Fantastic experience: So I've been with shoppers my whole life and something needed to change. Hannah & Patrick answered every single question I had when I first called (and still do). They're both super knowledgeable in what they do and are willing to help out if they're able to. The phone call reminders of my prescriptions the day before or when due is just . EDP is also a big player in the community as well which is super nice. Fantastic experience: This pharmacy absolutely amazing. In the past, I’ve dealt with some pretty poor service at other pharmacies, where the pharmacists are cold and uncaring. That is not the case here! The folks who work here are friendly, and always go above and beyond. My refills are always timely, they have great communication with my physician when I need a renewal of my prescription, and the delivery is incredibly handy. I can’t say enough good things about this business and the people who work there.

Fantastic experience: Best pharmacy ever

Negative experience: Disappointed in this place. Went for a Pneumo vaccine last year. He went too fast. But, worse of all, he never took out and filled the immunization form that goes to MB health. This is very important. Why you cant find my name, is because you never took my name. Well, myself, and a person I know need vaccines, so next time please go slow and take our immune records, thanks.

Fantastic experience: We switched to EDP a couple years ago from a big box, and it's like night and day. Free delivery, knowledgeable staff that we've gotten to know by name, and a boost to our local economy. Makes no sense not to shop local for prescriptions, and EDP is an awesome choice.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here a few years and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, fast, and helpful. I work nearby so it's a convenient location. Apparently they have a free delivery service too, though I haven't needed to use it. I often call them to fax my doctor for more refills and they are able to do this fairly quickly, it works well. I've had flu shots here in the past too. The store part is small but has the essentials and some fun/useful little things (pamphlets on the Exchange, downtown Wpg art coasters...). Highly recommend going here since the service is exceptional!

The staff are great; service is friendly, professional, and provided by people who genuinely care about your well being. Fantastic experience: I've always been neutral about pharmacy experiences ... I figured they were all the same, large or small, until I made an active decision to switch away from national chain to an independent provider specifically with a view to supporting local. WOW! Everyone I've encountered at Exchange District Pharmacy is so friendly, knowledgeable, and proactively conscientious. Example: I use a generic version of a drug produced by a number of different manufacturers. The version I'd been using recently was out of stock, and the pharmacist on duty that day went out of their way to ensure the replacement contained no non-medicinal compounding ingredients that would cause me digestive upset. No one has ever done that before without me asking. Little things like this go a long way to making me feel safe. And, now that I'm self-isolating during COVID-19, I appreciate their delivery option, too! I highly, highly recommend this pharmacy =-)

Fantastic experience: An experience like no other pharmacy. The team lead by Pharmacist Ryan is nothing less than outstanding. They go out of their way to ensure your health is top notch. They most importantly listen and equally important educate. You leave feeing confident that you understand your prescription or treatment plan. They special order for you and deliver on top of it all. They are friendly, and energetic. They are neighborly-they often have events to help others or to get to meet people walking through the neighbourhood. Above and beyond. I never hesitate to go ask questions and I am quick to refer here without hesitation.

We had a number of employees take part, and the feedback about Ryan and the experience overall was exceptional. From the comfort of our office, we were able to get flu shots quickly, safely and Ryan took the time to answer questions, and calm our employees nerves. Fantastic experience: The flu shot clinic was such a great experience from start to finish! We contacted Ryan, the Pharmacy Director through email to get more information about it and he was quick to respond and quick to fit our company in to his schedule. He arrived early, was fully prepared and did an amazing job explaining the process to each person and getting through all of us efficiently. We'll definitely be contacting him again next year!

Fantastic experience: The pharmacy provided our Kiwanis senior citizen facility with flu shots again this year and the staff was very professional and courteous. We are extremely please with them and will continue to use their services. 80 flu shots were provided in under 6 hours and we have not received a single complaint. They were actually running 30 minutes ahead of schedule. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Fantastic experience: Amazingly, even when they are closed, they are open, because they have a beeper service, so by dialling their main number you can leave a message in case of an emergency. Delivery is seamless and the pharmacist has spent a lot of time talking to me about my prescription.

The till was not cooperating for the staff member and he couldn't reach the manager on the phone. So, I was given the item free of charge as an apology for the inconvenience!
