Fantastic experience: Fantastic establishment: top-notch "service" from both Dr. Jenna and Dr. Lisa! My neck was a mess when I first began treatments here a few years ago and, while it is impossible to fix my issue 100%, they have done a remarkable job of getting me close to normal again. FYI: They specialize in the Atlas Bone (top-most vertebrae) and use a special "machine" to realign the neck - there are very few practioners like them, so I am glad they are local!)

Fantastic experience: Kristina is amazing my only regret is that I didn’t know about her sooner. Everytime she works on me she is kind, gentle and seems to know just what my body needs. I’ve been dealing with major chronic pain and with Kristina in my corner I’ve started healing and I’m looking forward to going back to work after 3 months off. We have worked together as a team to maximize the most of my recovery. I’m not sure where I’d be without Kristina, and hopefully I don’t ever have to find out.

Negative experience: First had acupuncture which was fine aside from the acupuncturist doing "gua sha" in an inexperienced way on my neck and creating more ongoing pain than there was before. The second appointment was absolutely horrible though, it was for massage therapy but the girl who did it was not certified and the lack of experience was overwhelmingly obvious the "techniques" she was trying to use on my back were laughably ridiculous which on its own is forgivable but when I showed up on time for my appointment the two girls in there were just sitting around on their cell phones and my room wasn't ready so I had to start my appointment late and they didn't even extend it a few minutes later to compensate so I got a 50 minute massage even though I paid for an hour. Very unprofessional, won't be going back.

I booked three more services with Kristina as a result. I was experiencing periformis pain and each time I had an acupuncture treatment my pain was gradually reduced. Kristina is professional, informative and I enjoy her calm, relaxing demeanor. She offers a variety of services including cupping, massage and ‘scraping of the skin’ which has a fancier name I can’t remember The office is organized, clean, comfortable and the spa music playing is very relaxing; even with needles inserted all over your body!
