I consulted Dr Mitha for help. After a thermal scan of the spine (to show inflammation points), my three problems all corresponded to the three main areas of inflammation in my spine. There is definitely some misinformation out there regarding chiropractors - namely that you get stuck relying on them forever and your problems do not actually get fixed. While every body is different, myself and my wife can vouch that while you do have to go more in the beginning of your treatment plan, you will end up going less often as your body begins to relearn proper positioning and gets stronger with the exercises and stretches you are given. This is simply a two-way Street and there must be trust between patient and doctor. I did my part to stay on top of my stretches and exercise, while Dr Mitha did the adjustments. I went from 3x per week, to 2x per week, then 1x per week, 1x every 2 weeks, and now down to 1x every 3 weeks. My balance was back within 3 weeks, and my breathing issues have completely disappeared, and digestion is completely normal. I actually recovered sooner than expected as well, and Dr Mitha adjusted the treatment plan accordingly - meaning he could have kept me coming more often to make more money, but was confident in my progress and brought me down to a frequency that suited my progress. His approach teaches you to understand the process rather than having someone tell you to blindly follow them. You may think this review is too long and/or possibly even solicited, so let me ask you this - how important is your health? How important is it to you, to be at your best? For me it means being present for my family, and my customers that rely on an end product that I cannot deliver without my health. That is worth more than a few sentences. The services cost real money and you better hope to find the right place like I did. I always leave reviews for people/businesses that are truly good at what they do, and this place is no exception. Many thanks to Dr Rupi and Dr Mitha, and everyone else at the clinic. You guys rock and I can’t thank you enough.

Positive experience: İ went to massage therapy today. Service was really good. Therepist knows what she is doing. The only thing i didn't like was the too hot therapy room even if she opened the fan. The room was very clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Mitha after a car accident. This was my first experience going to a chiropractor. I will admit, I was extremely apprehensive and cautious about having my body manipulated and I expressed my concerns to him. Dr. Mitha was extremely patient where he took his time to support my chiropractic needs as well as my concerns as a 'newbie.' Several months later, I can feel a positive difference in my body and its function as I continue to heal. Fantastic experience: My time here was absolutely amazing. The office and bathroom (extremely important) was clean. The ladies at the front counter took great care of me and made sure I felt comfortable with my stay there. I will definitely return for another visit.

Positive experience: I went in when I was in a car accident. I had heard many horror stories of chiropractors messing up and was very hesitant to do chiro versus physio. Well Dr Mitha changed the way I think of chiro today! Not only did he help me heal from the accident but also with other issues I had with my neck and shoulders. I used to suffer from a lot of migraines. I can honestly say that these have been drastically reduced. Highly recommended this place!!

Negative experience: 1 STAR FAILED! ABRASIVE STAFF --- Where do I start? Had a scheduled appointment today at 4:30 PM and because of a personal family emergency I missed my appointment. I wasn't able to contact the clinic until my arrival at home half an hour later. I tried calling the clinic several times but kept getting voicemail. When I had finally connected, I was abruptly interrupted by Tracy (Office Manager) who felt obliged to educate me on only calling once. Tracy's tone of voice and rude demeanor has shocked me considering this is our second appointment. Whether or not its our second appointment is beside the point, you don't speak to customers that way. In this day and age people get fired for lashing out at customers. Tracy claims she is a Office Manager and so she should know better than to exhibit this type of unprofessional behaviour towards patients. Because of this abrasive behavior, you have lost a customer. Tracy should be given Behavioural Management and perhaps a refresher on Customer Service. I do not recommend this establishment. We were also charged for the entire missed appointment which is understandable.

