Lauren was always happy to listen to my concerns and provide me with the information I needed to feel at ease. Also, the injury Lauren treated has healed fantastically, which proves the quality of care I received.

Fantastic experience: Cassandra is a knowledgable and passionate practitioner. She describes things in a way that is easy to comprehend and clearly has a deep understanding of the physical form and its quirks. I really appreciated her guidance and follow ups as well.

Fantastic experience: My favourite physio clinic in the world. Such a wonderful team, and awesome owner/physiotherapist. A very knowledgeable team on so many different levels. Very up to date on research and advancements on science breakthroughs related to physical health. I’ve come for two separate injuries (broken ankle and sprained SI joint) the post surgery support was epic as well as my sprain.

Fantastic experience: Megan Kuciak for Osteopathy has provided me with tremendous results while being in her care. I see a variety of practitioners, and based on my body’s needs, her gentle manual work has given it a great release of pain, while correcting my body’s alignment. Her approach is gentle and deeply thought out. The adjustments are so minor, it’s when you walk out the door you can immediately detect improved range of motion and a huge relief of the pain. Thanks so much for giving me back quality Megan! :)

Fantastic experience: This is the best clinic in Victoria. I have been going to Agile since 2021. I have worked with Maggie in pilates, Anica in massage, Cassy in physio, Lorna in naturopathy, and Megan in osteopathy. They are all the very best both professionally but also on a personal level. I have recommended this clinic to all my friends and family and will continue to. I would not hesitate to work with anyone at Agile. Their front of house staff is also caring, personable and professional. Recently I was blown away at how above and beyond the Agile team went for me in a medical crisis. Truly very good people doing very good work.

Positive experience: Receptionists were so kind and welcoming! Physio with Morsal was amazing and always consistent. She made me feel cared for and comfortable at every single visit. Annica massage was great for most of my sessions. Deep tissue that alleviated tension. Unfortunately near the conclusion of my time there, her attitude changed to sounding rather dismissive in tone. I felt uncomfortable and did not return.

Lauren is a certified hand therapist who helped me recover and regain my hand strength with a personalized and professional treatment plan—highly recommended for anyone seeking expert care for hand/wrist injury.

Fantastic experience: After trying 3 different physiotherapy centers in Victoria, finally found the one that gets it! Great for active sports therapy. I have been using both physio for surgical rehab as well as their natural path to support PRP and pre-surgery cortisone support. Excellent facility and staff!

Fantastic experience: Lauren is amazing at what she does, and after receiving treatment from her for 2 months after a workplace injury, I can say my recovery would’ve been a hundred times more stressful had it not been for her above & beyond support and care and understanding. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my Acupuncture session with the lovely Mackenzie. I appreciate how she took the time to explain what to expect and how I might feel during the treatment. I felt incredibly comfortable and safe in her presence. Mackenzie has a gentle needling style that left me feeling very relaxed and supported. Her cupping treatment immediately released a surprising amount of tension I was holding in my upper body. Wow! Thank you, Mackenzie! The clinic space is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a stong sense of community here as well. I love the clinic’s collaborative approach—it’s not often you find such a range of treatments offered under one roof. And all the practitioners are amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Dedicated staff there to ensure your complete recovery!!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Morsal for physio therapy in a variety of applications and I really like her. She’s smart, good at communicating, offers great insight, and has a lot of empathy. She’s got a different approach to IMS, and I like it, and she’s got me on some exercises as I work on my pelvic floor. I’d encourage anyone to visit Morsal. I haven’t seen other practitioners here, but the staff I have dealt with have been great. But be careful when you’re booking appointments — you might very easily book at the wrong location, which I did, and am delighted the staff helped me to resolve, but it’d be better to not have to fix that! The facilities are nice, clean. The billing practices are easy and simple. I’m sure the other caregivers on the team there have great skills and patient practices, if you’re thinking of other people.

Negative experience: I found the therapists to be unprofessional and the reception staff to be rude at best. My therapist canceled my appointment without notice and they seemed desperate about payments.

