Fantastic experience: I have been going for Chiropratic care with Dr. Parsons for at least 15 years and couldn't be happier! I've also been for Massage Therapy. Overall, I can't imagine better care anywhere

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 sessions with RMT Sarah Spencelayh since moving to Langford 6weeks ago. She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has really GREAT hands! As a Physio myself, it's so wonderful to be able to completely relax and just enjoy my treatment, as I can feel she knows what she's doing. Always hits the right spot. I would highly recommend Sarah, absolutely the best RMT I've ever been to. The Clinic is beautiful, has ample parking, with spacious, calm and clean rooms, comfy treatment beds and a welcoming reception every time.

Negative experience: Was initially good have some what fixed my back for the day after the appointment. How ever I will say most of my “30 minute appointment” even if that, is a heat pad on my back while I watch documentaries. Dr Parsons is very nice don’t get me wrong just “isn’t a very patient guy apparently”. I work in Duncan and my boyfriend lives here, I hurt my back while I was down here. So instead of starting at a new place, I’ve been continuing staying with this business as I’ve come to like them. But today I was driving to my appointment for 5:30 there was a bit of traffic on the last stretch of the malahat and starting back onto the highway. I ended up being 6 minutes late and didn’t have time to call as I was driving. I found out he had left. And I was told he isn’t a very patient guy and I’d have to rebook. I don’t even think I was told sorry. Like I understand I was a little late, but just left the office 6 minutes after? They know I drive from Duncan. Just rude in my opinion and honestly unprofessional. So lost my business. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting acupuncture from Rudy for several years. He is a magician when it comes to helping the body recover. I often trust his suggestions to healing over western trained doctors. Well done and thanks so much for your guidance and making sure the sessions are painless :)

Fantastic experience: Rudy, one of the acupuncturists at Energy, is a true healer and master of his craft. I regularly come out of appointments feeling more balanced, and enlightened by his wisdom of the body. He is empathetic and will help you tremendously on your road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Parsons and his staff were great. Got me in for an emergency adjustment yesterday within an hour of calling the clinic. Could hardly walk and in alot of pain, then 30 mins later walked out in next to no pain, and was sent an exercise program for at home. Great value, and top quality care. Thanks a million.

Fantastic experience: Worked for me! I went in with a very sore back, I could hardly move and after 3 sessions with Dr.Parsons I came out with my back feeling fantastic and back functioning as usual. A couple of weeks later I still feel great’. My back pain is gone! I highly recommend him and the clinic if you are experiencing any mobility issues or pain. I will definitely return if I need any further assistance in the future. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist me with setting up my account. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: The Clinic owner refuses to provide medical treatment to anyone who does not have a credit card, even when they offer direct billing and you have full benefits. Its a shame that the clinic owner herself refused to provide medical treatment to those in pain and requiring medical support. Places like this is shouldn't be allowed to have a medical license. Please advise your loved ones, so they do not get mistreated so poorly.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this establishment for years and have had fantastic service. Professional and compassionate experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Not a helpful experience, I left no better than I came in. Didn't seem to be a whole lot of care or focus by Dr. Parsons, TV on, him being in and out of the treatment room, must have been busy. Had acupuncture here as well a month ago, not a bad experience but again, left with the same amount of pain and discomfort in my left hip as I came in with.

Fantastic experience: Ruby is both professional and friendly, always mindful of his patient's comfort level. He's so knowledgeable and passionate about his practice and will really go above and beyond to help me through my healing process- my recovery really sped up after seeing him. This was my first introduction to acupuncture and I'm so glad it was with Ruby.

Positive experience: One stop shop. Great practitioners. Massages always start 5 minutes late so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Adds up when its $2 per minute.

Positive experience: I go here for chiropractic. He's very good. Place is very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. User fees are a tad high. Atmosphere is relaxing...i could just about fall asleep every time Im there....i dont know if its the dimly lit tooms, the gentle music or what!! One thing they got rid of which is a HUGE disappointment, was the infrared sauna. Loved using that but its gone now.

Fantastic experience: Jump start your health, I first came here chiropractic treatments. Mr. Parsons helped me stay mobile and recommended ways to make sure I did not re-injure of strain my muscles. I also visit Ms. Jean for acupuncture who is amazing. She is the best acupuncturist I have ever had. She focuses on the entire body and its well being. I feel relaxed and revitalized after her treatments. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Met with Dr. Parsons this past Tuesday for the first time and left the appointment impressed. I was very nervous walking in and in a great deal of discomfort and worry about my situation. Dr. Parsons was kind, attentive to my injury, listened to my concerns, and provided a full explanation of my situation. Dr. Parsons provided adjustment care and electrical nerve stimulation to my neck. He set me up with exercises and took the time to make sure I was OK with the treatment and plan laid out for me. The clinic is very clean, runs an up to date technically connected practice utilizing software and mobility to the fullest. The Clinic offers a wide range of services and I will be going back next week. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Have to book pretty far in advance to get an appointment but worth the wait! I had my first massage at energy this week with Brittany and it was hands down the best RMT massage I have had. Highly recommend her and can't wait to go back!
