Fantastic experience: The business is set up as very welcoming and comfortable when you walk in. The online intake form is easy to understand and use. If your insurance allows it they can also direct bill. I have had 4 massage sessions with Liberty and I have to say that they are one of the best at trigger point and myofacsial massage.

Fantastic experience: Liberty was excellent! Recommend to anyone who is queer and nervous about healthcare environments, it's a very relaxing office, I went for a 90 min massage therapy appointment and I highly recommend their services :)

Fantastic experience: Best place in town. I’ve been returning for a while now. All the employee’s are warm, kind, and welcoming. I cannot recommend Marika Johnson enough. She’s the best there is, plain and simple. As an automotive mechanic, my back is always a mess, and the only one who can ever sort me out is Marika. On this fine Tuesday morning, I called in, in a desperate attempt to get an appointment, lucky me I got one. I must’ve slept in a funny position and when I awoke, I couldn’t move my neck not to mention shoulder check on the way in. During my appointment I was already noticing improvements in my mobility, and afterwards, well, lets just say I was moving my neck like an owl Thank you all at Cardinal Point Health. I will be forever grateful. The business owner should be proud of this fine establishment.

I have been treated by both Catriona and David and cannot say enough great things about them! I am so grateful for their experience, knowledge and technical ability. Most recently I've seen Catriona. Her calm, kind demeanor paired with her depth of knowledge on different injuries, anatomy, treatments and aftercare is so valuable. If you have tried massage therapy and have ever left your appointment feeling like you weren't listened to or like it was a waste, go see these folks, especially if you are struggling with a complex injury. They will put you at ease and help you understand what may be going on with your body. Fantastic experience: Marika is an amazing RMT! She helped me so much at a time when my body was really struggling after I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease. She's very intuitive and incredibly compassionate. The clinic is cozy and quiet and it's nice to have easy parking.

Tess has incredible knowledge and experience; I left each session feeling renewed. I highly recommend her.

She's not only thoroughly knowledgeable in her discipline and thorough in her method— her services are above and beyond every single session. I find that even though I visit her to get treated for one issue, she fixes four more others that I didn't even know I had, and I always leave feeling so light, refreshed, and de-stressed. In her diagnosis questions/check-ins before every treatment, she leaves no stone unturned and I have learned so much about my body and energy channels from my chats with her. Tessa is very professional but also naturally caring and compassionate, so as her patient I felt that she was very intentional on building rapport with me. That's not something you see every day in these fields. Before Tessa, I had never received acupuncture treatment before, and I can certainly say that she set the bar very high for me! I highly recommend her, whether you're a first-timer or someone who's looking for something more out of your acupuncture treatments.

Last but surely not least, the front line people in reception. you are wonderful. all three receptionists, I have had the pleasure of their kind professional manner. Very informative and greet with a smile. during this pandemic, the first face you see makes the biggest difference when it is kind and smiling, which i receive each time. I personal would like to say thank you for this Priya, Sarah and Meriem. they truly make you feel comfortable from entrance to exit. thank you to all who make this place Cardinal Point Health a phenomenal place to be treated.

Positive experience: The RMT's are really nice. I did book in for a prenatal massage, and was disappointed to find out they do not offer beds with the belly hole. However they still made me super comfortable and when I got sick ( I had really bad morning sickness) I was brought water and offered tea. Understanding staff are way more important then beds with belly holes.

Fantastic experience: You know how you go to the doctor and it is stressful, you are made to feel guilty for taking the time you need and made to feel absurd for advocating for more than the most basic services? Guess what?! Dr. Ferguson is the exact OPPOSITE of that. She is lovely, kind, empathetic and patient. She takes time to listen. She presents you with options so that you can be a part of the decision making for your own health. She also is well-researched and willing to provide the science behind her recommendations. Not only has she helped to identify solutions that have improved my health, she has also been the best medicine for my apathy with the health sector.