Fantastic experience: Excellent class. I am relatively new to pilates, after years of "triathlon-ing." Finding those "little muscles" I didn't know existed!! Maggie's knowledgable instruction, and gentle guidance, plus a few "take-away" exercises, made for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Osteopathic treatment with Megan has helped my body move so much better. Exercising feels easier and my lower back feels so much relief! Megan is so kind and thorough, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Paige Johnston, Agile's athletic therapist, for almost a year. She is helping me strengthen my bones, so I don’t have a fracture from osteoporosis. Under Paige's expert eye. I have grown much stronger. She has a deep understanding of my condition, and her explanations are crystal clear, so I don’t just know what to do but why I am doing it. She is also extremely friendly and attentive, and I always look forward to our sessions together. I can’t recommend Paige enough.

Fantastic experience: I've had zero experience concerning osteopathic treatment prior to my visit to Agile. I've had problems with my posture, slouching, and back issues from the line of work I am in and wanted to try another route (chiropractor was NOT the answer). My Osteopath's name was Megan, she immediately met me with professional knowledge and expertise in regard to my pain. I was very curious and uncertain of osteo but she was patient and walked me through every exercise and movement during the treatment. An initial visit, a follow up, and now I'm booking the next. Fantastic experience: Great physio therapy results and an amazing overall experience. Lauren answered all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner and provided excellent motivation and support throughout the process. I trusted her advice and followed the exercise program she put me on which was revised as I was progressing. I am extremely happy with the results and how quickly my strength and flexibility have returned with her guidance. Fantastic experience: Luckily with my health benefits I am able to receive regular massages and multiple co-workers have referred me to Lindsay Stahlbrand, an experienced and talented RMT. Lindsay provides a professional and comfortable atmosphere where I always feel listened to and respected. Also, Lindsay is unique in offering Hot Stone Massage which cannot be beat in the chilly months. I also chose Agile because of their easy online booking portal, direct billing, and free 1 hr street parking at the handi-accessible Fort St location.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Cassie and Lorna for a persistent groin and hip injury, and I can’t express how grateful I am for their care. Since I started going to Agile, they have demonstrated incredible dedication and expertise. They take the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I’m informed and actively working towards recovery. The tailored approach I received has made a significant difference in getting back outside. This summer, I received PRP injections from Lorna, which improved my recovery by significantly reducing pain and enhancing my mobility. I went from being unable to run more than 8km without discomfort to completing the Victoria marathon! If you’re dealing with an injury and looking for effective care, I highly recommend the team at Agile!

Fantastic experience: I go to Agile for physiotherapy and for massage. Cassandra is excellent for physio; she has helped me with lower back pain and with shoulder soreness. I appreciate that she takes time to investigate the injury and doesn’t just hook you up to electro-stim as the solution for everything. Lindsay is a great massage therapist. I see him monthly to help keep my office worker/computer user RSI and postural harms in check!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my experience with Lindsay, my RMT therapist. He is really attentive and takes the time to listen to what I’m dealing with, which means a lot. The pressure he uses is always just right, and I leave each session feeling much better and relaxed. I can tell he really knows his stuff and understands how to focus on the areas that need it. Fantastic experience: When I have an ache, I go to Alana. Be it a chronic and ongoing ache that needs regular visits or a 'fixer-upper' appointment for a dinged up back, she is the one to go to. Alana plays relaxing music that has often put me to sleep while I rest, back a-needled. She is also fun to talk to about anything and everything - very personable. The best part about seeing Alana is the cinnamon-infused oils she will put on you before you get up and re-enter reality.

Fantastic experience: I have found the combo of Cassie for physio and Maggie for pilates to be highly effective in resolving chronic pain and improving my overall pelvic floor strength and back health. Cassie actually figures out what is the underlying issue and resolves it and Maggie helps to maintain the improvements and build better body awareness. Maggie is fantastic both for 1x1 and group sessions. Big thanks to them both - highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Alana Wood now for over a year after my third knee surgery, receiving acupuncture and cupping. Alana is always professional and offers great advice and information. Absolutely terrific work and service from her and the entire team at Agile! 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I happen to take acupuncture treatment from Alana. Her professionalism and deep knowledge were evident throughout my sessions. She took the time to thoroughly understand my health concerns and tailored her treatments to address my specific needs. Her treatment plan was very effective and . I noticed significant improvements in my condition after just a few visits. The clinic is also well organized and front desk staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Alana for her professionalism and sincerity.