Negative experience: Massage was good. Decided to try the chiropractor out for my daughter and myself. Not sure why I needed x-rays when I didn't have any serious issues, but I was billed a nice fee( Thank goodness I have a plan) .I just wanted a realignment. When I missed an appointment I was charged for the service. I would have like a "courtesy warning" seen that I was a new customer, but I understood because I read this clause in the many contract sheets I had to sign. A few weeks later I knew I was running late for my chiro appointment and I gave the office a call. I expected to bumped when I arrived 15 minutes ,but I never expected to wait over 45 minutes more with no explanation. When I asked the chiropractor it would have been nice to be told how long I would have to wait His response was "our customers who are on time are given preference". His response was rude and belittling. He even questioned the time I arrived and said he can prove it by a video surveillance. It didn't need to go that far all I was asking for was an acknowledgment of when I would be served. I decided I was going to seek another chiropractor but I HAD to make another appointment and be charged to close my file. Never did I have to do that for any place I chose not to go back to. It was so uncomfortable to return the next day and be adjusted by a doctor I never wanted to see again just to "close" my file. I went back to my previous chiropractor and found a new massage place where I can truly see great customer service at it's best. I didn't even get charged when I had to cancel last minute . Don't be fooled by "professionalism" and contracts. When situations arise you want a place that can look beyond "contracts" and treat you with common courtesy , that speaks volume. I understand it's a business and they have to safeguard every situation, but a doctor does not need to tell me "he is the best in Canada when his ego was bruised when I was closing my file. I usually don't rate places, but it's been 5 months now and still pass this place and shake my head. The two stars rating is only for the massage.

Fantastic experience: I found In GoodHands Wellness online and chose it based on the positive reviews. Two weeks later, I'm writing to add my very own comments. I had the worst excruciating shoulder pain from tendinosis and my doctor recommended Physio. Nilesh Patel worked absolute wonders and I'm back to my active, pain-free self after only four sessions!! He knew exactly what to do, what maneuvers and treatments were needed with this type of strain and was always patient during my sessions. I am eternally grateful for Nilesh and would recommend him 100% for your Physio needs. The whole team at In GoodHands Wellness is simply fantastic and you really are 'in good hands' here. Fantastic experience: It's a wonderful thing when you find a doctor and facility that listens to you. Dr. Mitha is very knowledgeable and consistently asks how I am doing at every visit and not just as a formality. I have been going to Dr. Mitha after experiencing sever pain in my lower back. Fantastic experience: I initially started going here due to an accident and 3 years later I'm still going, they can't get rid of me. They take the time to get to know you to understand how they can help you. Dr. Mitha, Dr. Rupi, Neisha, Tracy and eveyone else there are amazing, you really are in good hands. I highly recommend.

Positive experience: One-stop wellness shopping! Friendly staff and experienced doctors. Can't carry on with the day to work stress without visiting for my wellness check and support. Limited wait time. I don't go here any longer as I new place opened up close by. My suggestion is that if you have a back problem, Dr. Mitha is excellent. He fixed my son's back which my GP was unable to. It was a sports injury. But, if you have other problems that are job and/or age related as, like I do with the tightness in my hands and feet, I suggest that you shop around before you settle for a chiropractor that heals you the best. And no matter how many years you have been a patient here, you have to pay for that missed appointment no matter what the reason is. Rues are rules. So, always inform.