Negative experience: The Cardinal Centre has a new receptionist with a huge attitude. I paid for 1 h of massage; I received 45 minutes of massage. Apparently, I was 15 minutes late which I was not even aware of until the end of my appointment. The receptionist claimed that she texted me and called me…which never happened. I checked my phone and there was no message or missed call. Lying to my face. I even showed her my phone to show the messages I had; she did not pay much attention. In the end I paid $ 20 late fee because of some text message that was never sent and for services I never received. If I pay for someone’s time in full…does it even matter if I am a bit late? It’s not like I received extra time of massage. I paid for 1 h, I received 45 min of service and I had to pay an additional late fee. What is worse is that I have never been late to an appointment before and I have been going to that place for a while. Today the Cardinal Centre lost me as client and I won’t be recommending this place if they have such attitude towards clients. Reason why you lost me as a client? Your receptionist attitude and charging clients extra for no justified reason.

Fantastic experience: I think I’ve been seeing Tobin for massage therapy for about a year and a half now. He is always very friendly, professional, and helps me tremendously with my shoulder and neck pain! I couldn’t do my job without him! Thank you Tobin! (Please never leave!) I have also been seeing Sabrina for acupuncture and cupping. This woman is amazing! She is very throughout and gentle.. I can’t believe how much better I feel after seeing her! I won’t lie.. I was petrified to try acupuncture.. but was willing to try anything to feel better and guess what!? It REALLY WORKS! Who knew a bunch of needles in strategic spots would make you feel like a brand new person! Thank you for helping me you guys!! You’ve actually changed my life!

Fantastic experience: My spouse, son, and I all go to dr kellie (naturopath) and Vanessa (rmt) and cannot recommend them enough. They are both amazing and will listen to exactly what your issues/needs are.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kellie Ferguson takes the time to truly hear what is happening, she gives you the opportunity to go over all symptoms you may be suffering then explains the treatment method or plan in what I call "plain English". With the smoke we had over the summer I was really struggling to breath and had a horrible cough. Dr. Kellie was able to give me a plan that worked and got me back out hiking with my dogs. I would strongly recommend anyone to see Dr. Ferguson.

Fantastic experience: C.P.H.C is up there with the finest. I'm glad they combined practices to provide an all in one experience. Kelly is a knowledgeable Naturopath that provides a certain type of care that is rarely present in Provincially funded health care personnel. David, Tobin and Matt are artists in their own right in regards to working tense soft tissue, helping to relax overworked muscles and joints. I can't forget the master of the reception area, Margaret. To me she is the face of C.P.H.C. It's always been better when she's around to greet me as I walk through the entrance. I recommend C.H.PC. anyday! :-)

Fantastic experience: For the first time in atleast a month, my shoulder is unkinking itself. I went for a massage at Cardinal Point and they were able to identify the problem in 30 seconds. A sneaky rib had decided to get squeezed the wrong way and slipped, pulling my whole back out, which in turn took my shoulder out, which again in turn took my neck out. 45 minutes later and the rib is back in place, and the neck pain is gone. A day later, the back pain is gone. Finally today the shoulder pain is almost gone. Vanessa you are an angel. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Booked the other day and got an appointment with Tobin. The atmosphere from the start was very calming, nice light, temperature and it smells very nice. Tobin asked me quite a few questions so he could understand my tension and gave me a great treatment. After wards he showed me some stretches to help me. I'll definitely return, thanks Tobin!

Fantastic experience: I found That Great Massage clinic by searching the closest massage clinic to my home. I was pleasantly surprise when I walked into the clinic. You would never tell that behind ordinary door you would encounter very welcoming environment and specious rooms. The temperature in the room is always perfect and I am absolutely in love with a wide and comfortable table that Vanessa has in her room. I have been seen Vanessa since beginning of April 2016 and cannot find enough words to complement her professionalism. She is always very attentive to my needs and her massage is outstanding. I am very happy that I found this clinic and would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for great massage to come to That Great Massage Clinic. In addition to the exceptionally great massage done by Vanessa, the clinic has free parking, direct billing with Blue Cross and online booking. It cannot get any better!

Vanessa took good care of me and gave me alot of great tips and ideas for home care, especially to do with sleep.
