Fantastic experience: Dr. Maryam Nik is amazing, I have went to countless of Chiropracters and I finally found the one that I will go to consistently. The first thought of her wasn't to just do adjustments and release tension in my body, but to really understand what is going on, how she can help, and reccomendations of what I needed to do to improve my posture. Usually, the chiros I see will just do adjustments and tell me to come back every week, but with Dr. Maryam Nik, she puts in the heart and effort to recommend different exercises for you and how one can improve their posture rather than just telling a patient to come in every week if they want to see improvement. 10/10 will recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best clinic I’ve been to. Dr. Nik is extremely knowledgeable and actually does rehabilitative care. I’ve been to other chiros and all they do is a 7 minutes adjutant. Kaitlyn is also a great RMT and I highly recommended. Everyone here is extremely kind! They respond to emails promptly and I’m always able to book an appointment. Highly recommend this clinic.

I took my 14 years old daughter Dr. Maryam made her so comfortable and understanding her problem that she has not stop any of her exercises since she came out of her appointment. She is one of the most caring and empathetic people I know and she never fails to make me smile, even when I've been in tears! Fantastic experience: Have been dealing with back and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember, and always just tried to deal with the pain til I was introduced to Dr. Nik who not only explained, in detail, exactly why i was feeling pain everyday but how to prevent further injuring my self as im very active in the gym, and was kind enough to show me excersies I can do at the gym. I really appreciated how she took her time and didn't make me feel rushed, the office and staff were all very professional, and I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing any pain !

Booking appointments and dealing with insurance is stress-free and easy. Dr. Nik herself is patient, caring and very very good at what she does. If you've ever felt like you were not being listened to, or rushed through treatment without adequately addressing your concerns, then this is the place for you. She takes the time to listen to what is ailing you, discusses your situation and treatment and pays close attention to how you react to your treatment. I had no choice but to finish my jobs and I could only do it because of the help of this team. I was treated with cold laser therapy and manual therapy and acupuncture to full recovery. Active-Med Health & Wellness Centre is a collective of passionate, knowledgeable, and skilled health and wellness practitioners dedicated to inspiring healthy living in the community. Their professional chiropractors use spinal manipulation to move the spinal joint beyond where the musculature could take it but within the limits of the ligaments. A very warm and friendly environment. I initially saw Dr. Maryam Nik for some postural issues, from sitting for long periods at work. I started to get a lot of upper back neck pain, stiffness, and tiredness. Through some adjustments, muscle work and stretching, she was able to alleviate most of the discomfort. She also gave me some great ideas about how to set up my computer at the office. Dr. Nik always has beautiful smile on her face. Highly recommended. A++++

I go to this clinic every time I have pain and they fix me so that I can continue my work specially during my busy seasons when I have no choice but to keep going. They are friendly.