Fantastic experience: I saw Annica (RMT) and Alana (Acupuncturist) during my very last/stressful semester of post-secondary school. I was seeking out massage and acupuncture to help with the aches and pains, but also stress of student life! They were both a helping hand in getting me through the final push of my degree. Annica and Alana are both extremely kind, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable in their fields. I will continue to seek out care from both of these practitioners even now that I am out of school! The clinic is also extremely beautiful and clean. The front of house staff are top notch and always provide the best service, that is quick and effortless.

Fantastic experience: I treated my sudden back pain with Cassandra Adams-Johnson (Cassie). Not only is she an excellent professional as physiotherapist, she also cares for her patients' well-being. In my struggles with the Canadian health care system, I was happy to be treated and supported by such a great person and professional. I had immediate results after the first day with both massage and acupunture. She also proved to provide better diagnosis then the ER doctor. I understand that ERs are full and have more urgent work, but it is reassuring being appropriately treated, better knowing of your own health issues. After four sessions and two months of following her programs for body strenghtening, I am healed. Strongly recommend her and this clinic as well.

Fantastic experience: Truly five stars. I had an ACLR and was seeing a different physiotherapist that was not providing any clear instruction or assessment of my knee. About 2 months after surgery I switched to Cassandra at Agile and am SO glad I did. During my appointments my knee was tested and I was provided with a very specific exercise program that was adjusted to my progress and reflected the most current research in ACL rehab. A year post-op I was able to go right back to sport and haven't had any issues.

Fantastic experience: Extremely knowledgable, positive, kind, caring, and proactive staff/front end/management. I originally started seeing Cassandra for physiotherapy for a work related injury. This evolved in to very complex health issues. Cassandra and Lorna (naturopath) have gone above and beyond to help me. I have also seen Lindsay for lymphatic massage and that has been very helpful. All three have done their best to remedy a complicated situation and I cannot thank them enough for their continued efforts and support. They truly care, listen, and work with you as an individual. Not only are they outstanding professionals, they are also outstanding people and that makes all the difference.

She is kind and compassionate and helped me with breathing exercises for a different pain that had me in tears during our session. Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment with Cassandra Adams-Johnson, a physiotherapist at Agile, to address my sciatica. She is a miracle worker! I moved here last November and left behind my favourite practitioner / acupuncturist, and she was you the first practitioner I've found since I my move that left me feeling WOW right away. After enduring nine months of persistent pain, I noticed a significant improvement by the very next day. The excruciating leg pain that had been plaguing me while standing was noticeably reduced. While my muscles initially felt sore from the exercises she prescribed, this discomfort gradually subsided within a few days. Sticking to what she gave me and feeling so much better. Highly recommend going to see her, she works so well you may not need to go back, she needs new patients!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and Thomas the manager is superb. I desperately needed help after a car collision and Agile Healthcare Centre was fantastic. They are experienced with ICBC—navigating insurance can be confusing, but they make it effortless. The physio and RMT staff are terrific and helped a lot. Plus, there's Oreo, a cute poodle that hangs around from time to time. I highly recommend them for anyone needing quality care; they've got your back (literally)!

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of seeing their RMT, Lindsay, half a dozen times and must say the entire experience from start to finish is first class. Tom and Cassie at the front desk are amazing. The are welcoming and do their best to accommodate any last minute scheduling issues. Secondly, Lindsay is one of the best RMTs I have seen in a long time. He is very knowledgable, strong, and adjusts to any changes that may be needed. Free parking just across the street is an added bonus and their space is brand new. Just a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I love this clinic, I’ve seen Lindsay for RMT and recently started seeing Cassie for physio. Both practitioners are great at what they do and I left feeling a lot more informed on my areas of concern. At the physio appointment, I had an ultrasound done right in the treatment room which I’ve never had done in a physio appointment before/I think is incredibly cool! Plus the added benefit of not needing to wait a millennia to get medical imaging to help with diagnosis. The space itself is beautiful, clean and you definitely feel comfortable upon entering. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Cassandra for ACL repair rehab intermittently for over a year. She is suberp - very knowledge, activelyvsolicits questions from me, and is good at explaining what she wants me to do and why. Very good at motivating her patients as well. The business itself is well run. Agile makes use of easy to use, physio specific apps to update and track progress on rehab programs. Same thing with patient communications and admin. It is a very smooth operation. I would definitely recommend Cassandra and Agile for sports injury rehab.

