Fantastic experience: Rania is the best massage therapist I’ve been to and I have been to MANY. She helps with my very tense muscles while still being very relaxing. I leave so relaxed and honestly ready to sleep but a few 45 minute sessions with her have already improved my tense muscles as well. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Fantastic experience: This is my go to massage place. I’ve in multiple places in Orleans and it’s never been as amazing as this place. I get a lot of knots and have tension in my back and Alexandra is the best of the best. I recommend her for everyone she removes the knots and I barley feel a thing !!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 2 pre-natal massages from Amélie within the past 2 months and she is hands down the best massage therapist that I’ve ever experienced! She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me of what she was doing was safe for me and baby. She continued to check in with me on the pressure and if I ever felt discomfort. Post pregnancy I will be back to see her! :)

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Jessica. Other than cancelling my first appointment at the last minute, my first session with her was a waist of time and money ($180/hour). She waited till the end of the session to tell me that her services would not be covered by insurance. When I complained to Kneeded touch about the service. They said it is normal to have those types of last minute cancelations from their side, but in their website they clearly indicate that a customer cancelling within 24 hrs of the appointment will be charged for the whole session. No logic and no customer service.

Negative experience: I dont tend to be a picky person, but I’ve had enough massages in the past to know what to expect. The first 10 minutes of my 45 minute massage time was small talk and education on muscle groups. I appreciate the knowledge but i was not looking for anything but a straight forward relaxation massage. I filled out the form with the preferred location of my body but she did not respect the areas i had circled. She mentioned doing my legs and i had to correct her saying i wasnt interested in my lower body. She later mentioned my legs again and i felt uncomfortable mentioning once again that i strictly only wanted my back and shoulders. I had to close the blinds myself prior to undressing as they werent fully closed. The entire massage she was chewing gum, which was honestly very distracting to hear her chewing and popping bubbles. She was inconsistent on which section of my body she spent her time on. Mainly focused on one side of my neck and the rest of my back was combined in the last 5 minutes. She did my arms, my face and my head which i did not indicate I wanted. I felt too awkward and uncomfortable to ask her not to do those areas of my body. Although Rania was very polite, the massage was mediocre at best.

Negative experience: booked Discovery call appointment today at 2:30pm but no one calls. I called the receptionist and asked then she said she or the Dr will call me back but never receive any calls or email. it's my first time to contact this place and it will be my last. glad it was only discovery call. You guys missed an appointment with a client and did not give me any reason WHY. good luck.

Fantastic experience: I saw Sherry for Chinese acupuncture to help with joint pain and irregular periods. The treatments were unique at each visit and I feel some tension relief as well as some flow from energy that may have been stagnant in my body. She was able to find tender spots I didn't even know I had. Such a relaxing experience and Sherry made me feel very comforted about my situation. Thank you so much!

Positive experience: I gave this place a shot as my regular clinic was fully booked. The massage itself was ok. She mostly released my trigger points in my shoulder as I was having neck and shoulder pain. But what really turned me off was that the machine asked for a tip, which seems really unprofessional for a medical clinic.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience. I showed up at 11:25 for my 11:30 massage. Not one human being in sight. Waited until 11:45 and started knocking on doors. Found one person who said she didn’t know where everyone is and asked if I could come back later. In addition to this unprofessionalism, care for confidentiality is lacking. While I was all by myself in the reception area, the receptionist’s computer was open and unlocked with all upcoming patient’s information readily available should I have chosen to look at it.

Negative experience: It was so so at best. In my experience the therapist was definitely not as knowledgeable as I've had before at other establishments. The technique was limited and repetitive and did not address the problem areas but just did an overall routine job which again points to basics. I've had enough massages to know the difference. The therapist was friendly enough and the location was ok. Did not care for the bright massage room and no heat on the bed. If you want average relaxation massage fine but for $120 I need a higher level of expertise and for that reason I would not return.
