Fantastic experience: Ive had lower back pain for over a year and found out it was a bulged disc in my back, saw over 10 different chiros, osteos and physiotherapists and it got a bit better but i still was in a lot of pain all the time and couldn't drive for long periods of time. I didn't have much hope that this place would help but Rob and his magic needless cured me!!! The needling isnt enjoyable but it released the super tight tension in my back so that my bulged disc could go back into place and ever since I've been able to drive and the pain has eventually gone away and im actually healed!!! Simply amazing so grateful that i found this place and ill ever be in Robs debt his magic needles really work ✨️

Fantastic experience: As we were travelling through B.C. for a month, I was in need of a massage. I was connected with Karli Frizzell and the massages became weekly and were absolutely on point! Karli asks lots of questions to makes sure she can deliver the relief you are looking for. I want her to move to Alberta! Thanks Karli for all you did for me.

Negative experience: Christine Jackson is absolutely amazing and did wonders for my infant son. That being said, I have never been treated so horribly by an owner of a business. I recently had to cancel an appointment for myself as my parents were in a car accident and I no longer had child care for my baby. I called to cancel the minute I knew (5hrs in advance). The receptionist said nothing about being charged full price for the appointment. When I noticed I was charged I called in and the receptionist said it is policy but she will get the owner to call me. When I spoke to the owner she quite literally told me that it is a family friendly facility and I should have known I can bring my infant to the appointment and it is my fault I did not ask at the time of cancellation. I am a first time mom I did not think it would be an option to bring my baby to a massage therapy appointment, and what therapist would honestly want a baby there as well? Regardless, I understand there is policy but this owner could have shown a shred of compassion. It is not like I just didn't show up or have ever cancelled before. She lost 3 clients today, but according to her, she is fine with it. I will certainly miss Christine. * I did not yell nor raise my voice. Had she actually listened to me and not escalated the situation by blaming me she would have realized I did not want a refund. What I wanted to convey was her receptionist could have reminded me I would be charged for not providing a reason for canceling and that the receptionist is often condescending and abrupt. She has no problem talking down to me but can’t provide pertinent information. However, I could tell all the owner cared about is money and not client service nor have compassion for her clients. So I decided to make my point and end the conversation. The fact that you need such a policy speaks volumes for how you manage your business.

Fantastic experience: Nona the acupuncturist is so caring, and does an excellent job. I tried this for an ICBC claim and ended up liking it so much I continue to see her.

Positive experience: My experience here was lackluster, however that is dictated by the person who was giving the the treatment not the business as a whole. Responding to the comment left by Reclaimed Health: My review will not be influenced. I stated my reasoning.

Even though they didn't offer the type of massage my wife was looking for, they spent the time and effort to find a place that did offer it, and called her back to provide her the details. This is a amazing example of how local business should be run, and this level of service and professionalism is so rare nowadays. Fantastic experience: Nick is a very knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. Nick's therapeutic deep tissue massage treatments made it possible for me to get back to my normal daily activities and exercise routine. Nick listened to my concerns and by applying his knowledge of the muscular system he was able to target my muscles needing work. As well, the clinic is beautiful, and all the staff are so friendly and helpful! The best massage therapist I have ever been treated by is Nick!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of first knowing Michelle Brown as one who also trained at Cheam Leisure Centre a couple years back. I’ve only recently had the opportunity to visit her new beautiful Chilliwack massage therapy studio! It’s beautiful, calming, with inviting spaces and furniture, and the best part is the skilled and talented team of registered massage therapists who make you feel so at home when you first enter and during your entire visit. Check out their photos and especially the 360 virtual tour walkthrough in her Maps photos, it’d give you a good sense of her wonderful studio and feel like you’re just in there, then make the wise choice to book with one of them to help with your pain or situation. Well worth it!

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem. I drove in from Abbotsford desperately in need of relief for a disc/knot issue. Brooke was super helpful and friendly and has given me much relief. Highly recommend. Booking and confirming is also very easy to do online or over the phone.

Last but not least of course the massage is phenomenal, though I have experienced muscle aches for days afterwards, my initial complaint is relieved. Besides being a great, friendly person to deal with, her knowledge and ability in being able to put things back where they are should to be and working how they are supposed to is amazing.