Fantastic experience: I started at Agile Integrated Health on Feb 8 for physiotherapy treatment and massage therapy. I feel way more at ease about my recovery and rehabilitation after my initial assessment with Cassandra. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her for treatment. I also saw Marina for massage therapy and it was a wonderful treatment. From my pain issues I’m feeling better. I also love the video exercise plan for physiotherapy and how you can log in as it makes you more accountable! Being new to Victoria I am happy I found a great place for physiotherapy and massage therapy.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with the RMT Lindsay , he zeroed in on the exact place where my shoulder was injured in a car accident . This after weeks and months of therapy at Remedy seemed to yield no results . He has a real gift of healing , that is for sure .

Fantastic experience: I was prescribed physiotherapy after injuring my knee at work. I'm glad to say that the good folks at Agile were incredible to deal with. They dealt directly through WCB so I didn't have to. I consistently had the same physiotherapist, who was incredible! (Shout out to Peter, you're awesome!) Peter not only helped me while I was in the clinic but also gave me the tools to succeed outside the clinic with specific exercises tailored to both my injury and my capacity to do them, adjusting them as I got better. You can tell they really do care. Now hopefully it doesnt necessitate it, but if I ever require physiotherapy again, Agile is certainly where I will go and definitely who I'll recommend to anyone who asks. 10/10, I appreciate the care, assistance and knowledge I got from my experience with Agile.

Fantastic experience: So happy I ended up coming to Agile—really appreciated how Cassie navigated a treatment plan and adjusted as needed. During the initial visit she explained things very throughly and always checked in to make sure I was understanding or had any questions before moving on to the next step. Super helpful with follow-up emails and support between treatments. And most importantly— fixed the knee pain I came in for!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Cassie for several weeks now for physiotherapy to address some chronic pain issues related to scoliosis. I have been having a very good experience here. Cassie ensures that I have a good understanding of my exercises and feel comfortable doing them before I leave my session, pairing education with some massage as well. She never makes me feel guilty when I don't complete my exercises, validating the ways in which I can fit them into my lifestyle, when and where I can. I also really like the app Agile uses to share exercises, making it simple to visualize and track them. I have been enjoying getting to know Cassie and looking forward to continue building the tools I need to address my pain with her.

Fantastic experience: Everything I had hoped for in a total physiotherapist and her staff!

Fantastic experience: I began a program of rehab in March at Agile. By July with the aid of various therapists (massage with Lindsay, physiotherapy with and Cassie trainer Sean , athletic therapist Paige) I was so strong again I was able to join a hard working team hauling and tossing tires, gardening , endless uphill walking , and keeping up with the young folks with great success. Back in the city, I’ve returned to my program under the watchful eyes of these experienced ,well trained and I must say dedicated people. At 72 years of age my joy at such a life altering experience cannot be adequately expressed. Also it’s very nice to live without joint pain and unnecessary limitations. A good undisturbed sleep goes a long way to mental health as well.

She did a thorough assessment of my range of motion and guided me through a series of exercises to increase the range of motion as well strength exercises for the supporting quadriceps muscles. In addition she sent me a email depicting a series of exercises for me to focus upon prior to our next session. I could not have been happier with my physio experience with Cassandra

They have a great approach where all practitioners advocate for physical and mental aspects of wellbeing and the interaction between the two. Also, everyone always remembers your name and the conversation you had in your previous visit. It's a very personalized touch.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Agile enough. I’ve been seeing RMT Lindsay for an issue I’ve been having with my hip flexors for almost a year. On my first session, Lindsay fully listened to my concerns and a full treatment plan was laid out. I felt immediate relief after my first session and have continued to see improvements after subsequent visits. As an athlete, a good massage therapist is extremely hard to come by, but I’ve found mine!
