Fantastic experience: Costco kept messing up my blister packs, and the line ups were uncalled for. Based on this and how great the staff are at Mahogany, I made the change. No regrets, even tho I pay a little more for dispensing fees, it’s well worth it for the peace of mind knowing that it’s filled properly.

I'd normally rate this pharmacy 5* but this time I was supposed to get a text when medication for my son was ready (Sunday between 10 and 2pm), but I got it on Sunday 2:10pm, basically after closing, so regardless of me calling back right away, texting and coming to the door, I got no response. Not sure what happened, but quite disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I popped in after I was bitten. I wasn’t sure what got me but it was red and painful, after speaking with Sarah (sorry if I spelt it wrong) she got me some antibiotics and said to keep an eye on it. Within 2 days of taking them, they did exactly what they should and I was back to “normal” I highly rate this pharmacy as they were kind, very polite and overall just awesome!!

I am not sure if she was a pharmacy assistant but she was so helpful, kind and informative on the phone and she got the meds ready in a speedy manner. I am so thankful that they see a shortage in a much needed medication and are there to help parents and children by making such important medications on hand. Thank you Create pharmacy!

Fantastic experience: I feel so blessed to be surrounded by staff at Create Pharmacy who are caring, kind, friendly, warm and patient. They make me feel important. I feel valued as a client. They are happy to answer questions about my medications. The staff are also very accommodating to meet my needs. The staff works collaboratively with my doctor as needed. Their Pharmacist ( Marion) was very helpful when we did medication review to make sure there are no adverse drug-drug interaction with both my prescription and supplementary medications. With Create Pharmacy, I know I am getting the most of my medications because I am surrounded by knowledgeable professionals. I could not thank them enough.

Positive experience: Update to review, July 26, 2022: CR8 Pharmacy Customer Service reached out to get the details on my experience. After speaking with my doctor about renewing the prescription for Selank nasal spray, they shipped a bottle to replace the last. The packaging was much better and we were able to coordinate the best day for delivery. The product arrived as planned nice and cold. I have used it for 3 days now and I am noticing some positive results already. No one at CR8 asked me to update my review. I believe this a young company offering leading edging alternative solutions. They are learning as they grow so I think it is only fair that I share my positive experience. I will try them again and I will meet them more than halfway to communicate effectively. My holistic doctor prescribed a nasal spray that has to stay refrigerated and they explained this to me when I ordered it. On a Thursday, they sent me a notice that my Rx shipped but it didn’t actually ship until the following Monday and by that time I was already out of town and couldn’t get back in time to refrigerate it immediately. I asked my husband to do it when he arrived home from work, at 6pm, but he forgot. I arrived at 8pm and it was already warm, as were the two little ice packs they packed with it. My rating is mostly based on the fact that a product that is required to stay cold should have been packed better or make arrangements through a partnership with a local pharmacy or health food store where they can deliver the package, the partner can refrigerate the package until the customer can pick it up. We order Factor meals and Factor manages to ship 12 meals in a box and they’ll stay cold in the box for 48 hours AFTER they are delivered. They also need to improve communication with the client when such a complication exists. For me, $190 down the drain and I’ll never know if it would have made a difference in my health.

Fantastic experience: The staff ate create are speedy, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have such a wide range of products to offer in store that always deliver. No matter how busy the pharmacy is the staff is ALWAYS kind, and friendly. The nurse who does their vaccines is hands down amazing! I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Negative experience: They ordered me the wrong medication, leaving me without medication on vacation until they sourced them for me locally. They tried to act like it was a "miscommunication" when their staff was clearly in the wrong. There are so many local pharmacies that I would just recommend going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went to Create Pharmacy to get a pre travel Covid test. Everyone there, especially Sarah Perez were exceptionally helpful, and cheery. The nurse who did my swab made it the most pleasant Covid test I have had so far. Lots of good humor and super efficient. The shop was super clean and well organized. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

No other pharmacy in the city does both, most compounding pharmacies straight up refuse to bill insurance, let alone figure out how to do it for you.

Fantastic experience: Sure chose the correct name; they appear to be creating a whole new category for pharmacies to aspire to. (See what I did there?) Took minutes to transfer all my prescriptions and now have the safety of one pharmacy capable of handling all my pharmaceutical needs. Compounds are becoming more common yet few pharmacies can do them. Both owners are there constantly and have an incredible demeanor and caring attitude. I have also never experienced this level of knowledge in both pharmaceuticals as well as insurance plans. The staff provides a level of personal service which is challenging to find these days. If excellent communication with your pharmacist is important and you want the safety of a pharmacy that can offer whatever solutions your healthcare practitioners prescribe, i think this is your place!
