I have only seen her 4 times so far, and the marked improvement with my knee and low back is a testament to her amazing knowledge and technique. Today, I went in with a near migraine, and she recommended that we work on that. I walked out feeling like a million dollars. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Dr Meshki Chiropractic by a friend. My VW Beetle was struck by a flatbed truck in 2018 that was moving at top speed. Neck whiplash Back whiplash " significant " concussion. Permanently injured foot. I have been in SEVERE pain all of these years.. I was unable to move one step or even sleep without horrible pain. Depression was quite severe also. I have tried every possible modality of treatment with no positive results. I decided to give one last attempt at seeking help . I went to Dr Meshki. WOW ! Not only did I receive INSTANT relief but her genuine caring coupled with her professional expertise brought me to a place in my head where I felt that I had hope - finally ! The cloud of depression is turning into blue skies !! It is as though her hands are blessed. I have only gone 2x now but my freedom of movement is greatly improved as is my spirit. Fantastic experience: Dr. Meshki is amazing! She is very passionate about what she does and truly wants to help. She is caring & professional. I started going for Acupuncture treatments. She suggested adding Chiropractic treatments, I can't believe the difference it makes. I kinked my neck last week while working on renos. She adjusted my treatment last night to focus on this area. I couldn't believe the relief I had when I left, I could actually move my head all the way to the left which I couldn't do before my appointment. She's unique in the fact that she offers so many different options for treatments. Acupuncture paired with Chiropractic treatments is doing wonders for me. My husband is now a client as well. We go to our appointments together which is really nice. She is helping him with his carpal tunnel & neck/back discomfort. His posture is improving and his carpal tunnel symptoms have improved tremendously. Highly recommend Dr. Meshki!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cynthia Markovich is absolutely wonderful. I am so very grateful for her. It was actually my very first time seeing a chiropractor and I was a little skeptical about it. I was getting massages for a long time but never tried chiro. Dr. Cynthia explained it so well and made me feel very comfortable! I was having really bad migraines, shoulder and neck pains. During my first meeting she did a thorough assessment. After getting chiro treatment I felt so much better. All the muscle tension was gone! I no longer experience headaches.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Meshki has been treating me as a patient for the past few months, as I had been struggling with sciatic pain and more frequent chronic low-back flare-ups. My pain level had been at an "all-time high" when I visited her earlier this year; I had been missing work and was, in general, losing quality of life as I constantly had been navigating around my back pain in day-to-day activities. Dr. Meshki helped me get back on track with her chiropractic treatment, which also included acupuncture. My sciatic pain is gone! And, my back pain has improved tenfold. Dr. Meshki truly listens to me as a patient and takes the time to ask me how I am feeling/doing, and I am more than comfortable discussing my pain issues and treatment options with her; she really cares. I never feel rushed or that I am simply just "another number." Dr. Meshki has gone above and beyond with me as a patient while aiding me in discussing my chronic back pain with my employer and my medical doctor. My entire family seeks treatment with Dr. Meshki, and has been a patient of hers (and formerly, her father) for decades. I highly recommend her as a chiropractor, and I am thankful to be a patient at Meshki Chiropractic & Health.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Meshki for a shoulder injury after seeing another chiropractor numerous times with no results. After 1 round of accupuncture I was already feeling more than 50% better. Not only is Dr. Meshki great at what she does but she is also so thorough and informative, and explains everything she does in a caring and gentle way. The office facilities are beautiful, clean and comforting and the office staff is super friendly. I would give a 1000 star rating if I could. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Meshki is such an amazing chiropractor and acupuncturist. My mother was in severe pain with her sciatica and couldn't even move without crying. Nothing was helping her, she was suffering for an entire month before I found Dr. Meshki. Dr. Meshki went beyond. In a desperate search for help for my dad who has been in excruciating pain for days, I decided to reach out to this clinic solely based on reviews. From the first phone call, we have only been treated with respect and kindness. The front staff are incredible, we started our journey with Dr. Markovich who was so sweet and kind and then continued with Dr. Meshki who is honestly one of the best human beings we have met in the health profession. She did not hesitate to go above and beyond to advocate for my dad and she displayed compassion and great knowledge as she worked with us to find him some relief. I wish I lived in Welland so I could bring my whole family to her. You will not be disappointed. Just choose her team and you will be in the best hands ever.

She listens, takes her time and is trained in complimentary medicine such as acupuncture and rapid release. Total quality care! Fantastic experience: Doctor Dina is Wonderful . Since coming to her last year for my pain in my left leg and hip, I have been improving and able to deal with it much better. Fantastic experience: I have been misdiagnosed and in a significant amount of pain for over a year now. During my first visit with Dr. Meshki, I was diagnosed and given treatment that began to improve my situation immediately. Over the course of 5 weeks she has helped to improve my pain with great success. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to see Dr. Dina Meshki on the advice of a friend, but was apprehensive because I have been suffering from debilitating hip and leg pain for years, and tried other forms of treatment to no avail. My immediate impression as I walked into the office was how calm and relaxed it was for such a busy practice. The consultation appointment with Dr. Meshki was both impressive and informative. She was thorough and knowledgeable, and clearly understood what my problems were, and how they could be treated. After my first treatment, I walked out with NO limp for the first time in many months. It was amazing! Her treatment approach is unique and diverse. You can expect her to use various types of treatment in one visit, like acupuncture, active release and much more. Dr. Meshki is a very caring practitioner. Although she is in high demand, she is always accommodating those who require urgent care, like myself.
