Fantastic experience: I've gotten to know Pure Balance Wellness Center through my late Elder sister who was a patient. I've gotten to spend more time with my late sister while also getting treatment alongside her. We're always looking forward to visiting this calm environment with five five-star members who are so lovely, kind, exceptionally delightful, and very respectful towards patients. Have struggled with my health growing up I am so grateful for Dr. Frank Silvia for treating me for the past 2 and a half years. Pure Balance wellness thank you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️☺️

Fantastic experience: I’m glad I chose to try a natural path. This place came with high recommendation and did not disappoint, within the year I’m feeling so much better so worth it and it was nice to avoid sugary. Staff is so nice always offering water or tea. And the doctors are down to earth and conversational.

I am thoroughly happy with this clinic and definitely recommend it. Dr. Elias is the best! I was coming in for IV Therapy but they have other services that they offer.

Fantastic experience: Helen, the RMT, is the best RMT I have had—and I had so many. She is very knowledgeable: she is able to identity and address my issues. I had knee pain and she figured my quads were tight and worked on it; the pain went away! Her personality is amazing too; very friendly and have a good sense of humour. I highly recommend Helen.

Fantastic experience: Great and knowledgeable staff at all fronts, from reception, to therapists, to the medical practitioners. They know their stuff, are fair, and care about your wellness.

Negative experience: Sent them an e-mail using their web form to ask a question and they didn't even bother to answer. They used the email I entered to try and get me to sign up for their mailing list though... Not a good first impression.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Markou got me out of a cancer scare I had a few years ago. I continue to go to him as he listens and is caring. I refer everybody to him and happy to do so!

Fantastic experience: Saw Diana for my first colonic ever and it was a wonderful experience. Of everyone I saw for that health issue she was the only one that thought to ask the simpler questions that could be having a huge impact on my digestion. She was also very kind and friendly and chatted with me throughout the procedure. She cared more about my health than the money and was able to work with my despite financial constraints. Most importantly, it has tremendously helped my digestive concerns! Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nat - Chiropractor at pureBalance Wellness clinic is exceptional in her field of work. She has the ability to critically analyze the situation in front of her and rule out certain concern areas. I have worked with her on various points and she has always helped tremendously (providing adjustments, key exercises, etc.). Highly recommend her to anyone in need of a Chiropractor!!

Fantastic experience: Great service. I feel very comfortable going there. The girls at the front have been amazing at squeezing me in for a last minute appointment when needed. All the staff are very friendly and are ALWAYS willing to help. Dr. Markou is great to work with; he always explains everything to me, which ensures that I have a full understand. Very willing to listen. Dr. Nat helped me handle my back and shoulder pain, which has gotten me back to being able to operate without pain. This is something I had been trying to handle for a few years. I have been going there for about 1.5 years now and I have gotten so much better as a result. Very professional and a great atmosphere. I would recommend this clinic to anyone having to deal with cancer or any other health issue.

Negative experience: My experiences with Dr Lee were comfortable, and she made herself available to me whenever I had questions and she checked in with me regularly. However, my reasons for seeking out a naturopath were not met 8 months later. I followed every instruction, advice, vitamin and suggestion and I am not any better off. I feel for those who suffer with cancer and paralyzing illnesses who are desperate for help to ease their suffering because i still suffer everyday from my symptoms. I do not suggest this clinic if your concerns to you are serious.

Negative experience: Consultation with Dr Markou was a major disappointment. Despite the nature of the health concerns involved, Dr Markou did not requisition conventional lab results from our physician in order to interpret them for himself or to obtain a baseline understanding of the biomarkers involved. When I questioned this (and sent him the results proactively myself) he said it would cost us more money for him to request this information. His preference was to use an in house biomeridian machine which assesses energetic frequencies of major body systems but which does not pinpoint the physical, chemical or emotional stressors that might be at play. He prescribed additional overpriced supplements from his clinic without examining root causes in lifestyle and behavioural conditioning that underpin virtually every chronic illness and which needed to be addressed. Without this in depth investigation and counseling, supplements function much like pharmaceuticals - a band aid to feeling better in the short term without addressing root contributors. While he tested for dietary sensitivities which revealed a number of inflammatory foods, he could not provide meaningful rationale for why digestive capacity was now weakened. No responses were ever received to follow up emails for clarification.

Fantastic experience: Going to Pure Balance was the best decision I have made for my over all health. For years I had symptoms that caused me to see my family doctor and numerous specialists and under go endless amounts of testing only to get no answers. I turned to Pure Balance because I had heard through several friends that I should try an avenue outside of conventional medicine. After having the biomeridian test done and some blood work Dr. Markou was able to determine what had been causing my issues and proceeded to put me on a detailed natural treatment plan. I am now feeling great and I owe it to the great team at Pure Balance. I was always treated exceptionally by all of the staff and my appointment booking was extremely flexible with the reception staff always being very professional and under standing about needing to change appointments to fit into my busy life style Dr Markou and Tasha and the rest of the team at Pure Balance I thank you very much for helping me to get back to living my normal life. I would highly recommend going to this clinic and having you eyes opened to "Non conventional" medicine
