Fantastic experience: After feeling super sick (food poisoning like symptoms) for 4 days, I decided to get my first colonic! The spa had available parking nearby, which was great because I was running late. I also thought I had booked for the sauna after but I hadn’t and they still made the accommodation so I got the entire experience! Her Spa is clean, smelled amazing and beautiful! The sauna area was awesome, you can play your own music!! ❤️ I love that she uses the best all natural products for gut health! This was exactly what I needed!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE Sona. Knowledgable owner who can also guide you through detox and/or nutrition plans. The infrared sauna is perfection to sweat it out. There's a cold plunge tub if that's your thing. Super clean and comfortable vibe. They also do colonics, have a full-body ballancer pro for lymphatic drainage and have lots of juices and supplements. My go-to for body cleansing and muscle recovery. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed the infrared sauna/cold plunge. I had the impression infrared wouldn’t be as effective as dry or steam but was completely mistaken. Within minutes I was sweating and enjoying a podcast through the Bluetooth speaker system. The cold plunge was an immediate personal challenge that felt exhilarating and helped with energy and sleep. I look forward to my next visit!

The Ballancer Pro was a perfect postpartum treat- what felt like a relaxing massage was also reducing cellulite and easing back pain. The Colon Hydrotherapy was also helpful to boost my metabolism and absorbing more nutrients. And the Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge was a nice activity to share with a friend and get that circulation going- a mini spa experience only 5 minutes away from home. It totally allowed me to work through my fear and build up my courage into actually getting my whole body into the cold tub! I'll be back! The colon therapy...
