Les équipements sont de qualité et bien entretenus, et l’ambiance est motivante. Un immense merci à Roberto, le gérant, qui fait un travail exceptionnel ! Il est toujours disponible, souriant et à l’écoute des membres. Son professionnalisme et son énergie positive rendent l’expérience encore meilleure. Si vous cherchez un gym avec un excellent service client et une ambiance motivante, c’est l’endroit idéal. Je recommande à 100 % !

Negative experience: Worst gym on the face of this earth!!! Aside from this abusive contract they have, yesterday I was having my workout, and I GOT STOLEN, in their lockers someone broke my lock and took money directly from my wallet!! Never felt so unsafe in Canada… company said there’s nothing they can do about it, filled a police report and will be taking legal action to terminate this ridiculous contract!! WORST PLACE TO WORKOUT EVER, DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCAM!!!

Negative experience: This particular Nautilus is very small. Used to come for friendly staff who compensated for low amenities, however, management has recently changed and is a lot stricter with rules. They no longer offer warnings before cutting locks… Would suggest Place Montreal Trust location instead; 5-minute walk, much bigger, better water pressure, more machines, there are windows, and even saunas.

Positive experience: Benches are not great. Missing certain machines I would want, such as an incline chest press of some sort. Given the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic experience: love this place. they dont play music which improves my workout 10x. I can listen to my own music or podcasts and get in to the zone.

Fantastic experience: nice attitude towards guests. Great service and nice environment. Cheap price. Water AC and bath provided.

Negative experience: After asking many times to close my gym membership since it is a year since they closed. They are not terminating my contract even after moving out!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, very clean and professional atmosphere to workout in. So happy to have found this location after 2 years of suffering with horrible management, hygiene and overall equipment health/maintenance at cours des roi. Keep it up PVM!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and excellent location, I am very happy with this gym the staff and management are amazing and it’s super clean and hygienic unlike cour de roi.. which you should avoid at all times.

Negative experience: Unfortunately there is racial discrimination at this gym. Me and my friend (both white) received good, polite customer service from Nautilus and had a positive experience. My friend (racial minority), however, is constantly receiving negative, rude and discriminatory interactions from the staff. It's super weird how a gym would hire these types of people. I don't think I ever want to come back here. Beware!

Fantastic experience: I usually go to Nautilus Cour du Roi but I came here yesterday and I liked it a lot better. It was very clean and when I went (around 2pm) it was almost empty. Great variety of equipment and they all seem well maintained.

Positive experience: This is a small gym and it can get crowded. But the staff and clients are nice and respectful to each other. So I like it.

Fantastic experience: Pour avoir essayé plusieurs gyms, Nautilus est de loin mon préféré!! Je m’entraîne depuis 2 mois à ce gym et j’y vais à chaque midi à mon heure de lunch. Le gym n’est jamais trop rempli, tout est propre, les machines sont toujours fonctionnelles, bon service.. j’adore le concept du 1.25$ à chaque visite.. je les réduis de mon abonnement et je paye beaucoup moins cher. J’ai eu le plaisir de parler avec Rosana qui m’a expliqué le tout concernant les services offerts, les avantages, etc. J’aime m’entraîner là!

Positive experience: There's a lot of machines but it's placed tightly next to each other and I feel like there are just too many people. It feels tight.

Positive experience: Un bon centre mais il devrait avoir des améliorations

Negative experience: c'est le gym le plus cher que je connais en plus ils vous disent que vous avez des ristournes mais c'est faux .je lai su quand jai annulé mon abonnement ils nont jamais voulu me les rembourser. le prix aussi dun coach est super eleve et cest des entrainements tout a fait banales.

Fantastic experience: beai grand gym, moins fréquenté ces jours çi a cause de la rénovation de pvm. L'heure de grande affluence est autour de midi. Il y a des gens le soir aussi vers 16h 17h mais moins qu'au midi

Fantastic experience: Great gym with certified trainers. Service reps always smiling and willing to go beyond. Good promotions. Always enough customer service reps so wait is minimized. Open from 6 am to 9 pm but very busy during lunch time and not always easy to access equipment. Best times is between 9 am and 11 am in morning and between 1 pm and 4:30 pm in afternoon. Evenings from 6 pm to closing is good also.

Negative experience: Everything about Nautilus Plus is pointed to how much you can pay. If you want to take a class above beginners level, then you better pay up! if you want to ask questions or ask anything.... you better consult by paying someone to get answers. They trainer I was assigned too gave me NO real helpful information in the initial "free" session except measurements... The girls at the front desk are bubbly and say hi when you walk in but you better not interrupt their conversation after that... one water spilled all over the floor near the leg machines... I ask twice and it was still there when I left. Environment was hostile ... I wouldn't recommend anyone this gym. you could find better ones!

Positive experience: Pricing is fairly high, considering there are equally priced or lower priced gyms in the area. Facilities are fairly clean considering that seemingly no one wipes machines, but this may be due to there being one spray bottle for the whole gym and paper towels frequently not being refilled. Paper towel dispensers constantly empty in the men's changing room. Many of the machines are older than the gym itself, likely from another Nautilus or some warehouse, possibly a distribution partner. Most of the staff is quite friendly, but some trainers will prevent you from using machines or weights that their clients are using, even if they're not using it at that moment (no sharing). The gym when busy is VERY BUSY. How busy? During lunch, every single cardio machine is in use and nearly every weight machine. I went once at lunch on a Monday and had to stretch for 25-30 minutes until a stationary bike was free. Weeknights are not so bad, but if you want to use a weight bench you may have to wait as all of them can be in use. Additionally, some equipment is only in the cross fit room which can only be accessed by paying more money on top of your membership.

Fantastic experience: Grand gym, tout est en bon état, assez d'espace entre les appareils. C'est (encore) presque neuf et tout est bien entretenu. Personnel attentionné et souriant.

Negative experience: Used to be very good, now it is always overcrowded.

Negative experience: I went during lunch hour to see how busy it would be. The gym seems almost unusable due to it amount of people vs # of equipment. I asked the lady at the front about 5 times of what's the total price for a year of membership without any trainer/nutritionist etc . She refused to provide me a straight answer and instead said it requires a sit-down meeting of 15 minutes to get a total.

Negative experience: Very expensive for such a tiny place.

Negative experience: VERY AGGRESSIVE salesperson. When she saw I was a tough client to convince, she just WALKED OUT and LEFT ME SITTING THERE. Just soo rude and bitchy. --I walked in just to ask for info and the salesperson was hellbent on selling me a membership, get me to sign a yearly contract. I think a ($600) dollar membership, plus their trainer/nutritionist ($800) package is OVERPRIZED for the kind of TINY GYM they have.

Negative experience: Great facilities but the locker rooms are always unclean. I probably told them 10 times...

Fantastic experience: Succursale récente, j'ai eu l'occasion de m'exercicer dans ce qui sert de salle Cross Fit avec mon entraîneur personnel Alexandre Tremblay, Difficile mais à faire absolument. Gym propre, moderne, grand, j'aime beaucoup. Au sujet des employé(es) très aimables, serviables, chaleureux. Cette succursale donne envie de revenir.