Fantastic experience: It started with a little stiffness in my left shoulder, and then progressed to my right shoulder and lower back. My first thought was I was sitting at my computer too long without any breaks. Then my fingers started to become cold and numb, I began walking hunched over and was cold all the time. I contacted a trusted friend and asked her for the name of a good chiro, she strongly recommended Dr Mitha of In Good Hands Wellness. When I arrived for my assessment I could barely stand straight, walk straight and was losing weight. I was described as a feeble. In addition to my chiropractic issues, Dr Mitha advised that I should see a medical doctor, there was something else going on. I began treatments with Dr Mitha three times a week. Surprisingly the first notable improvement I saw was my mood; the treatments were alleviating my pain and improving my circulation which allowed me to rest and sleep for a period of time. Two months after beginning my chiropractic treatments I saw a specialist and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Upon examination, it was noted that there was considerable mobility in my joints and spine for a diagnosis such as mine. My response was that I began chiropractic care two months prior and if it were not for the care and understanding of Dr Mitha I would not have been able to walk into this office. In my mind, there was no disputing how seeing a chiropractor put me on the road to recovery sooner. There was no rebuttal from my specialist. It has been eleven months of wonderful care from Dr Mitha and a compassionate ear from Tracy. My family, friends and doctors have seen a marked improvement in my health; my mobility has returned, the blood flow to my extremities has improved, I can stand and walk straight, my appetite has returned and my medications have been reduced and in some cases eliminated. I cried the day I saw the x-ray of my spine, how twisted and out of alignment, I was. Today, December 11 I chose to walk to In Good Hands Wellness, 40 minutes each way and smiled when I told Dr Mitha of my feat and showed him that my hands were warm! I truly am In Good Hands! Thank you Dr Mitha and Tracy.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, informative, result-oriented, clean, and organized! Here's a little snippet of my journey: In January 2018, I noticed a severe striking pain in between my thumb and index finger. I thought for sure I had carpel tunnel or worse. I proceeded to seek Chiropractic care…and it has changed my life. Since I regularly go 'beastmode' at the gym, I encounter soreness day in and day out, and so I dismissed my shoulder and forearm pain as soreness from my workouts…but I also noticed I was slowly losing full functionality in my right arm, and that’s obviously not right. On the left is a thermal scan of my spine in January. This was part of my initial assessment at In GoodHands Wellness. The warmer the colour, the more severe disturbance in the nervous system, thus causing disfunction. The pain from the thumb was actually stemming from the disfunction of my C6 and C7 spinal segments. If left untreated, my situation could’ve gotten worse, effecting the functionality of my right arm, hand, and even my fingers. On the right is a thermal scan of my spine today (November 2018) – completing the treatment program, now entering preventative care. I am much better, no aches or pains related to my thumb arm or shoulder and I now know how to identify and care for my muscles, posture and nervous system. I wanted to share this story because, a lot of times we dismiss our little aches and pains. DO NOT DO THIS. In GoodHands Wellness is professional and full-service. You receive an initial assessment and go through an informative treatment program. Dr. Mitha really goes the extra mile and helps you understand why you feel the way you feel and how it can be fixed..yes, fixed!!! I have also tried the massage therapy here and it is the best massage experience I've ever had...definitely walked out a new person! Fantastic experience: Great experience, awesome with kids, love the new office. My 2 yr old enjoyed having his back and neck adjusted. The growing pains in his legs disappeared in a week of treatment and haven't returned, and the adjustments have helped with his ear infections too.

Fantastic experience: We are a family of 5 and have been seeing Dr. Mitha and Dr. Rupi for over 12 years now. We started with chiropractic visits for my husband and I. I was suffering from severe headaches, which were literally eliminated within a couple of months of starting the adjustments. I have also benefited from the naturopathic treatments for different issues I've had over the years ranging from infertility to depression/anxiety. Our first daughter started her first chiro treatment when she was a couple of months old. Our twins, who were 10 weeks premature, also have been in chiropractic care since they were about 6-7 months old. My entire family has been on the wellness program for years now. We also seek naturopathic care from time to time. I also personally like the fact that patients are asked to be a part of the whole process, take control and be involved, which is historically very different from my experiences with medical doctors. I love being involved, included and seeing results makes it even more exciting and fulfilling. We love the family atmosphere and the level of care and attention we have received from this clinic over the years.

Negative experience: Predatory business practices; beware of the fine print on the many forms you will be made to sign while you are in pain and seeking their help. One clause stipulates that you must "close-out" your account via an in-person appointment. At this "close-out" appointment they will try to sell you on coming back, so really it is a poor attempt at a sales pitch. If you choose to close your account over the phone, you will be denied by the administrative staff. They threaten to have a collection agency harass you for $300+ on their behalf if you don't show up for this in-person "close-out" appointment. Very disappointed at this failed policy. They wasted my valuable time and I will not be returning.
